Staff was very friendly and accommodating, there was a free shuttle to the airport, we stowed our bags before check-in. The hotel is very old and in need of an update. The room had splashes of something on the wall beside the bed, the teacups provided were both dirty, and the place overall felt dingy.

Perfect one night stop after a long day of travel

We stayed here for one night after traveling to Hokkaido with three kids. It was a great place to stop for a night before traveling farther the next day. The ofuro was small but hot and felt great after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable, the free parking convenient, and the hotel was fairly accessible (had an elevator and no steps into the room, however the bathroom was tiny and had a small step down). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and simple good value

Hotel is easy to get to. Short train ride from new chitose airport. 2 stops to Chitose station and then a five minute walk. Bed was comfy. Black out drapes. A rod to hang clothes was useful since I was drying out my ski stuff. Having a kettle and mini fridge was nice. All in all good value. No restaurant but some close by and there is an Aeon shopping mall just 6 minute walk away. Staff were great! Did not get a chance to try the public bath on the 6th floor.

the hotel room is a bit old but it is clean. The room I booked is meant for 3 pax instead of 4 (2 singles and 2 pax tatami bed) so it is spacious for 3 of us. This hotel is one of the few to provide free shuttle bus to airport which is one of main reason I booked this hotel due to my morning flight departure.

Nice hotel with friendly staff that can fluent in English and they provide free airport transfer that reach on time. Big hotel spaces and got free coffee facilities in lobby. Everything was good except the tatami, guess house keeping forgot to change the tatami bedsheet.

It was the best hotel out of the 6 hotels we stayed for during our 7 days Hokkaido road trip! As we had an early morning flight the next day so we chose a hotel near the airport! This hotel offered free airport transfer which was very convenient! The hotel is very near as well just less than 10 mins away from the airport. Our room got upgraded to the Japanese double room! The room was so big and nicely designed. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Their service was excellent. Definitely will come back again next time! Highly recommended!

3 Days In Hokkaido

At only a 5 min walk from the Chitose station, and less than a 15 min drive to the airport, the location is great. The slow train to Sapporo is about 37 minutes, while the Express is around 20. Both cost ¥840. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke much better English than I did Japanese. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of east and west. I’m 6’1”, and the bed was long enough that I didn’t hang off, but the bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze.

All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Convenient hotel close to Chitose station

The staff were very helpful even though I don’t speak Japanese well. Breakfast was very good with a lot of different options. My room was small but very comfortable. I loved that there were light switches, a thermostat, radio, and alarm clock all on my headboard so I didn’t have to get up for everything after a long day of flying. They had all sorts of amenities in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. And free tea and a hot plate in the room! Great experience.

The room is extremely small for the price paid. We came in late and there were 2 staff, both men, who did not help with the luggage initially till my 2nd big bag. They do not seem to seem to care that I, a woman, was struggling with the luggages.

The Hotel has an airport shuttle service free for guests staying there.... This is a boon especially if you have early morning flight.
However was a bit disappointed with the room we were supplied with. Technically it was a single room, which another bed had been squeezed into. Not allowing room to move in reality.
The hotel service's were fine, but not quite up to normal Japanese expectations.
It was adequate for a one night stay, but I wouldn't recommend for more than that. The Chitose area is vibrant and on further visits to Japan, I will probably spend more time to see the area.
But this Hotel didn't quite make it in my opinion other than being close to the airport.

Good little spot.

Overall a good place to stay. I can't comment on venues around the hotel, as I only stayed one night. However the facilities were clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Staff we helpful and friendly room was a little small but comfortable. Close to JR railway. Restaurants and shopping mall are also close by. Breakfast is a mix of western and Japanese foods and there is plenty to choose from. Hotel offers a free shuttle back to the airport. Have stayed here previously and will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Small heater stand machine during winter time

The room provide small heater stand machine only!!! Its not enough let the whole room feel warm during winter -9c.
Its terrible cold especially when go toilet.... Besides, the heater water some time come out cold water when taken shower. During check out, my husband at 1st floor smoking and I notice that teksi already there. So, I start move my luggage from lobby to outside, however the reception didnt help me move my luggage to the cab. He know I carry 3 BIG luggage and pregnant, but he didnt ask and come over help me. During that time, no other customer need he serve. It bad service! I wont stay this hotel anymore!!!!

Run of the mill cheap hotel

We arrived late at night with over 10 luggages, and there is no luggage carts or bellman. The lady receptionist was nice, and the male staff who was doing nothing offered no help whatsoever with our 10 luggages, despite seeing us tired from our trip with young children.

Most people stay at this hotel for its closeness to the airport which opens at 6.20 am (not earlier).

Overall this is a cheap stay for an early airport departure. Nothing more.

Our first-time visit to Japan and this hotel was a gem! The room was smaller that that found in the US/Canada but was cosy and comfortable. The hotel location was good and provided ready access to the amenities we wanted. Numerous restaurants (including western style) were in easy walking distance. Washroom was spotless (and we are fussy travellers!). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Commuting t o Sapporo was a 35 minute ride; the ride did get quite crowded. Room rate was good value in comparison to our other stays. We would absolutely recommend for anybody visiting Sapporo or area.

As i went to Japan this hotel is very bad for me.
The hotel low cost but sell hight price. Hotel very Old, no key card room and not clean.The single bed room very very small and can sleep for 1 person only and i cannot sleep all night.

The hotel is close to the station and provides shuttle to the airport. These are the only pluses. The bed was rather dirty. The bed frame was sticky to touch. The linens seemed okay. But for the price, I expected better.
