This tidy hotel near the center of town is a few clocks from the train station. Recommend a brief $6 ke so taci if you have lots of luggage. The hotel was clean and efficient. Check in is on the 5th floor and the rooms are above that floor. Many many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

I was in attendance of a seminar. I stayed overnight since the commute home was over an hour: plus I arrived in Aomori (to participate in training) after working the midnight shift. Parking was easy & the process was smooth. A Lawsons with international ATM was attached to the building.

Small but tidy place to stay. Comfortable bed snd pillows and easy to book cleaning service. There was an unfortuante sewerage smell from the toilet and sink holes that filled the bathroom with an awful smell.
The parking service was fantastic and staff were very helpful.

Gorgeous property, great rooms, comfy beds and exceptional staff! I would suggest to book ahead for meals as we hoped we could walk-in but a lot of restaurants were very busy. We waited which was also ok. Highly recommend this property, the taxi's from the train station were also very helpful, and very affordable, with very little wait time.

First time

I’m a regular visitor to Aomori. This is the first time at this hotel. There is on site parking but limited due to it’s also used for non hotel guests. I parked at the alternate parking lot (indoor) which is 2 minutes walk away. It was a comfortable sleep and breakfast was good. I will definitely come again.

Winter Wonderland in snowy Aomori ity

Our room had a great view of heavy snow falling on the street below, it was so peaceful with hardly any foot or car traffic. Fat snowflakes drifted outside the window in the breakfast room, a very relaxing atmosphere.
The room was spacious by Japanese standards and had a Queen size bed!
The breakfast was a lovely mix of Japanese and Western offerings.

The Hotel was good, the room.we had was very spacious. All the rooms have an air purifier/humidifier which I highly recommend using. The buffet breakfast was good and there was an explanation about the traditional breakfast.
Staff were helpful and they had all the bathroom amenities availability and each floor had a drink dispenser of hot and cold beverages.
Also, they had a coin operated laundry facility.
I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend getting an international driver's license, so you can freely travel the surrounding areas. We were limited to using the trains. They had limited services and you had to carefully organize to connect to other trains.

We stayed several days at this hotel, and were extremely satisfied. Service was impeccable and friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping staff. Room was spotless and quiet (and with a nice view). Breakfast was excellent and varied. Location is convenient to local buses (which take you to most places you would want to go, including the station and Shin-Aomori). You can also walk in less than 15 minutes to the train station / port / tourist area.
There are a bakery and convenience store in the building itself, and several dining options within a five minute walk.
Thank you to all the staff, especially the front desk, for your kindness, professionalism, and warm service (and for the famous Aomori apple at check in!)

The room was very big and the bathroom was also large. I liked the most that the bathroom was unit bath but the bathtub was longer size so that i could stretch my legs. Amenities were also very good. My favorite were facepack and bath salt cube. Thanks for the kind staffs. I got a higher floor when i requested. Very nice view of Iwaki mountain!

The property is a stone’s throw away from local delicacies, restaurants and even bars. Lawson is within the same building and Family Mart right across the intercross section. The bus stop across the road provides easy access to and fro Aomori airport.

The Richmond always meets expectations and the Aomori branch does not disappoint. The hotel is located within a mile from the Aomori train station, making it a nice walk or a very cheap taxi ride if you have luggage. The shopping arcade is within this walking distance, so there is no shortage of things to see and shop for after you check in.
The room was clean and spacious(especially the bathroom), easily fitting two with 2 big suitcases. The Richmond is famous in our minds for the reasonably priced breakfast buffet which we took advantage of every day of our stay.
We actually missed our first day due to a flight change, and although we missed out on a last minute refund, the front desk had chocolate and cookie omiyage as consolation for both me and my wife.
The Richmond will always be one of the top places for us to stay anywhere in Japan.

Very pleasant stay. The amenities and service were good. The free apple juice from the drink machine on our floor was nice. The restaurants, bakery, cafe, and Lawson downstairs were very convenient. Had a slight technology issue with the self check-in/payment which required some quick re-programming with the card.

アメニティサービスがとても充実していてとても良かった。一方でチェックイン後、部屋のシャワーカーテンの匂いがものすごくキツくて部屋全体がものすごく不快な匂いだった。電話したら直ぐに替えてもらえた。
3泊で利用させてもらったが一部屋空調の音がすごくうるさく、眠る時も3日間気になりっぱなしだった。。
ファンのところを確認したらすごく埃が溜まっていたのが見えてしまった。
その2点はとても残念だったが、上層階で夜景と日の出がとてもキレイに見えたのはすごく良かった。部屋も広くて家族で泊まった私達には助かった。

チェックインやチェックアウト、チェックアウトの荷物の預け入れが無人化されている。
駅からはやや遠く、お店も居酒屋等が付近に数店あるのみであまり充実しているとは言えないが、1~4階がテナント(パン屋やコンビニ、飲み屋)のため、お店のこだわりがなければ不自由はない。

フロントでもらえるアニメティが充実していた。色んな味の紅茶のサービスが良かった。各階に設置しているフリードリンクが嬉しかった。お部屋も綺麗で眺めも良く、リッチに楽しめました。もちろんリピート有りだし、人にもオススメしたいホテルでした。次回は朝食付きプランにしたいです。

優質飯店

7月初入住四人房，價格經濟實惠！房間空間小，第四人的床是加在電視前面的小空間，有點佔位子。浴室目前不是乾濕分離，但打掃的很乾淨，燈光明亮，備品也很充裕，備品需要自行到大廳拿，面膜很好用，每個樓層都有飲水機。飯店對面就是機場巴士，回程要去機場方便，飯店附近也有Toyota 租車公司，取車還車方便，停車每晚日幣1000，停車服務指引的很棒。缺點是離車站有段距離，輕鬆走5-8分鐘慢慢逛也不錯，未來如果再來青森，會想要來這家住宿！
