Check in was quick and easy, directions to the apartment were clear. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Only issue was the balcony door was unlocked with no key to lock it - luckily I wasn’t on the ground floor otherwise I would have felt uncomfortable. Great location for the Marvel Stadium and I could walk into the CBD or use the tram which stops right outside.

Apartment was very dusty and we have allergies, paperthin blanket on beds was very cold when sleeping, the fridge made a constant sound coming from it which was quite frustrating and milk in fridge was expired in july. Went and used the pool facility and along the tiles on the waterline the tiles had mould on them. Very tight and squashy car park.
Worst part was the Apartment had a bad smell had to open all doors and windows and whole building complex had a very strong odour/small throughout very displeasing

Apartment is right next to tram stop, great location and easy to travel to the CBD without driving.
The view from apartment is amazing, especially sunset!
The apartment is a bit dated, but acceptable for short trip.

Would never stay here again. No parking had to walk around the block and pay to use Woolworths car park which was $40 a night. Booked a room with one double bed and a queen bed got a double and two singles. Upon trying to organising carpark and to get the right Room they wouldn’t answer the phone because was out of hours and said they were only responding to an email so I could park as it was out of hours, they never fixed to room a couple had to sleep separately and one even left after the first night due to parking and sleeping arrangements. They were extremely rude during our stay and after when we had an issue receiving the deposit back they we’re basically yelling at my husband and told him they were busy to send a text.

The room smelt unclean, there was mould in the shower.

Worst experience ever.

The 1st unit we were given was not suitable but Orange Stay found another unit for us very quickly. The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. The master bed mattress felt well used and there were some stains on the carpet.The ensuite bathroom had also had a lingering odour but we couldn't identify its source.

Weekend in the City.

Property was as described with great views over the river and marina opposite. The Free City Tram leaves from outside the building, Woolworths is a very short walk and there are a number of restaurants and take aways in walking distance.

The location is amazing. There’s a tram (in the free zone) right outside the apartment/hotel doors. This tram takes you just about all the way to Melbourne Central. It’s near Marvel stadium in case you need to go there (which was a win for me). There is a woolies nearby if you need to get groceries or some snacks for your stay.

The room itself was great. Appliances worked, TV could be connected to netflix to watch your shows, nice little balcony to relax on, bathroom was clean and tidy.

The only couple things I disliked was the rug was very stained and dirty in our room, it needs to be replaced at this point. And the living room / kitchen area was very dusty, made me wonder when it was last cleaned…

We were only here for a short time (2 nights) but I can see how this would be a very useful apartment to stay at for longer periods.

The hosts were friendly and obliging. We arrived early and were able to get early access to our apartment. The main issue was lack of cleanliness. The dishes had been put in the cupboard dirty and there were stains on the sheets. The location however is great with a tram stop at the door.
Overall once we addressed the issues we had a great stay for the week

I booked the 3 bedroom penthouse. As soon as we arrived we had issues with the owner to check in. He wanted a credit card with the same name of the booking, unfortunately I did not carry it and have my card on my phone. They made a big deal to use my sisters card and eventually allowed it after arguing. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this has never been an issue. The apartment was beautiful and cannot take anything away from that. The balcony is huge but a shame there’s a rule you can’t smoke even though it’s so big. They had someone working on the balcony and said they would be gone by 2pm, he was there until nearly 4pm. The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived, we left it cleaner than when we came. We got noise complaints at 8pm and the rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear anyone just talking from the lifts.Wasn’t a pleasant experience, as beautiful as the penthouse was I’m sure I can find another apartment similar with less issues.

The broken outdoor furniture outdoors was broken - take it away! As well as being unsafe it looked like the propery managers didnt care at all by leaving it there.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. You could feel every spring. Also they couldn't look after our bags after 12pm so had to find somewhere else to look after them for the day as we weren't leaving until that night. Apartment was ok other than that. Needed an upgrade as some of the cupboard doors weren't closing properly. Would also be good to have instructions for the washer and dishwasher.

Booked to stay over the new year paying a very high rate so we were expecting our stay to be welcoming and relaxing. Unfortunately this was far from what we experienced..checkin was made extremely hard and staff were far from friendly. We booked this place for the pool and sauna but didn’t even use these facilities as they are nothing like the images and we were extremely disappointed .The pool is tiny located on the bottom floor and does not look like something you’d want to swim in unless you want to get a funky disease. The view was nice from our room and we watched the fireworks from our balcony. Considering the heat it would have been nice if our room wasn’t 50 degrees and the aircon had of been on to ensure our arrival was enjoyable instead it was so hot in the room and struggled to cool down, especially in the bedroom as there is no fan or aircon at all. The bed was very uninviting and I believe some nice bed linen and quality pillows/doona is needed and expected when paying for accomodation. So to sum this place up the location is nice and has good balcony views. This is let down by below average amenities and incredibly rude staff who do not care about their guests and are not willing to be understanding or flexible at all.

Whilst the apartment could do with a thorough deep clean and a jug in the kitchen to keep cold water in the fridge, it was comfortable for three friends to share.
The views at night were spectacular and the location to everything was perfect, with a tram stop right outside the front door.
We appreciated the onsite parking and ease of access, especially after driving 4 hours and arriving late at night.
The price was just right, and check-in was simple and mostly done online prior to our arrival which made it easy to coordinate our details from various locations whilst working!

This apartment was an excellent choice giving us the flexibility to prepare meals and relax. The pool was a bonus during the warm days allowing us to cool off after a day in the city. The central location with the trams just outside our door meant for easy access to the city. The apartment was well stocked with utensils and the furniture was comfortable. The only negative was the kitchen did not have a kettle and toaster - which is a must. But I loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Overall it's a reasonable property.
However, the 2 bedroom unit isn't equipped well to accomodate for 2+ guests.
The capboards have no shelfing where you can store your gear. The rooms are too small and have extremely limited space.
Facilities are clean and highly recommend
The photos of the property is and are extremely deciving. Not at all a true reflection of view, size accessibility.
Most annoying thing was the Hot Water system. Everytime someone has a showere (on the same floor) you could hear the whinning noise of the pump. This was really the turn off. At 6 am, someone would have a shower and I'd have to suffer the noise.

The property was fair overall. They only give you one set of keys so in order to use the elevator you need these keys so if your partner wants to do something and your doing another thing one of you won’t get back into room without whoever has the keys. No one came around to offer any new towels or clean the room which isn’t ideal but can live with, I’ve stayed elsewhere in Melbourne before and the maids have always come around every second to three days and also when you you pay $1000 to stay there you don’t expect them to charge you a “luggage fee” to hold your bags for a couple of hours on the last day while you wait for your flight. I don’t mind a luggage fee of your going to put the bags in a safe place for lockup but just to be left at the front door where anyone could walk in and grab them and run out pretty poor

I was not aware of the $500 deposit payable on the night until after I had booked the room. And the deposit is still not refunded 10 days after the stay. The room was very small, particularly the bathroom, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This spacious apartment is well laid out and is appointed in a contemporary style. The kitchen and laundry amenities are current models and are more than sufficient for a families needs. The two bedrooms are a decent size one with an en-suite bathroom the other with an adjoining bathroom, both were modern, well maintained and clean. The stand-out feature of this apartment however is the spectacular, panoramic view of the Yarra river, lovely by day, gorgeous by night. The view can also be admired from the apartments two balconies accessible via each bedroom or either end of the living space.

Quiet location - nearby supermarket, cafes, etc.
Even though the office was located across the road from where we stayed it wasn't a hassle. Staff member was very helpful.
Tram stop right at the door.
Easy to get to and it is much quieter than staying in the city - it is only a short tram ride or walk to get into the city. Highly recommended.
We had 2 x queens beds, but requested a blow up mattress which was no problems to the staff.

Whats bad.
- On checking in: Hotels.com say, you don't need to provide credit card. This hotel demands ID and Credit card.
- Room not cleaned
- Bathroom shampoo, etc not replenished.
- Stains in carpet
- Both bedside lights not working
I would have been better staying at a Airbnb or maybe it was an Airbnb. I will never stay there again.

Need to make sure there is enough crockery as we only had one bowl and there are no coathangers or shelves in the wardrobes which makes it hard to unpack.
