Excellent check-in experience, clean and spacious room. Excellent recommendation by check-in counter to eat monkfish at the hotel’s in-house Japanese restaurant. There was a convenience shop near hotel check-in. Huge hotel reception area with beautiful Christmas decorations. 3 mins walk to huge Aeon Mall. Free airport shuttle bus with helpful driver. Will come back to this hotel again.

Room was good except I wish we could open the window for some fresh air. We are not used to having heaters all the time. The staff at reception was very good and helped to arrange the first shuttle to the airport as ours was the very early flight. There is Aeon next door unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, overall no complaints.

We loved our room. It was the perfect way to end our trip. There was plenty of space for our four suitcases, everything was clean, and we had a lovely view from the 10th floor. The breakfast buffet was quite good as well.

This nondescript hotel blends in so well you may miss it when you first get there. There is an ample parking lot a half a block away. The room we got was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was filled with both Western and local food. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Biei is very beautiful itself especially in the fall. However there are hot springs, forests and waterfalls a quick drive from here.

Overall the hotel was great, located next to the airport in a good neighborhood. A lot of dining options within walking distance (across the street, there are 5-6 restaurants to choose from). The staffs were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, they even booked a airport ride for us the next day.

Con:
The only downside, they charged me for an early check-in (1.5 hrs earlier) when our room was ready. I can understand the charge if the room wasn't ready and they need to rush to clean it. But this is only my personal experience and doesn't reflect on the quality of the stay. Overall the hotel was great and we would stay here again.

This is advertised as an airport hotel but it is nearly impossible to get a taxi to the airport and they don’t have airport shuttle either. Staff was very unhelpful in helping us find get a taxi to airport. If you are transitting through Chitose and need a hotel you are better off booking the hotel that is right in airport.

Comfortable stay we slept very well. Good amenities in room. Appreciated the Sleep Advantage program where we could request for different pillow and also aroma stone with essential oil.
Conveniently located across a large supermarket and department store. Many locals use the mall.

Room was too dry for me, should have requested for humidifier.
Encountered a staff who wasn't couldn't really converse in English so we gave up asking a question.

This hotel was beautiful and very comfortable to stay at. The staff were very pleasant and dependable. The buffet in the mornings were delicious and had a variety of dishes to choose from. There were a lot of activities you can do near the hotel such as the northern horse park and shikotsu lake. Aeon mall is right next to the hotel and was really useful as we could buy more clothes and necessities for our trip.

Wonderful hotel, as we only stayed one night after arriving from the airport, it would be a nice place to stay longer as it has some fun offerings inside the hotel. Although listed with an airport shuttle it wasn't running which we didn't learn until the last minute. Once arrived, the internal convenience store was the only place open so that was where we had the option to get dinner. Reception staff was quick to checkin and out; after figuring out how to communicate, they helped call us a taxi. Overall, very nice hotel - they even had some items to help you relax and sleep in the room which was a nice treat! The breakfast buffet was also fantastic.
