The lack of hospitality was topped off by a dirty room; finding a previous guest’s laundry is unacceptable for any hotel. The manager was rude and showed no interest in resolving the situation. Save your money and stay somewhere where they actually value their guests.

La ubicación del hotel es 10/10, tienes a al frente al metropolitan, y a un lado plaza san agustin y fashion drive. Donde tienes miles de opciones para ir a comer e ir de shopping. El hotel en sí está muy viejo y se nota, el servicio al cliente fue lo que más me decepcionó siendo un hotel de alto prestigio respondían muy tarde o no respondían en recepción cuando se ocupaba la ayuda. Te cobran el estacionamiento 110 por día, algo que tampcoo me tuvo muy convencida. PERO LA COMIDA, ROOM SERVICE ES DELICIOSA y manejan 24 horas de servicio. Creo que de los muchos hoteles en las que me he quedado, este ha sido hasta ahora el TOP en calida de comida y sazón. Las habitaciones están amplias y limpias, las señoras de limpieza parecieran estar todo el día, así que están dispuestas a limpiar aunque sea un poco pasado de las 2 pm. La alberca es amplia, limpia y caliente, lo cual me pareció increíble.

La limpieza del hotel dejo mucho que desear, el servicio del hotel bastante malo (pedimos cafe a la habitación y despues de 40 minutos que no llegaba, lo acabe cancelando), el aire acondicionado hace ruido en exceso y a las 9am en punto pasa una persona a tocar y gritar si hay alguien en la habitación. Sin duda no regresaremos.

The hotel is surrounded by great commerce, sits on top of Fashion Drive Mall with direct connection through private elevator. The room was impressive and luxurious and the staff top notch. The hotel restaurant was great as well. Make sure to try the Barbacoa, you won't regret it.

El hotel está en una súper ubicación, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas muy cómodas y en comparación con otros que están en el área, es mucho mejor.

Hemos estado en el hotel al menos 1 vez al mes en los últimos 4 años por cuestiones de salud y su cercanía con el hospital Zambrano, en ocasiones por semanas y semanas, cambiando nuestras reservas y pidiendo que nos dejaran la misma habitación, a veces haciendo cambios a última hora, dejando nuestras cosas o haciendo cambios según nuestras necesidades. El staff siempre fue comprensivo con nosotros, una vez tuvimos una emergencia médica y en cuestión de minutos ya tenían todo listo para llevarnos al hospital, esos días han terminado pero estaremos siempre agradecidos por todas las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros, todo su apoyo y siempre los recomendaremos ampliamente porque van más allá de dar un servicio, se involucran y siempre están en la mejor disposición de ayudar y eso vale más que todo. Gracias Camino Real Monterrey.

There's no windows throughout the hotel so there's no proper ventilation. Rooms also have sealed windows. Very poor lightning in the rooms. Came for a graduation party, had to do my make-up and it was nearly impossible to see what i really looked like. Older rooms and amenities. Chairs at the pool were ripped and old. Most everything was good. I went to the bar for a drink and ordered a double jack and Coke. I gave the bartender a 500 peso bill and she’d told me it was not enough. She showed me the total on a bill for 760 pesos. Can out to over 35 bucks. I thought was excessive and had no more drinks and did not even consider eating at their restaurant.
