The hotel has a very cozy, chic and inviting atmosphere. We visited in December and the rooms were warm and inviting – and included an airy lobby and dining area conducive to hanging out.
We really appreciated the fact that they offered a buffet breakfast; afternoon fika with coffee, tea and treats; as well as a buffet dinner. The meals were well-rounded with options for dietary restrictions like vegan, lactose intolerant and gluten-free. Highly recommend!

Malmö is a lovely city and this hotel is perfectly located in its center. My single room was fairly small, but perfectly comfortable with some nice decorative touches. My only minor gripe is that there was no dedicated shower, but a shower attachment over the bath. But overall, an excellent hotel which includes breakfast, fika and dinner!!

Our room was on the interior which meant that we had no window to the outside. Normally, this is not a problem for us except that there was no air conditioning to provide cooling. The one evening that we stayed was spent in a temperature that was above our normal so our sleep wasn't as good as expected.
Otherwise, the hotel and staff were great and the location is in walking distance to several pedestrian squares for shopping and restaurants.

Due to our flight times we arrived in Malmo early approximately 09:30 am . For a small additional fee (about £10), we were allowed to book in early.
The rooms had no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, but they did provide free of charge tea or coffee (or water) and a small snack both mid morning and again in the afternoon. The hotel also provided breakfast and what they called a “light supper” that came with your room booking free of charge.
The food was a self service buffet style which allowed guests to eat as much or as little as one desired if they wanted to take advantage of this offer, so you didn’t miss the refreshments being in your room. if you were on a “budget” this would definitely be a bonus! The hotel was central, and all sights and places to visit were in walking distance. Malmo is a quiet and quaint place to visit , and we loved it !

This hotel is the best value for the money I've ever experienced. Included in the price is breakfast and dinner which is certainly enough for me. The first night I skipped dinner at the hotel and went to a Korean restaurant I was dying to try. I was disappointed and the bill was more expensive than one night at the hotel! The dinner is by no means gourmet, but some dishes are delicious. Great kimchi and cole slaw!

Loved our stay. Visited Malmo with a friend and both rooms were clean and comfy. The food was great, breakfast, snack and dinner buffet - all included in the price. We're coming back for that alone! Tasty!

Location was fantastic- near Malmo Station. Plenty of local shops nearby- great pastries opposite in convenience store. Easily walkable to all sights from hotel. Rooms are in an old historic building so character and individuality rather than a corporate chain.
Breakfast- great choices (scrambled eggs especially yummy). Evening light meal is more than enough- good salad choices, soup was different every night and all really tasty. Hot main course ok ( but no good for vegetarian apart from one night)

The public areas of the hotel are well kept, modern décor. The rooms are clean; ours was a tad dated (bathroom for example), but some of the furniture was fairly new. Beds are really, really comfortable.
The meals did the job; saved us money for the things we wanted to do in Skåne.

The room was so worn out, it did not appear clean. Shower curtain and the grout around d the tiles were mouldy. The ceiling lamp kept flickering. The bed spread was fraying in the corners. To add to it, the hotel guests on the same floor slammed doors, shouted and laughed u til 3.30am. The reception staff were very helpful, but there was only so much they could do.

Det bästa var det laktosfria utbudet på såväl frukost som middag och fika. Som laktosintolerant är detta otroligt uppskattat!
Personalen har också varit otroligt trevlig och bra, kanske den trevligaste personalen jag mött så här långt!
Även gymmet på hotellet var bra och rätt ”välrutrystat” för att vara ett hotell gym, många fria vikter och cablemaskin! Löpband från Technogym så det var bra utbud!
Det tråkiga var att det inte var rumsstädning var eller varannan dag, utan det skedde endast om man sa till. Man kunde säga till i receptionen så löste de det utmärkt!
Personalen har också varit otroligt trevlig och bra, kanske den trevligaste personalen jag mött så här långt!

God service fra personale og god mad. Vi havde værelse 101 og det var ok. Lidt \"hybel kaniner\" i hjørnerne. Dog var der en summen fra noget der kunde lyde som aircondition udenfor og den startet flere ganger i løbet af natten. Vi vågner hver gang og det var svært at få nogen søvn. Skal ikke have det værelset næste gang.

Sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich leckeres Essen. Wir sind schon um 12:00 Uhr angekommen und konnten direkt einchecken, was super war. Außerdem haben wir kostenlos ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, einfach top. Besonders schön war auch die Fika am Nachmittag mit kostenlosem Kaffee und Kuchen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 👍

Bad og toilet var adskilt og småt, og virkede ældre, men fungerede ok. Flere af værelserne var under renovering, men det generede os ikke. Vi fik aldrig TV'et til at virke. Aftenbuffeten var ikke særlig spændende og mindede om \"kantinemad\"med en halvtrist pølsegryde og tilbehør, der mest bestod af bulgur og cous cous. Til gengæld betalte vi ikke ekstra for aftensmad.Dog var det rart, at vi kunne spise på stedet, da vi havde et lille barn med. Morgenmaden var fin og med et godt udvalg. Dog burde kaffen opprioriteres, da automaten kun kunne lave sort kaffe. Betjeningen i receptionen var meget venlig og imødekommende.
