This was an efficient business type hotel. The rooms were comfortable & clean. Hotel staff tried to be helpful but sometimes were not as fluent in English in responding to our questions. We would consider staying again should we re-visit area.

ねぶた祭り最終日だったため、ツインルームがどこも満室でした。ホテル青森にセミダブルの部屋が取れたので、やや狭いのを覚悟して行きましたが、チェックインの時、フロントの方から、広いツインルームが空いたので、すすめられ、同料金で泊まることができました。
ねぶた祭りの昼は終わっていましたが、夜に海上運行と花火があることを教えて頂き、穴場の良い位置から、初めてのねぶた祭りを満喫しました。ありがとうございました。

喫煙部屋で予約したが、フロントの方がタバコ吸うか聞いてくれて、吸わないと言ったら喫煙部屋に変更してくれた。とてもありがたかった。
部屋は15階で街中が一望できとても見晴らしがよく、バストイレも別だし、部屋まで2つの扉があるので静か、部屋も広く駐車場も広く、ベットも寝やすくてとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

ディナーが楽しめなかったのは残念
コロナの影響でほとんどの利用施設が閉鎖。コンビニも近くなく寂しい感じでした。高層階で眺望には満足です。築年数がそれなりに経ていますので、全体的に少し古い感じは否めません。ただし料金設定も決して高くなく、コスパ的には十分見合っていました。いつかまた機会があれば利用したいです。
