A lovely hotel, friendly staff on reception. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. We had to change rooms due to the electrics tripping but it was no problem, they did everything to accommodate us. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative thing which won’t affect many travellers was that the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable as the mattress is quite thin but my son slept fine. The main bed was very comfy.

I always enjoy staying at Best Western hotels

Best Western properties are always so reliable. Not expensive and often so interesting and quirky and all different. My only complaint was a stuffy room at night, despite opening the window - it felt airless as there was no air conditioning. Am always pleased to see healthy breakfast choices in the breakfast room, as a Brit who doesn't want to eat meat and cheese first thing in the morning!

The hotel is in a quiet spot, 5 minutes walk from the Central Station in the heart of the 'Old Town'. It's close to a wide range of shops restaurants and bars.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and attentive to guests' needs.

The buffet breakfast offering is magnificent with a large selection of hot and cold options available.

My room was large, clean and also had a safe. It also had a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee in the welcome pack.

I'd thoroughly recommend the Noble House Hotel to anyone staying in Malmö.

Small error in our booking, we booked a twin room through Expedia, but this hadn't gone through to the hotel, so we were given a double room. The reception team managed to squeeze and additional bed into our room, which made our stay really comfortable.

Ensure your room has AC

The room did not have air-conditioning despite the inclusion on the site. Upon discovering this at arrival, the hotel claimed this was an error in the listing, as only certain rooms have AC, and they offered a table fan as a remedy. The hotel was extremely reluctant to cancel the booking, so I had to spend several hours in customer support before I managed to get it refunded.

This property felt like a run down Best Western in the US. Not updated, thin walls, heavy doors that slammed loudly. Lots of families with kids, breakfast buffet ample and tasty but crowded each morning. I don’t think the rooms have AC, or it wasn’t turned on. Booking info said free bikes available but very hard to get one and staff not helpful with it. Disappointing

Good service but otherwise a middle of the road hotel. Good location and walkable to key tourist attractions one might want to visit.
The hotel has a problem with the sewage system that they need to get fixed quickly. It was horrible in our first room and still occasionally intrusive in the second room we were moved to.

Stayed many nights, cleanliness with room and cutlery is zero.
If u want bedsheets cleaned, u have to remove the bedsheets yourself, the cleaners cannot use common sense in doing their job.
Unclean cups, bags on floor are not removed.

Lovely quaint hotel. Quiet. Room not big but enough space and fully equipped (mini fridge, fan, shoe horn, bath robe, confortable beds,shampoo and rince). Very nice staff, professional, helpful. Early check-in with extra 100 krona.
Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, central station, parks. Excellent breakfast, except the espresso machine did not work. Would definitely go back there.

The hotel was very clean and super quiet.
Breakfast was excellent! The selection and quality of the food was outstanding. Loved seeing locally sourced food. Hotel bikes were a huge bonus. Front desk staff were lovely, accommodating, and knowledgeable,
especially Frida. We were so happy that our one night stay turned into THREE! The hotel is also conveniently located near Lilla Trog

Excellent room, only small issue was a feint drainage smell from the bathroom. Room doors did seem to slam heavily, perhaps this was why earplugs were provided in the room. Otherwise a quiet hotel despite it's proximity to the centre of Malmo. Conveniently located & close to railway station. Helpful & friendly staff.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We are coming back to Malmo next year and will definitely be staying here again.
The suite was comfortable and had everything you needed including a personal sauna in ours.
From arrival to departure, the service couldn't have been better.
I can't wait until August next year for our nest visit.

This is a fabulous hotel. Very central, amazing facilties and wonderful staff. We only stayed one night but made good use of the gym, sauna and free bike hire. The breakfast was fabulous with loads of choice. The lobby and whole hotel vibe is very trendy with fabulous food and drink options. The staff were wonderful and so helpful with bagage storage. I honestly cannot think of a single thing they could do to make our stay any better.

Our initial request for a twin room rather than double was soon resolved. We found beautiful parks within walking distance, and the old square was great for eating outside- lots of choices, and handy to stroll back to the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Malmö, but also very quiet. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms as it was very warm weather during our visit (the hotel did supply fans). This is something to consider if you plan to visit in the height of summer. We loved the hangout area downstairs where you could sit on the comfy seating with a coffee or glass of water (both free) or get something from the bar. Breakfast was busy and located in quite a tight space. Added signage (in English as well as Swedish) would help guests more easily navigate the breakfast offerings. Overall it's a nice, clean and easily accessible hotel and we would recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. The breakfast was delicious with all the things one would like to eat. The rooms were very tight, and hot, almost no breeze even If the window was open. The bathroom was a tight squeeze and smelt a little bit funny. Not a lot of space for a family of 4. The environment was friendly and staff were as well. They also provided coffee, water and cookies all day at the front entrance.

Hotellet godt og centralt.
Hyggelig atmosfære.
Hurtig og nem indcheckning og fik værelset meget før vi kom.
God morgenmad og meget forskelligt.
Værelset var fint, sengene var for os alt for bløde og værelset lidt koldt om aftenen, ikke muligt at skrue op for varmen.
Men intet at klage over og fin pris for de 3 overnatninger vi havde.

Venligt personale, men værelsets tilstand var ikke optimalt. Badeværelset lugtede af kloak og der manglede håndsæbe. Der var meget lidt loftslys. Tv’er var vinklet opad, så svært at se fra sengen. Men værst af det hele var at ved indtjekning sagde at der var morgenmad indtil kl 11, men det var forkert. Dagen efter fandt vi ud af det kun var til kl 10

FEST med hög musik och trasig hiss! Vet inte om vi hade ovanligt med otur eller om detta är standard, men har aldrig varit med om en liknande hotellupplevelse. Det var hotellgäster som hade FEST på rummet med HÖG musik så det kändes som vi var ute på nattklubb, kunde absolut inte sova på grund av detta. På frukosten tog ett helt fotbollslag upp hela matsalen och det var stökigt och rörigt. Tillråga på allt så gick ena hissen sönder lagom tills det var dags för att checka ut vilket innebar lång kö för oss som inte kunde använda trapphuset. I övrigt var rummet bra.

Det fanns ingen möjlighet att reglera temperaturen i rummet och det var alldeles för varmt. Det blev väldigt snabbt stopp handfatet när man satte på vattnet och tog lång tid för handfaten att tömmas på vatten. Fanns inga tv kanaler på tv, dörren till badrummet gick inte att låsa ordentligt och dörren till duschen gnisslade högt när man öppnade det.

Vi blev spurgt af receptionisten om hvad tid vi ville spise morgenmad - han viste os forkellige tidsintervaller. Vi valgte fra 10-11.
Da vi ankom til morgenmaden kl. 10 var buffeten lukket. Personalet fortalte at det kun er i wekkenden det er muligt fra 10-11. Heleigvis fik vi lov til at hente lidt mad - men det var slet ikke hyggeligt. Dårlig start på dagen.
