The staff at this hotel strictly enforce their 3pm checkin time. Rooms were ready but they were not interested in being accomodating.
They smiled and watched as I made several trips upstairs carrying my groups luggage after sleeping on the floor of the lobby for an hour waiting to check in.
Room was dusty and found hair in shower.
I’m not generally hostile towards hotels but the staff here went out of their way to make life more difficult.
Will avoid the Best Western chain in future.

Main issue is no taxi's from airport to the hotel. We waited for >1 hour for a taxi at 10 PM along with about 70 other people. I tried ahead of time to order a private driver but that was $200 for a 9 minute ride.

nice, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi before our flights back home. Parking is an issue with not enough parking spaces overnight limited to 36 spaces for its guests. Has to park across the street. Also, the hotel does not have temporary parking space to unload luggage unless to park on a busy, active street to stop the traffic. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel choice to transit back home at a near airport location

Everything is good with comfortable bed and good breakfast. Cleanliness of room needs improvement e.g. dusty equipment, stain on toilet bowl, etc. Floor bricks at front and back doors need attention which is slippery on snowy season.

One night in Chitose

We stayed for the last night of a ski trip before flying out of CTS. Very comfortable room and the only place during our 10day trip that had more than one pillow standard. No shuttle to the airport but the front desk was very accommodating with calling a taxi for us - no problem even with a long ski bag (2,600Y to CTS).

Plenty to eat nearby as well with an awesome bakery, with a ton of options, right across the street that ended up being cheaper than paying for the hotel breakfast.

The hotel looks newly renovated and the rooms were in great condition. The bed was amazingly comfortable, a very essential part! There is a breakfast restaurant adjacent to the front desk / reception area. They offer a shelf of toiletries, assorted teas, and instant coffee that you can take to your room after checking in. Right across the street is a 7/11 for a quick bite or necessary items. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Express Check out is available at this location.

Hotel has no airport shuttle. Very few taxis in Narita. It took me 1 hr to get one fir a 5 min ride cisting me $15. I saw other guests dragging heavy bags on snowy icd sudewalks from train station about 4 blocks also looking annoyed. It is incredible that an airport hotel does not have a shuttle. Avoid going here.

Hotel is pretty new and still very clean and the room I had was very big for Japan. They have paid parking on property but there are not a lot of spots available. So if you check in later in the day you may have to park in paid parking off site. Which cost me more for the stay and I had to walk a little bit to the hotel from the off site parking. Other hotels in nearby offer free parking. So I am not sure why they are one of the few hotels in the area charging for parking.

Great hotel new New Chitose Airport.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in the night before we flew out of New Chitose airport. The check-in was smooth and both folks who helped us spoke English. We added breakfast at check-in and that was a good plan- it was nice and relaxing. The beds were wonderful, air-con worked well, and great bathtub. It was 10 mins from car rental. I would stay here again if in Sapporo.

Amazing Airport hotel

The hotel is very near to the airport and is very ideal place to stay in when you have a very early flight the next day(as downtown Sapporo is almost an hour away by bus and 40mins by train). The hotel is quite new for me and is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in was quick. The lady was very knowledgeable and can converse well in english. She was also very accommodating unlike the guy who checked us in who is a little arrogant. There is a motomori near the hotel that sells yummy hokkaido milk cake (you should try it!) and a 711 across the street. But a few mins away there is an Aeon mall and a little further is a small aquarium for the kids.

All in all, this place is a great option for an airport hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again when we return to sapporo.

Modern hotel near airport

Finally after a week in Hokkaido visiting different cities and staying in various hotels, the room here is the largest and most beautiful. It is not my first time staying in the Chitose area having stayed in other hotels in the vicinity. The downside of this hotel is that it is quite a walk from the Chitose station - about 15 minutes walk in the hot summer weather whereas the other hotels were much closer to Chitose station but were older and dated. I think it might take longer to walk in winter with all the snow. So you might consider a cab from the airport or from Chitose station if you have a large luggage. The pedestrian path is rough and rocky and it is tough to pull my luggage along (although it’s a small cabin size). Nonetheless when I got to the hotel I was greeted with the modern lobby and warm welcome at the reception. When I got to my room however I was upset that there was no bottled water provided and I was thirsty and sweaty. Thankfully I brought my own. Room decor was nice and modern with a tablet provided giving visitors information about the hotel and its surroundings. Aeon mall is a 10 minutes walk away for last minute shopping and has a small food court serving Japanese food at reasonable prices. On the last day I did my last minute shopping and found myself having too many bags. I asked if there’s any shuttle, there were none but the receptionist recommended the public bus costing just 210¥ straight to the airport which was very convenient! So happy.

We decided to stay at Best Western a second time during our visit to Hokkaido as we enjoyed our stay back in Nov’18. Check in process was smooth and quick and the hotel congratulated us on our wedding anniversary with a sweet note and some delectable snacks. Self parking lots at the hotel were limited during peak hours and it was chargeable at 800yen per night. As we were interested in the Eco-rafting summer activity, we approached the front desk to assist us with our booking. Ms Takashima, who was on duty that day, attended to our request and assisted us on the booking. She went beyond her duty to even source for an online coupon code so that we were able to save on the cost of the activity. Unfortunately, we were not able to thank her for her excellent service provided when we checked out the following day as she was not on duty then. We would very much like to commend her for making our stay at Best Western yet another memorable one. We would definitely be back in the near future as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have also found a liking to the hotel’s aroma scent too!

I only stayed for 1 short night. Had a big room with 4 single beds. Location of hotel is good - near AEON supermarket, next door has a 7-11, near to restaurants too.

Staff spoke basic english. Parking is 800yen per night, with multiple re-entries allowed. I stayed here because it's near to the airport and I had a early morning flight the next day.

Toiletries are ample and provided. Good stay :)

Overall very good hotel. Clean and good quality. Wifi was good and it was comfortable. The fitness center left much to be desired, but at least they had one, which is rare for hotels in Japan. The restaurant didn't serve dinner, which was kind of disappointing considering there was limited dining in the area. But otherwise a decent stay. I would perhaps stay again. Many other local hotels offer free shuttle service, so for some people with a lot of luggage they may want to consider this.

Overall good experience staying here. Ten minutes to the airport made this location a ideal choice for a stop off. The staff was very professional and courteous. There was a bit of a language barrier but all worked out fine. Definitely try the breakfast buffet it was outstanding.

The room was huge and had 4 big beds (super single). It was great for my family of 3A2C and we still had lots of space to pack our luggages. We booked this because it was only 15mins away from the airport. Perfect for overnight stay if u have an early flight the next morning!

I Made A Good Choice!

Location of the hotel is good, which is just a mere walking distant to the bus stop, subway station and Seven Eleven store is just across the street. The hotel is quite new, so things are very clean and tidy in the rooms. Beds are comfortable and the night robe is made of quality material. Staff are friendly, courteous and friendly. I like my stay here and is highly recommended.

I would choose this hotel again.

The room was clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The staff was very helpful and quick with my reservation. The city it is in has a lot to offer, and it's a decent alternative if you can't find a hotel in Sapporo. The hotel not too far from the train station, so Sapporo is very easy to get to even though the train ride takes about an hour.

駅から７分ぐらいで公共機関からの距離も遠くないです。
アメニティが充実しています、パジャマの着心地もよい。
１番は窓が開くため冬でも外気を取り入れできることが良かったです。隣にコンビニがあるし、同じ盾もないに居酒屋があるため飲食には困らない立地と思います。
