At the hotel for more than a month over two stays. MUCH better hotel than I'm used to, and I really have no complaints. Compliments to both housekeeping and desk staff. Used the pool every day. Plenty of hot water and the wi-fi was strong. Did not try the Chinese buffet, tho was tempted, but a variety of Thai and Korean restaurants within walking distance. Used Grab! rideshare to get around town. Expect to stay at SC in the future.

This is a wonderful hotel in Bangkok if you're just staying for a few days and want to tan and workout. It's a nice place to just relax. The food's pretty solid. Pool and Gym are nice. The rooms are nice. The staff was great.

I'm definitely going to stay there when I'm in town.

Clean hotel however it is a little far from Bangkok tourist activities. If thats what you're looking for then this hotel is for you. 30min from BKK and 30min to Siam. Very secure and safe location with 24hour guards at the lot entrances. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool seemed nice but we didn't use it. The fitness center and sauna complete the package. It is also located next to a busy freeway but not horribly loud however you know its there. A good value if you want to get out of the heart of Bangkok but still stay close enough.

Unfortunately, I found mold in my room. When I asked to switch they were accommodating, but the 2nd room also
had mold.

In the 2nd room, there was a leaky shower attachment that dripped tons of water onto the rim of the tub & floor.

The laminate wood floors were peeling. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot.

I can tell they do clean a lot but if it’s not properly sealed solid wood or stone tile, those cleaning products will eat away at the surface over time.

Also, the gym vibe was very off. There were two workers in green track suits squatting in the middle of the gym floor with their phones plugged in while using them and playing videos. They were just there as a distraction more than adding to the vibe.

As I said earlier, I had issue with two rooms and I didn’t have the energy to request a 3rd room. So I took a bath and checked out after 1 hr.

When I went down to check out they asked if I can wait so they can check the room. Check for what exactly? Why would they not be more concerned that I’m leaving after reporting a couple issues?

Because they insisted on delaying me on my checkout, I figured I would include that because I don’t ever get asked to stay behind for staff to check a room. And that was really not the best time to request that because I had already been highly frustrated.

Maybe if I would’ve requested a 3rd room, things would’ve worked out - But I also think the whole vibe there just needs work. It does have potential to be better.

The ONLY reason this hotel has 4* is because of it's modern and very good gym. The room we had had chipped worktops and one of cupboard doors didn't fit properly. The breakfast was ok if you like chilli/spicy food, although they do a very good omelette.

Breakfast is great. Tilted towards Asian cuisine as you would expect, but it includes an open grill with a chef to prepare any eggs you want. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and a buffet of asian cuisine that I didn't explore but many did. Overall a great value. Rooms could stand to be freshened, could use new carpet in the halls, but definitely not 'run down'. Just needs a little refresh to match the rest of the property. Junior and Executive suites are over 600 sqft so very roomy and comfortable.

Great property excellent value. It's a 30 minute grub ride to downtown. There's not much to do around the hotel itself but it's a great jumping off point. Beautiful swimming pool the only thing it lacked was was daybeds people were getting up in the morning and putting towels down and trying to save it because they were so few there was no reason for that otherwise great hotel

The Hotel was overall excellent! The staff were so attentive and friendly, and I loved the pool. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and my room, as well as when I took a quick walk to the nearby 7/11 at night.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, not many vegetarian hot options however I didn’t expect there to be, and I managed just fine with the options I did have.

The room itself was lovely, lots of space and the extras such as robes and toiletries were a huge plus. The only downside to me was that the walls were a little thin and I could here road noise, however this is Bangkok so I should expect it!! I still had a lovely sleep regardless!

The room was very reasonably priced for my experience and I would definitely visit again, thank you. :)

The staff were excellent. The pool and gym are good. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the food was high quality. The Chinese restaurant is also excellent. There are plenty of local dining options walking distance on the street behind the hotel. The rooms could use some freshening but for the price this is a great option.

Corridor carpets feels a bit old and might need some maintenance as it’s bludging out and trip hazard. Room service food is good. I stayed here 12 nights. For the hotel services and staffs are friendly. Clean Room and Good Foods. I would give the hotel staffs with fully satisfy 5 stars

I only have some comments about the group of customer who make a small party or etc. in their rooms, kept shouting, screaming , talking very loud in the night until 3am-4am

Also smoking along the corridor. Kept Open/Close their door, for playing. ?

The hotel should give some strict rules or give some info to the customers for not disturb the others.

I stayed in the 5th Floor.

I was very disappointed to find that the hotel's Wi-Fi network is now completely open — no password, no login required. This poses a serious security risk, and my company's IT department has advised me not to connect my work devices to such an unsecured network.

I have stayed at this hotel over 200 times in the past and have always needed to log in to access the internet, which offered a basic level of security. Unfortunately, this recent change means I will now need to look for a new business hotel in the area that offers a more secure and reliable internet access.

I had a great stay at SC Park Hotel. The staff were top-notch, friendly, professional, and always helpful. My Executive Room was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The gym was a real bonus. It's well-equipped enough that I didn’t need to find a local gym.

If you're planning a longer stay, I'd recommend going for the Executive Plus. Having a washer and full-size fridge would make things a lot more convenient. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing experience for me. From the seclusion of the hotel to the 24 hours security at the gate. The staff was amazing as well and very helpful. Not all of them spoke good English but they didn't give up until they knew what I was saying. I only wish I could have used the spa on the first floor Unfortunately, on my third day I got food poisoning and then two days after I recovered my husband got food poisoning so we spent most of our time in the room lol oh I forgot the daily breakfast buffet was amazing as well It had a wide assortment of pastries, fruit and an omelette station

I like this hotel, but it has some problems. The AC in my living room was perfect, but it was defective in my bedroom. I complained many times about this, electricians came to the room, and it never made any difference. The room also had a moldy smell in it due to the inadequate AC.

A second problem was the steam room. Every day, I asked the staff to turn it on and make it hot, but every time i showed up to use it, the steam room was never hot, and I was told to wait an hour for it to heat up. That was ridiculously unprofessional.

On the plus side, the breakfast buffet here is awesome. Amazing to get such a buffet for the price.

Stayed here for a full week with kids and family, there are plenty to do at and around the hotel. The gym is awesome, probably the best hotel gym that I’ve been to. The pool was nice and big for children. The location is removed from town, but easy enough to GRAB a taxi into the city(200-300 baht).

It’s a good compromise for peace/quiet and resort style accommodation.

The staffs are very helpful. The bellboy are always on top of things. Although upon checking in the room is not look like the image shown on Expedia website and has a smell. Mold in a corner of shower. Hallway also has smoke smell when we arrived at late night. We didn’t feel the need to change room at that hour. But in the morning, I went to front desk to shown the image and description shown on Expedia VS room I received which look nothing like image. The lady at front desk said oh it’s the same just not remodel yet. Well then that remodel pictures should not be showing unless that what the guest will received. I told her my friend room look more like the images and she said I can upgrade to that room for extra 2500 bath. I didn’t feel like arguing so I paid and have submit issue to Expedia along with images and Expedia agent agreed with me and we are in process to hear back the decision from the department that made the call. Beside that issue, everything else was fine. The upgrade room that look like picture are great, everything new and up to date it kinda choose your luck kind of thing.

Breakfast buffet is the same everyday tho.
