A sweet hotel with a lovely courtyard and excellent breakfast. It’s in a quieter part of the city, easily accessible by bicycle. I didn’t try the bus but that also seems like an easy way to connect to other parts of the city.

The hotel was in a quiet and new area. Our room was good and we liked the added bonus of the kitchen.
The breakfast options were very good and being able to take it back to our room was great too.
We hired Malmo by Bike bikes which were great and easy to use, and we managed to see a lot of places. We also walked a lot and used the local bus once (to go back to the central train station with our luggage).
. We did Malmo Ribersborg parkrun, which was lovely, and we were made very welcome.

The property is broken into a few buildings but was in a quiet and safe area. Walksble but has the bus just outside that links the city and the station. Handy supermarket and a wine shop which was huge. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Whilst being near the harbour area is lovely it’s quite isolated and i would have preferred a location closer to the Central Station. However the studio room was spacious and the breakfast quite nice. The gym is tiny and limited to 2 person use with no floor space to work out in. The staff in the hotel were very good.

Great location with all amenities needed nearby

Pillows were very thin and not great. Beds were ok.
Kitchen was nice and nicely equipped.
Love the window screen which gives privacy and we can see outside while not be seen from outside.
Great dark curtains.
Wish there was a way to open top window with the handle as it gets hot upstairs where the bed is.
The area was great. Can rent e-scooters to travel if needed. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and children's playgrounds nearby. New area which is nice and very clean.
About 1.5km from train centrel station.
Breakfast was pretty good but would be nice to have waffle or pancake option as kids love these generally.
Staff was amazing and friendly.
Quiet and safe area. Barely any cars driving by which is great.
Big skate park im front which is rare.
Bus route/stop right next to hotel if needed.
Would definitely stay here again!

Great Find with Incredible Value!

We had a wonderful stay! Our group had multiple rooms here, and we could easily congregate with plenty of space in the bigger ones. It was very useful to have a kitchen (and a grocery store close by), and I did a load of laundry while I was there. Laundry requires booking a time slot, but it's free so that was super handy. We loved the balcony, and beds were comfortable. I do wish the bathrooms were a little more upscale, but they were perfectly usable. The area is very very quiet and peaceful at night, and the rooms have incredible sound proofing. It was also an easy ride on the bus line from the train station for about $3. Would happily stay here again!

Mini appartamenti con tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni medio lunghi, la lavastoviglie con le pastiglie già fornite da loro è stata molto apprezzata. Nella cucina è presente tutto il necessario, frigo e piastre elettriche. La lavanderia in comune deve essere prenotata e là si usa in esclusiva (una dose di detersivo già a disposizione, asciugatrici e lavatrici professionali). La sauna va prenotata e deve essere accesa con 1 ora di anticipo, la si usa in esclusiva ed è molto bella e pulita. La palestra ha attrezzi nuovi e pur essendo piccola è molto comoda, con sistema di aria forzata e ingresso massimo di 2 persone alla volta. La colazione è ottima sia dolce che salata, le ragazze che la gestistxono riescono a tenerla sempre ben riassortita e in ordine nonostante l’affluenza e lo spazio limitato. Il self check in è stato comodissimo e anche quando non è fisicamente presente una persona in reception, sono sempre immediatamente disponibili da remoto. Il quartiere è bellissimo e molto tranquillo.

The More hotel apartments is the best. Apartments were clean. Kitchen utilities were present. Towels and toiletries were provided. Very good option to stay for a few days with family. Paid Parking was 200m away in a garage. We stayed with 2 children and we enjoyed. The breakfast options are not the great but then sufficient to start the day. Due to smaller size, the breakfast time must be booked in advance. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

V clean room, great staff & location = happy stay!

We had a really good stay here - staff were exceptionally helpful and hotel was in a good location in a great area, handy to a bus stop and with several supermarkets and restaurant / takeaway options within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent, and our kitchen and bathroom were as expected. You have to book the laundry facilities in advance which could be an issue, but they're nice and clean, and as we had a few days, it wasn't a problem. The doors all operate electronically which takes a bit of getting used to, and I found our room a little dark, but it was very clean and had a comfy bed, so overall we were very happy.

We were a family 5 and had a wonderful stay. the room we had was spacious. with a washing machine and dishwasher, big dinning table. felt like everything were very new.
Breakfast included. Choice is limited but fresh and tasty, refill frequently.
there are big washing machine x 2 and dryer x2, booking is required (booking the time slot of the entire utility room)
a supermarket and a bus stop nearby. easy to get to the central area.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable 2-bed room with a balcony. The breakfast was terrific, though it lacked daily variation, offering the same hot item each morning. The variety of fruit, however, was impressive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, featuring modern buildings in a newer area, which means it lacks some of the charm found in more established neighborhoods. Additionally, there is limited restaurant variety, but a grocery store is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk away.

This property was nice and clean but the staff was not really sympathetic empathetic to me when it said that the room was cold they did not provide heat for me for 3 days I was there the building is cold inside so you need heater they did not compensate me on the price for chivalry so be careful yes in the gas heater and the rooms did not work they tried changing my room and it still didn't work in the other rooms it seem like they just won money and money money

Our loft unit was very spacious and clean. Although it is not quite walkable from Malmo Central Station, Bus route 5 stops near the hotel to/from Malmo central station and it takes about 7 min. Turning Torso is just 10 min walk from the hotel. Staff is very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment with it's own front door onto the pavement / footpath. The apartment had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. A breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room, but you do need to book your timeslot. There was a bus stop 10m from the front door, with local busses every few minutes taking you to Malmö Central station. A very convenient location and very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were very accommodating, we requested early check in, which was granted and they were so helpful with all queries. Really liked that fresh linen and towels were available if required, plus guests have free use of the laundry facilities. The parking arrangement was very convenient and the general location is fantastic, it is quiet but there are restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach and Malmö centre is only a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

This was our first time to Sweden and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The More Hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood that is walkable to the North Sea. The grocery store is a 8 minute walk. The beach is 10 :) We purchased the breakfast option with our stay and are we so glad we did. It was wonderfully set out with many super healthy options. We did not want to miss it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to come back here again. The unexpected experience was the active fire alarm. If someone forgets to know how to cook and/or turn on the vent fan, (because these are units with a full kitchen) the entire building knows :) I loved the friendly note at the front desk the next morning reminding people to pay attention to their food when preparing. Loved, Loved, Loved our stay at the More Hotel. Well Done.

A great base for exploring Malmo

The More Hotel Vastra Hamnen was first class! Slightly out of the town centre, but well connected by an excellent bus service (bus #5 from the train station stops right outside the hotel). The Turning Torso (tallest building in Scandinavia), is very close so you're always able to find your bearings when exploring the rest of the town.
The reception staff were SO helpful, before and during our stay - giving recommendations of places to visits and local info. Nothing was too much effort for them - they really went the extra mile!
A time slot for breakfast has to be booked in advance, as the breakfasting area is quite small, and even with the booking system, it can get quite congested. Food was replenished very frequently, so it is always fresh/ at correct temperature. Soaked oats with nuts, seeds and fruit were a family favourite!
We had a 'Standard Studio (Sofa Bed)', which was quite different from the photo in Hotels.com, as the sleeping and lounge areas are all in the one room, but is was very comfortable. It would benefit from more hanging space and drawer space for clothes - we ended up hanging clothes over chairs, which wasn't ideal as we then couldn't sit on the chairs!
Shower room was great, and fresh towels were always available on a 'help yourself' basis from reception.
Hotel was always spotlessly clean.
Altogether, a really great hotel.

The 'loft' apartment was on the ground floor opening directly onto the street. There were no opening windows or air conditioning, thus the only way to get fresh air was to leave the front door open, compromising security. The apartment was very clinical with concrete walls that transmitted noise from neighbouring apartments. We checked out earlier than planned and moved to a different hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Conveniently located just 20 minutes walking distance from city center and Malmo Central station - the gateway through famous Oresund Bridge to Copenhagen. The tallest building in Scandinavia - the Turning Torso is just 3 minutes away. Few supermarkets ( ICA, Coop) are nearby, so having the full kitchen you can make any meal you want. We rent Studio apartment with loft which has plenty of space and is very convenient. Excellent breakfast- they don’t offer any hot meals, but variety of other items fully compensates this. Discounted City car parking is across the street. Laundry room, Gym and Sauna are very valuable add-ons. Overall excellent experience.

A great spot to base yourself for a short break in Malmo.
A leisurely 15min walk to the central station and main town or use the electric scooters dotted about to get around quicker or further...with a smile on your face.

The hotel breakfast wasn't great. Food was OK, but the room is small and far too busy...even with the advanced booking system. If you have a studio apartment (with kitchen), just walk 5mins up the street to the shop and buy everything you need. Much easier.

Parking is easy. Use the Aimo Park | Östra Varvsgatan parking lot. 160SEK for 24hrs. Or if you're flying into Copenhagen just use the train. A lot cheaper than the 130Euro return toll!!!
Unless you intend to travel out of Malmo, leave the car behind.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The desk closes at 6pm. We arrived late, but we used the intercom to get in, then the phone behind main desk to get the code for the key locker. Worked well.

Room was clean and well furnished. Brand new.
Good WiFi and TV has Chromecast so you can use phone apps for Netflix, etc).

Area is under development. Lots of new apartment buildings and some still being finished. Overall its still a really nice area. Lots of Ferrari and Lamborghini cars being driven around...so its going to be pricey to purchase around there.

As the area is new and growing there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Not so great if your veggie or vegan as menu choices are limited, so best bet is in town.

Har övernattat här både i tjänst och privat.
Tar alltid studio loft då man får en egen ingång och fullt utrustat kök + badkar.
Alltid rent och fräscht, det enda jag inte gillar är kuddarna, dom är extremt små, som tur är får man 4 st men jag brukar ta med min egen.
Har också bott här med hund och det funkar super, skålar till hunden och väggarna är tjocka så man behöver inte oroa sig över att det är lyhört. 10/10!!

Stort och fint rum, bra badrum och välutrustat kök. Sängen var skön och bekväm. Tyvärr hade inte rummet städats när vi checkade in. Det fanns både ren och smutsig disk framme på diskbänken och skräp kvar på matbordet som tidigare gäst hade lämnat kvar. Frukosten var helt ok, men inte fantastisk, saknade variation på ostar, croissanter, muffins, våfflor/pannkakor.

Mycket trevligt lägenhetshotel med avslappnad vibe! Frukosten var inte så stor jämfört med vad man kan få på andra hotel, men den var väldigt fräsh och ett stort urbud av mackor, pålägg, yoghurt, ägg, och saker som ingefärashot och smoothies! Så är inget man kan klaga på. Hotellet har bastu man kan låna utan extra kostnad, och ett gym!

Rummen är stora och luftiga, med ett fräsht kök med diskmaskin, kyl, frys, spis samt ugn. Vi lagade ej något själv, men det fanns kastruller och dylikt i lägenheten, och man kunde låna från hotellet om man behöver något mer.

Rummet var mycket rent och fräsht! Med ett stort och fint badrum. Dock så var det en dusch/badkar kombo. Det kan hända att det inte faller alla i smaken.

Receptionen var endast bemannad från 7-18. Men det hade ett nummer man kunde ringa 24/7! Mycket bra.

Hotellet hade även utmärkt bussförbindelser och det var enkelt att ta sig in till centrala Malmö, men bussar som gick mycket ofta.

Kommer absolut rekommendera stället till andra som ska hälsa på. 5/5! ❤️

Morgenmadsbuféen var meget i betragtning af, hvor mange mennesker, der bor på hotellet, og det var ukomfortabelt at skulle sidde som sild i en tønde i stueetagen, derfor valgte vi at gå op ad den stejle vindeltrappe til 1. salen, hvor man så alligevel sad lidt ubekvemt ved siden af indgangen til motionsrummet og saunaen. Værelset var helt ok, men kedeligt indrettet.

Vi blev opgraderet til en større lejlighed, hvor vi alle fem kunne være. Men vi fik alligevel 2 lejligheder, hvor jeg synes det ville være god service at have kontaktet os i forvejen og spurgt om vi var interesseret i kun èn lejlighed.
God morgenmad som man skulle reservere tid til da det er et småt område, Dog var det overfyldt alligevel og folk måtte tage deres bakker med op i deres lejlighed.

Ett själlöst och människofientligt hotell

Denna sovfabrik är själsdödande och klinisk ren från någon form av stil. Frukosten är Kafkaaktig: Om man inte har varit inne i en app och beställt frukosttid, så blir man uppföst till skammens väggbänk på andra våningen i detta minimala frukoutrymme/reception. Absurt! Det är inget hotell, det är en förvaringsplats för stackars resenärer.

Altid rigtig godt til prisen

Vi har overnattet en del gange, og kommer igen. Morgenmadslogistikken løses fint trods meget lidt plads.
Skulle man klage over noget; så ville det være ualmindeligt skamløse gæster fra Makedonien. Men det kan man jo aldrig sikre sig mod.

The apartment was good, had everything, except a safe. The pillows weren’t great but everything else was fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel lies in a nice area, feels very safe, and it’s walking distance to the sea. There is a very regular bus into town (20 min walk), busstop is very nearby. So is a supermarket. You can have breakfast downstairs or take it up to your room, which is great. And there is good coffee available all day. I really enjoyed my stay.

Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss in den Innenhof, was auf jeden Fall angenehmer ist als zur Straße hin. Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund und hatten ausreichend Platz. In der Küche war alles da was man brauchte, wobei wir bis auf den Kühlschrank und gelegentlich die Geschirrspülmaschine nutzten. Betten und die Schlafcouch waren gut.

Frühstücksraum wie schon beschrieben klein, aber trotzdem nicht störend. Gut gelegen. Nicht weit bis zu den Badegelegenheiten. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nahverkehr mit der entsprechenden App sehr gut nutzbar. Parken in der Nähe gegen Gebühr an vielen Stellen möglich. Das Parkhaus neben Coop wurde vom Hotel empfohlen und war sehr gut nutzbar. Die Parkgebühren sind hoch - aber das war ja zu erwarten. Spätanreise in Abstimmung mit dem Hotel auch außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten unproblematisch möglich.
