Hotel's free shuttle to New Chitose airport (after check-out) was an unexpected surprise. It left right on time, just like the country's trains. It got us there in about 15 mins. Saved a lot of travel headaches.

The front desk staff's English was limited and my Japanese is even worse, but we managed to communicate ok. Hotel should consider using a language translation device as I have seen in other hotels and carcrental outlets.

The vibe of this hotel is a little like an old prison converted into a hotel , shower ceiling so short you have to bend over to fit , hallway smells of mold , neighborhood around the hotel has vacant lots and no restaurants or shops . Motel 6 is a huge step up from this hotel

It was a nice hotel before heading to the airport the next day. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Parking is a bit tight. Overall, it’s a bed and shower … nothing fancy but do you really need more for one night.

Chitose Train Stop

We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your helpfulness and warm smiles.

Don’t stay here

My son had a snow boarding accident and we were staying here on the way to surgery. The hotel was old drab and dirty and the staff tried to charge extra fees beyond what the price shows online. They were unbending and completely unsympathetic. Stay at the best western across the street so much better quality and kinder staff.

For the price that is, get what you pay for. Super clean facilities, lovely staff. The room itself is a bit cramped. Highly recommend doing the buffet breakfast. For its price is great value. However, wish there was a later bus service to the airport, latest currently being 9:40am. Overall good place to stop by for a night or two.

The breakfast is totally worth it, opt in for a pretty good breakfast variety. The staff on the property is also super helpful and great! The only thing i didn’t really like was that the hallway reeked of cigarettes even though I got a a smoke-free room, i could still smell it through the walls.

I was there to sleep before my flight and this was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you plan to stay long term as there is little to do in this area. However, if you want a place to stay on your last night in Hokkaido for an early flight the next day, look no further. I also want to shout out how great the breakfast was. I went to an expensive Onsen hotel and had their brwakfast. Not only was it cheaper at this Hotel, but the quality was better too. The staff were very helpful and kind during our stay.

Old hotel needs updating

The hotel was fairly easy to find and walkable from the JR Chitose station. This would have been easy if it was any other season however it was winter so the supposedly 10 minute walk advertised seemed to be longer and of course with luggage and the freezing cold, it was really hard to manage.

Communication was a problem as the staff did not seem to understand English. Thank God for Google Translate! For a hotel, I think it would be good if they have some signage in English to help make it easier for tourists that stay there. They didn't even have an English map. If you need one - you may be able to get one from the tourist information located at the Chitose station.

Its also important to note that they have 8 seats available in their shuttle hence its very important to make a booking for this right away. The first shuttle was 825AM and the last one was 940AM.

Room itself was okay. I liked the toiletries provided. I also liked the bed and the duvet. The pillow was a bit hard for my taste and the room was really warm. I think they have centralized AC. I couldn't sleep so I had to borrow a fan from the front desk. Room also had a bit of a musty smell.

Friendly and helpful staff, some speak great English some do not but they are still happy to assist ++++ and nothing a little google translate can’t do! Best thing is complimentary shuttle transport to CTS airport which takes all the stress outta equation!

Reception was friendly. Was pleasantly surprised that they provide shuttle to airport. The room was clean but it was very small. Hardly had enough walking space for me and my wife. If you've got a big luggage, you will probably have to open it on the bed then.
I got a room on the 2nd floor and it's right at the far end of the corridor. Got the feeling it's because I booked via 3rd party online app and with promo discount?

Every member of the hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay a very happy and comfortable one. The room was large. It would be even better if there were one or two English TV channels. The shuttle service was excellent and unexpected and the lady driver was so helpful. An excellent hotel!

CP value alright

Picked this hotel for a socalled transfer from new chitose to furano as we don't want to spend time back and forth sapporo. We drive so the location is alright for us. it's a rather old style hotel but we dun feel too bad for that as we only spent a short night there. the price is relatively low, thus the room is also small with a very small \"semi-double\" bed. The bed is thin, i guess to allow more space to make the room seem like larger. Overall impression is alright.

Convenience location! Hotel is about 5 blocks from the train station. We could have walked but opt for a taxi ride instead. Our booking through hotels.com didn't included breakfast and we didn't have time for one either. We went shopping at the nearby supermarket.
Free shuttle drive to the airport is great. Overall, really clean hotel - more business friendly ambiance rather than family. We saw lots of business men stayed during our stay as well as airline crew members. We were the only family group (part of 2) that stayed for leisure. Great neighborhood, quiet.

If we're in the area, we would stay here again due to it's convenience location to both the train station and short ride to the airport.

Then found out that they drop off at airport but do not pick-up. After alot of help from airport staff they did come pick us up as we had luggage for skiing and other transportation would be difficult. All in all excellent but they need to change shuttle policy I think

Stayed over night for early morning fiight. Location too far away for this purpose.
Did not provide proper location for shuttle bus stop, says #31 or 32 in website but in fact it's #30.
Missed shuttle and had to take a taxi to hotel for 1900 yen.
Room is too small (In fact bed too big for such a room) - Looks like a hotel room in Tokyo.
Bathroom as small as one in Tokyo.

Good hotel with typical (for Japan) clean smallish rooms. No English channels on TV. Wifi was excellent. Windows open. Staff is helpful but English is limited. Free shuttle to airport only runs at certain times but hotel is 10 mins walk from Chitose Station. A few dining options close by including Golden Arches.

I showed up early and the room wasn't ready yet but they offered to hold my baggage while I explored the town and got a bite to eat. Very clean hotel with super friendly and helpful staff that might not be 100% lingual in your language but that didn't stop them from going out of their way to make sure they understood what any questions I might have had. Hotel is very close to the Chitose station (10 minute direct-line walk) which connects to everything and is one stop away from the Chitose International Airport.

Good hotel if you have to go to the airport

Its a Japanese stile hotel (small room, in which the bet occupies almost the whole space). It is worth stain in this hotel if you need to be early in the airport, and don’t want to spend about an hour in the train/bus. They have a bus that goes from/to the airport. There is not much around. We spent our last night in Sapporo in this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location- about 5 minutes from the airport.
The hotel itself is old and could use a facelift. The inside is very clean and tidy but still old.
The double room for two is very tiny. The bed sits on the floor and there is no room for two suitcases and two people. It is a very tight squeeze.
Even though the price was great this is not a good room for two people. It would be fine if this room was for one person, but simply too small for two.

Decent hotel for the price

Hotel Wing was conveniently located to the New Chitose Airport and about a 40 minute train ride to Sapporo. There isn't much near the hotel, but we were only staying there as a stopover between flights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Their English was decent and the restaurant in the hotel was pretty good too. Rooms were tiny though, so don't expect to hang out in your room.

Charged for 2 pax for the value of 1 pax

The hotel location is quite a distant walk from the JR station. Booked a room for 2 pax but was given a semi double bed and room that we all felt was meant for 1 guest. There's no walking space within the room if you have 2 luggages.

The only consolation is we got free shuttle bus pick up to the airport. Otherwise, we cannot imagine the torturing walk to the JR stations with our luggages.
