Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is small but it’s really cozy! Would definitely book a room here again. Also the free snacks till late is really good if you’re a night snacker, there’s also space for you to eat your snacks there or just have lil drink. The staff speaks English too and gives clear instructions and descriptions. They also have good luggage courier service but do take note, they’ll take a day to forward your luggage (so you’ll be luggage-less for a day/night).

We picked this hotel because it’s close to Skytree and Asakusa areas. The hotel is beautiful and our room (library suite) is huge. We were on 10th floor and we could see Skytree right outside of our windows. Our son had a cold so we had him sleep in the sofa bed far away from our beds, that’s how big the room was. It was a bit odd with the heavy curtain as the divider for living area and bathroom but it worked just fine. The curtain blocked the light and sound. There’s a hospitality spread by the reception that we really enjoyed. They offered free coffee, tea, apple juice, all different kinds of bread, and snacks. There were also alcoholic beverages at nominal fees. Convenience stores are about 3 blocks away. There are 2 local grocery stores across the street plus a bento store. I enjoyed seeing the locals walking and riding bikes. Skytree and Solamachi are just 2 blocks away. We loved the shopping at Solamachi!! Overall just a fantastic stay. A++

Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, but there is room for improvement. The room I was assigned was clean, and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows could be softer and more comfortable. I did not like that the sink is outside the washroom and that there is very little space to place toiletries. The same applies to the closet area—there is almost no space for clothes, and the suitcase only fits under the bed when opened.
The room would also benefit from more information in English on how to operate the air-conditioning system, as the controls are only in Japanese.
I appreciated the snacks and coffee provided in the lobby, but the variety and quality of the snacks could be improved, especially considering that this hotel is not inexpensive. More affordable hotels, such as Toyoko Inn, offer a very good complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the cleanliness of the lobby washroom needs improvement.
I liked the friendliness of the reception staff and the housekeeping team, who did a good job. Overall, it is an okay hotel with a pleasant design, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.

My only real gripe was with the bed, as the mattress is very firm and may be uncomfortable for others like me. For 1-2 night stays probably not a big deal. For a 3-5 night stay your back will be hurting by day 3.

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time. The location is great, right by the Asakusa train station and the Osage stop for Sky tree. Easy access to all other subway lines and a direct train to/from Narida airport that is super convenient! My only complaint is the rooms are so so small and there is no place to put your suitcase that isn’t an issue. They don’t provide a luggage stand and there really is no room for it to be out of the way. The rooms are that tiny. I can’t imagine 2 people in one room. It would feel claustrophobic and there’s absolutely not room for 2 suitcases. Also there’s not enough hooks for hanging towels and clothes out of the way. With so little space, being able to hang things up would really help but the few hooks are shallow and the hangers and towels mostly just fall off. They could use some better space saving options. They also didn’t have coffee cups, just weird little water paper cups that really didn’t work for the hot coffee. It was odd. Great service, super clean, great location!

Amazing Japanese Design hotel

This is my second stay at this hotel. The hotel has a really cool design and feels modern yet cozy. The location is perfect—right next to Oshiage Station and just a short walk to Tokyo SkyTree. In my first trip the room was compact but very comfortable and had everything I needed. In this second visit I booked The Library Suite. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a lot of extra space. It is not a typical Japanese hotel room. The rooftop terrace with the Sky Tree view was a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the subway station where there is a lot of restaurants and shops! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean with free breakfast in the morning (only breads, croissants with coffee, tea and orange juice) We booked a Deluxe Twin, for two adults and a child. We requested an extra bed for an extra of 40000 yen per nights. We had enough place for our luggage. It’s perfect for a couples of days, but I wouldn’t have spent a week there. Why I remove a star is that the bathroom have a clear door, meaning that if someone have to use it at night the light will wake up everyone else in the room. Kind of annoying…

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Tokyo! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was absolutely beautiful: modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with a great balance of comfort and style. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel special.

The location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to public transportation and great restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The guests luggage is stored around the entrance disturbing the design and ruining first impression. The hotel staff was not helpful at all they couldn't even book us a taxi to the airport.

High traffic/busy hotel, given its proximity to Tokyo Skytree. The main lobby and elevators were always busy/crowded. The room was small and awkwardly laid out. I really disliked the lack of space to hang up clothing (two short knobs on the wall with four hangers is pretty bad). Nowhere to hang up a hand towel near the sink. The wet room (shower stall and toilet) was so small and cramped. The automatic/motion sensor toilet constantly opening every time there was slight movement was SO annoying. Had a lot of small issues with various elements of the room (lighting, window, touchscreen) throughout my stay, enough things to make it frustrating.

The location is walkable from the station, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the building. The staff is international and speaks several languages. The room design has a compact aesthetic, but it would be ideal if even the smallest room included a bathtub. The breakfast offered isn't exceptional, but it is sufficient to fill you up in the morning. I was able to drop off my baggage before check-in, and they had it delivered directly to my designated room by the time I checked in.
