The walls are extremely thin with almost no soundproofing. I could clearly hear other guests, early morning prayers at around 4 a.m., and loud construction noise from the street and adjacent building, which made it very difficult to rest.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and often forgot to refill the coffee packets. Only four clothes hangers were provided, which was inadequate. The elevator was also dirty and poorly maintained.

The front desk staff were friendly and did their best to help, but overall the noise, housekeeping issues, and cleanliness problems significantly affected the quality of my stay.

Great customer service and I was able to store my luggage prior to check-in! The bus to the airport was about 15 mins. The bed was too firm for me and the pillows were too soft. Will definitely come back for another stay next visit to HK.

Perfect hotel location in Kowloon. The hotel staff were nice. However, the mattress was a nightmare — it felt like a waterbed, extremely soft and uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep. The mattress should definitely be replaced. There was also a damp, musty smell in the room

Fun Hong Kong Trip

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel. Youthful and energetic neighbourhood. Close to subway. Staff were great. One thing to note when first arriving is that the main lobby is on the second floor. Room was clean with nice view of Kowloon. We would stay here again.

Stayed one one night instead of 4 booked. Small room and bathroom. Has a balcony but did not use because furniture broke due to the storm and it is surrounded by buildings. Convenient location with lot of food options. Small entrance which is inconvenient when have lots of luggages. Very thin walls, able to hear other rooms conversations which was the main reason why we left.

Hotel 108 is located in a busy neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is kinda small and the cleanliness is average. The room we stay in has some water damage near the window and the window is very dirty. The staff are very helpful and efficient though.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is 2 blocks away from Ladies Street Night Market, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The room we stayed in was extremely small. It as was big as my walk-in closet. The wall barriers were thin. We could hear people were talking in the next room and people were playing video game on the floor above.

A bit worried after read some really bad review about the cleaning and bugs issues. But after check in to the room, it's way better than my expectations. Pletty of room, room condition a bit dated but very clean, cozy and comfortable. The best part is the location, you can find everything you need just went downstairs. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I receantly stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, It was safe , not everyone can take the lift except the clients.The location is very conveninient , two minutes walk to Nathan Road . there are many restaurants nearby and transportation is convenient . the staffs are polite and helpful , one day I was in a hurry to take the high speed rail , the only staff in the front desk went outside with me to get a taxi . I left the hotel twice but be back in few days later , they allowed me to store my untaken luggage at the hotel .The room is clean and big enough , price is modorate , I was very satisfied .

The people at check in are super lazy, couldn’t even be bothered finding my check in details. When I tried to checkout (as we checked out early) the man at checkout assumed we only came for a day check in and wanted to deduct 300hkd for checking out early, when he didn’t check at all that we had booked the room for one night. The people there are super unfriendly and unhelpful. Would not recommend going again.

First things first, they do not provide a safe box for you to put your valuables, so if you are traveling with many important documents or lots of cash, bring locks for your luggages. Great location - walk to many places

Booked 4 rooms with Hotel 108 for 7 people. We stayed in Hong Kong for 5 days & were all satisfied in the cosy & clean rooms. Hotel service was OK (reception) but we all enjoyed our stay mainly due to proximity. We walked to many popular places + hotel is close to Mongkok Station. Although, the rooms have thin walls which you can hear sound from other rooms on the same level, it didn't bother us at all. I'd definitely stay here again!

Good central location

Good central location slightly away from the louder areas. Comfortable room but the mattress was a bit hard for our preference. Toilets wouldn’t flush but not the hotel’s fault there were plumbing issues in the area.

If you are on a budget, this is a suitable place for a short, cheap stay, The rooms are TINY! We had a room with a Queen bed and a room with 2 twin beds. The room with the twin beds was half the size of the room with the queen bed. The area is pretty run down, but much to see and do. There is a wonderful mall down the street and the hotel is a 5 min walk to the MTR. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Great location to Ladies market & eateries jus downstairs. However, air ventilation in the room was bad, made throat v dry & noisy air conditioning. Big balcony for the family room but din get to use it. Overall, still a good stay.
