Está en construcción y no funcionan todos los elevadores, el aire no bajaba de 20 en nuestro cuarto el baño tenía olor a drenaje y el caurto no olía a limpio nose si sea por toda la construcción pero no me volvería a quedar aquí y menos por el precio

Well this is not a cheap hotel, we had 5 rooms and all of them had some things that one or more of the others didn’t, like for example coffee makers and fridge, we requested extra towels and they never delivered them, cleaning lady was rude to some of us, complaining about how dirty the room was, when it wasn’t, the water machine to refill room water wasn’t working most of the days, and not to mention that the facilities are currently under remodel, and to exit the pool you have to pass right next to the restaurant and the floors get super slippery, etc

I will not come back to this hotel.

This is an old property under renovation. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were extremely outdated. The breakfast was very limited and food options were not impressive at all. The staff was friendly though. My biggest disappointment was not clarifying the room was for 2 adults and they charged me extra. Not cool.

First I got a room with a tub so high I can’t get o. It, the shower head was down the middle of the wall so either I need to get a step or chair to help me get in shower and if I did O will need to shower kneel on the tub. I asked for room change and it was quick 10 min tops, the room they gave me didn’t have a plug to charge the cel, the ight stand was the size of a bible book, I have some snack one night watching TV and the candy wrapped was in one of the tinny night stand not even move it , when I try to put my clothes in one of the drawers got stuck and cans pushed back, try the second drawer one of my shirts got rip from a nail inside the drawer I looked and was. Piece of wood and nail chipped inside, I got breakfast two times and I have to get up and look for the coffe pot to refill my cup when I was living and signify my ticket the waiter asked me if I wanted to add a tip I told him why is buffet I got up and served my self no one checked on my even I have to get up and refill my coffe three times and was like 5 waiters standing just there talking , NOPE I WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL they advise me before it was under construction but that one thing so different from having courtesy to the client

This property is conveniently located 10 minutes from Centro and walkable to Fashion Drive. Building is currently being renovated, should be beautiful soon. Cobran por llevarte la comida y no llevan toallas

Estuvo un poco incómodo el usar solo el elevador tamb pedí 2 veces toallas y no se me proporcionaron cobran el servicio asta por llevarte un café un poco elevados los precios lo único bueno fue que el personal nos trató bien pero siento k el hotel cobra mucho la estancia y necesita muchas cosas como el elevador solo uno las toallas nunca me las llevaron cobraron extra por llevarme un café al cuarto se que no es culpa del personal pero para lo que cobran deberían de tener al 100 todo

Never coming back.

Stayed for a night. We arrived late and tired after a long day. As soon as we arrive, we are told the hotel is currently being remodeled.Oh, okay. Wish I would've known before. We were charged $100 MXN for parking, which we weren't warned about before hand, but okay. Next we get to our room, and it looks NOTHING like the pictures advertising it. Old furniture, cracks in the false ceiling. Open the shower and it was leaking. Hairs from the previous guest all over the place, including the door. The bedside lamps didn't work, and there are only two or three different electrical outlets to use. Last and most frustrating, when we were all settled in, we heard a chirp in the AC. Fortunately maintenance was able to help us fix the problem (which eventually came back), but it turns out the false ceiling vibrated when the AC was running and he adjusted it through the ceiling access panel, which I had to do again in the middle of the night because the noise came back.

Excellent hotel.

This hotel was wonderful. Sylvia at the front desk, spoke irreproachable English. The rest of the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was very upscale and nice as well as the neighborhood. I would certainly give my recommendation to stay here.

Se escucha mucho ruido en las noches de otras habitaciones y mi segunda noche me despertaron marcando al teléfono de mi habitación a las 12:30am para pedirme que moviera mi camioneta de lugar porque iban hacer unas maniobras para arreglar el elevador, esto lo pudieron haber evitado si bloqueaban esos cajones de estacionamiento antes para evitar despertar a sus huéspedes. Pésima experiencia

Muchas cosas a mejorar el trato a las personas nacionales( mi caso) le dieron mas preferenciaa los extranjeros,cero flexibilidad de cambios en fechas expedia trato de mediar mi caso pero el hotel no lo aprobo. Recomiendo mas claridad en sus políticas tanto de Expedia y el hotel para ese tipo de problemas tambien poner el la plataforma que se paga el estacionamiento por separado cosa que tambien fue de mi desagrado les dijimos que rentamos el coche lo que nos dio garantía de que por el contrato no lo manejaran ellos. La comida salada y sobrecosida esta en remodelacion el hotel por el mundial habia bastante polvo y humedad pedi un antihistaminico y me lo negaron. En mi caso y de mi esposo tenemos alergia a ese ripo de ambientes no es apto si la alergia es como la nuestra el agua de la alberca esta a temperatura ambiente ( estaba bastante fria nos gusta nadar por la noche y tener algo que controle la temperatura seria ideal para disfrutar en ese horario ademas de que estaba sucia el agua) comparado con otro hotel que alquile para mi cita consular esos detalles se notan demasiado el gimnasio no lo pude ocupar pero al irme pase a darle un vistazo y habia mucho polvo y materiales por la sadecuaciones. Otro detalle en la alberca hay unos barrotes que dan vista a un hotel de a lado y es incomodo nadar y ver que los que se estacionan tienen vista hacia la alberca no se si era un solo terreno eso pero nuca vi que hubiera ese detalle en otros hoteles.

La verdad solo vale la pena quedarse en habitaciones de las ya remodeladas. Hay mucho contraste entre las remodeladas y las antiguas. Me hospede el mismo mes en 2 fechas distintas y note mucho la diferencia. Tanto asi que no dan ganas de hospedarse aqui si no es en una habitacion remodelada. Es solo mi experiencia.
