We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport.

stayed here for a night, as needed a early flight from Haneda. While the earliest shuttle service was still falling short, front desk was able to arrange a taxi who was there at 0530. Did not get chance to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, but it is close (walking distance) to many local dining places.

Good enough for a business trip

The best part of this hotel is its proximity to Aoba park! The hotel and staff were nice and very accommodating. The facilities are a bit run down but passable for a business trip. The breakfast meal service was nice but the dinner service was cold and unwelcoming. I highly recommend that you avoid including the dinner service on your room as it is not a typical restaurant experience.

The rooms etc were fine but the restaurant for dinner was terrible. The staff were really unhappy and the menu was so limted we actually got up and left.

It is not that near to Chitose Station but walkable , like in 30 minutes? But there was an Aoba Oark nearby, just behind the property area, pretty in winter time. There is a bus stop to take a bus to Chitose Station. Coming back fr Chitose Station to the hotel is confusing to me, thus I always used taxi which cost about max 1000¥ one way. Fr Chitose Sta., the Salmon aquarium is about 1.2km away. During winter, there is a park, stunning view w ducks at the river. Beautiful place. The daily bfast is fine, got scrambled/ tiny egg omelet and sausages, bread and buns. Kids will have something to eat. Overall ok.

Hotel provides shuttle bus to chitose station, minami-chitose station and to new chitose airport. Elderly driver and assistant were kind and helpful. There is shuttle bus from airport to hotel, but we arrived quite late at night, so took train to chitose station, then a short taxi ride around 800yen to hotel. Rooms were clean and alright. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Overall it is good value for money for our one night transit stay before we continue journey to other parts of Hokkaido.

Pros:the free shuttle bus to the airport and the airport to the hotel are available and superb. The coffee at the lobby,ice,luandry are standard as the other. Recommend the coffee sachet should be provided in the room as well as tea.check in -out are fast.
Cons:the smell of insecticide spray is heavy in hall way and elavator[Annex building]

あれは、お客さんの目には入れちゃいけない…。

The room rate is reasonable and the location is closed to the airport which is quite convenient.
However, the restaurant is super hot. When I was having breakfast, I sweated a lot. Even the lobby and the street was cooler than the restaurant. It seemed that they wanted you to leave instead of enjoying the breakfast.
The public bath area is super small. The hotel has more than 250 rooms. However, the public bath area only had four shower head. I had to wait for it at night and it was very crowded and busy in the bathroom. Also, the time was not convenient. In the morning, it only opened from 6-9. Normally, I woke up at 8 and had breakfast. Then, I had already missed the shower time in the morning which was very inconvenient for the guests. I suggest that the hotel open the public bath from 6-10 or 6-11 in the morning as many guests would like to take the morning showers.

Family friendly and spacious for Japan. A small indoor onsen for those who want a last minute soak! Lots of eateries nearby and a convenience store just across the road.

Might not be so ideal for those who want to do a lot of shopping as a distance away from the JR station / AEON mall, but its a nice hotel with a quiet setting. Non smoking rooms were truly non smoking.

Airport shuttle will be convenient for those who dont drive - however do note that the shuttle from hotel -> airport only runs in the morning and airport -> hotel only in the evening. For those who drive, free parking is available.

Conveniently located close to New Chitose Airport with free shuttle bus.
Hotel lobby is spacious and has tea/coffee facilities available for free 6am to 11pm. There are also shelves with appliances to take to your room if required (like humidifiers, air filters, additional reading lamps).
The room is not big, but good enough for a one night sleep. Bed comfortable enough, bathroom smallish and not particularly attractive but has all you need in a short stay.

Nice Place to stay.. 11-14 mins from the CTS Airport ( if you take Taxi) and check the hourly sched from airport to the hotel. (if you prefer Shuttle bus) Quiet enviroment,fast service, with free freshly grind coffee at the lobby (morning -21:00) which i think.. and you have to make at least (a day before) reservations for Shuttle that will take you to the airport. Definitely recommended.

Room smelt bad when entered. Discovered later that a pooh was floating back up in the toilet every 2-3 hours after flushing. Many cigarette burns on carpet. Also on bedding and curtains. AC control did not appear to work. Down-filled (winter) bed cover way too hot to use, but without it there was just a sheet, and so too cold. Pretty awful really.

Would have rated hotel poorly but one person made it better. Upon arrival and picked up at airport, evening shuttle driver refused to assist me with my baggage. Passenger on board helped me. At hotel, another passenger assisted me with unloading my luggage. Front desk staff not friendly. Woman who checked me in, never smiled. Did not seem like how Japanese customer service people are normally. After checking out next morning shuttle driver helped with luggage and showed me where to check in. Best employee of all.

Nice hotel facing Lake Toya

The hotel is very big and situated just by the lake. We had a room facing the lake as well and during spring you can see the fireworks that happens every night at 8.45pm from the room itself or just walk out to the lake. The room was a little cramped for 3 person with 3 huge luggage bags. The dinner and breakfast spread was very good and delicious. The onsen / hot spring bath was superb! One definitely has to experience it in this hotel. The

Hotel is near a park & also the city library. There is a bus stop for public buses just in front of the hotel. Very convenient to take a bus from airport or to the Chitose station.
However, the front desk staff are not very friendly. Perhaps it is the language barrier but most are not enthusiastic to help.
In general, our 4D stay is pleasant. :)

Its a good hotel

The hotel is a bit far from the train station about 30 minutes walk but once you reached there its convenience. The hotel itself provide free coffee, free onsen, free shuttle service to the airport once an hour.

You could walk around town to nearby shops and restaurant. Its great.

Airport shuttle information is not accurate.

Nice enough hotel, very clean, free coffee for guests. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice shower. Didn't try pool or restaurant/bar.
We had a problem arranging transport to airport. Their shuttle bus only operates for 5 hours/trips in morning (0630-1130) to take guests to airport. Then only for 5 hours/trips in afternoon (5 - 10 p.m.) to pick up from airport. Any other times you will need taxi or bus. We chose this hotel mainly because it apparently had 24 hour airport shuttle service. The desk clerk said they had NOT told Expedia that they offered 24 hour shuttle service; that this was Expedia's mistake. So despite the fact that there are 4 early morning flights, none of these receive shuttle service. We had difficulty arranging for 2 taxi's large enough to take 4 people, suitcases, and 4 ski bags.
