Faltan ascensores y buena relación calidad precio

Sólo tiene 2 ascensores para un edificio gigante por lo que, cuando está totalmente lleno, se forman colas para usarlo. Por lo demás todo esta bien en la relacion calidad precio.

La actitud de la gente de recepcion (no tod@s) dejo mucho que desear como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, el AC del cuarto hacia mucho ruido, era imposible dormir. La ubicacion es lo unico bueno ya que hay un centro comercial a un lado con Bancos y restaurantes.

Room for two, only one hand towel, one water glass, one coffee cup, one coffee grounds. Coffee pot leaked water all over the tray, no hair dryer. Any average hotel would have had been outfitted for two people, considering the cost this Hilton property is more of a one and one half star rather than two.

Need more employees and an upgrade

The room has a door that is extremely heavy you have to really be strong to open the door. The cleaning ladies are very nice but overwork and don’t have enough supplies to give you more towels or extra pillows or blankets.
The breakfast is included the lady in charge of that is such a hard worker and goes far and beyond to make your stay satisfactory

We used to love this hotel, but coming back post-pandemic, it’s just not the same. The hallways are dirty, and it looks like they haven’t vacuumed in ages. Our bed sheet didn’t fit, and the shower door wouldn't close all the way, creating a watery mess. Cleanliness has taken a hit everywhere, and oddly, there was a tip jar in the breakfast area. We couldn’t get extra pillows or even a second hand towel without fetching it ourselves from the gym. Sadly, we won’t be returning, even though it’s conveniently located right next to a Starbucks, a big shopping mall, and a grocery store.

Clean and nice but pillows suck!

Very nice and clean hotel, only thing I really didn’t like were the pilllows. It sounds so silly but these pillows look puffy and nice but once you lay down in them, they flat down and get clumpy making the back of your head and neck hurt when you sleep. I’m not a picky person but this has definitely been the worse pillows I have ever slept in. You can fold these pillows probably into 3. My husbands ears were hurting when he laid down because of the clumps these pillows have. We hardly got any slept in the past 4 nights we slept there. They were just so uncomfortable. But The location was good, very clean environment and the breakfast was great and have quite a lot of variety.

This hotel looks better in pictures found in hotels.com. From the moment you walk into the lobby there is an unpleasant odor of an “old mop”. Combine that with high thermostat setting in 100 degree weather and it’s hard not to notice. Hall way carpets looked old and unkept. Room a/c was comfortable however during our first night stay the electricity went out around 6am along with the water. Unable to use bathroom facilities. Front Desk person informed us that the electricty would be back up and running “within a short while”. By 9am we were desperate to get to the nearest restroom so we hopped on an Uber to the nearest shopping center. Eight hours later we decided to return to hotel and learned that the electricity had just been reconnected. We were also informed that the manager of the hotel was only going to charge us for one of two nights and that I would receive a credit on my credit card. One week has gone by and no reimbursement has been given.

The McDonald’s and other options around for meals was really good , casino walking distance and HEB as well many places to eat/drink walking distance very close , staff was friendly and helpful . Couple of things tho , the remote control for TV wasn’t working and there was no mini fridge in the room . In all it was a nice place for a good night sleep and an early morning shower , can’t say much about breakfast because of an early morning flight , I’d’d recomend for its closeness to many places but to get into the main lobby was troublesome because of the location of the building , had to drive around to find the entrance of the building driving by , had to be dropped off the HEB to walki into the hotel . No complains about it the evening was cool and I did enjoy the walk 😁

Mi experiencia fue decepcionante.
La habitación carecía de varios elementos básicos: no había almohadas para el sofá, luz en el escritorio, ni vasos en el baño. Solo había un vaso y una taza de café para dos personas, lo cual es insuficiente.

Además, hubo mucho ruido en los pasillos (niños y un equipo infantil de béisbol), el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y se notaban manchas en las paredes.

El desayuno fue muy básico y no corresponde al nivel esperado.
