Convenient location. Spacious room. Staff and service were excellent!!! Everyone I encountered were amazing and very helpful.

However, the room was very outdated, had multiple gross stains on carpet that looked like dog’s urine (corners near bed, tale legs etc), multiple silverfish bugs were living in the bathroom, also a lot of spider webs inside and outside the window.

The WiFi was not fast enough comparing to other hotels. After running speed test it showed 12/20mbps.

The A/C wasn’t really cooling room even though it was set to the lowest temperature. I stayed for 4 nights.

Shower head was leaking and hose was spraying around which made it difficult to use.

Bathroom hook was loose from the wall.

General maintenance and updates are needed for this room.

Extremely unhappy with being charged twice

I have never written a bad review and therefore this is something new and uncomfortable for me.

The hotel was fine and I was offered an upgrade for a small fee which I accepted. Sadly when I checked out problems started. I paid the small fee for the upgrade and received an invoice. They said as I had prepaid there was no invoice for the main room fee which is fine and fairly normal.

I then noticed they had charged me again on my credit card. I shortly after contacted hotels.com who were very helpful and spoke to the hotel front desk who assured them it was a mistake and I would be reimbursed in 7 to 14 days. Sadly now almost three weeks later and with chasing I have not been reimbursed and they have now said I will not be: \"after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager about the refund. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted.\".

I must say this is pretty outrageous given I had already paid and was simply offered an upgrade for a small fee (there was nothing in the small print about this affecting anything else otherwise I would not have accepted). I am extremely unhappy and will be taking this further.

Radisson is impressive as a brand.This one is not up to date as general appearance but price has some of the amazing offerings.
Breakfast as reviews said are amazing and great staff. Room size was great but on this trip tv was painful, staff were informed, we were told to try certain options to no avail, next day staff tried the process big finally we quit, too time consuming on a very important life trip so we moved on.

Its location is perfect. About 10-15 minutes to Malmo Central Train Station. There are a couple of grocery stores right next door, and I was able to buy fruits and food that I needed for the day.

The location is incredibly convenient and located next to the shopping center with food and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff was very friendly.

Price and size of room was good, but the hotel standard was not good for Radisson Blu! Late night an unknown man opened our door with a keycard and said he got the same room - we called reception, but they did nothing and did not contact us to apologize. We slept really bad and were scared people would get into our room during the night. Next morning I informed the reception and all they said was they were sorry and would investigate internally what happened. I hope they do, as I would not wish this experience on any future guests!

I would have preferred to stay home

The lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated and different than the online photos. This hotel does not have air conditioning and should be noted prior to arrival, housekeeping skipped cleaning our room several times. Besides the standard Swedish breakfast that most guest note in the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel for a family on vacation.

Good: fast elevators. Friendly reception. Big rooms. Bad: 15 minute cobblestone walk from train station - not “6!”- look on a map yourself. Room safe DOA: Had to carry around valuables all day vs leave in room. Said they’d “replace the safe” tomorrow. Never did. House keeping didn’t clean until I went downstairs and physically asked front desk to actually clean room(4PM!). No USB ports (though front desk lent me an adapter).
Shower has almost no pressure. Water falls on floor. Bathtub does not stay full(cap never sealed). Empty body wash bottle- house cleaning never filled it to begin with. No luggage rack- had to put luggage on floor. No couch. Bed feels like futon. Sauna didn’t seem to work. Someone tracked dog waste or similar into 1 elevator. I get the feeling the owners of this effectively motel don’t want to spend the money on CapEx and underpay staff - they just want to ride it out based on location. Nice way to treat a Expedia VIP. AVOID - Raddison blu indeed.

Rooms very tired and shaby in parts. The hotel lacked any type of atmosphere. The friendly helpful staff were the only positive. With Eurovision on. they could have made the lobby area more buzzy and celebratory. I won’t be back.

I was really impressed by this hotel for my 8 day stay . From the cheerful and helpful reception staff at check in to the breakfast waiters and room cleaners , everyone made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was very large with a large bathroom and TV. The hotel is convenient to the train station and main shopping area and old town!

We have not stayed here before but were very pleased with everything about the hotel.

The only item that could be better is keeping the tea supply topped up. We had to get our own from the \"English Breakfast Tea\" from the breakfast bar. We are English after all and do like a Breakfast Tea to start the day.

Our stay was ok, we enjoyed the size of the room. Bed was comfortable. Brunch buffet was fantastic.
The room temperature was absolutely unbearable. Upon arrival the room was super warm and stuffy. The air conditioner could not be set below 18* c, and our room felt like a sauna. Couldn’t even crack a window. We couldn’t really sleep.

Läget är bra.
Det som drog ner betyget var att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Det fanns någon form av klimat anläggning även om man hörde att den var igång så blev det inte svalare och det kom inte in någon luft. Våra vänners rum var likadant (totalt 4 rum bokade). Antagligen fungerade den inte just nu.

Ligger dejligt centralt både på toget, shopping og restaurant.
Der var hele tiden rigeligt med personale. Ved morgenmads buffeten blev der hele tiden fyldt op og der var et godt udvalg. Så snart man var færdig med sin tallerken, kom de og tog den væk fra bordet - virkelig god service!
Vi havde et standard værelse. Det bar præg af lidt slidtage, men det kæmpe store rum med både seng, stort TV, skab med strygebræt og jern, køleskab, elkedel og kaffe/the, lænestole og bord, samt skrivebord opvejede det i den grad :)
På badeværelset var i øvrigt både føntørrer, shampoo OG balsam.
Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen :)

Frågade i receptionen när frukosten öppnade och blev informerad att de öppnade 7.30. Då mitt tåg gick 7.50 hade jag därför inte tid med att äta frukost. När jag kom ned för att checka ut visade det sig dock att frukosten hade öppnat 6.30 och jag hade kunnat ätit innan tåget men då var det för sent. Hade varit trevligt om personalen gav en rätt information.

We made the booking incorrectly and there was no option to change it. We understood that it was our mistake and took full responsibility for that. However, we still tried for over a week to contact the hotel to see if there were any possible solutions. Expedia / Hotels.com also attempted to reach them on our behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel simply ignored us. We would have had no issue if we had just received a polite response, even if the answer was no — but being completely ignored is very poor customer service.

Hotellet verkar ha checkat ut från sina glansdagar för länge sedan och skulle må bra av en rejäl uppfräschning. Rummen känns som en tidskapsel från 90-talet, komplett med en heltäckningsmatta som sett mer liv än de flesta – man vågar nästan inte tänka på vilka historier den hade kunnat dela med sig av.

Frukosten var tyvärr inte mycket bättre. Vi var där vid öppning, men brödet var redan stenhårt och utbudet såg ut att ha stått framme betydligt längre än vad som känns rimligt – vissa rätter hade till och med hunnit få en egen liten “hinna”, vilket knappast höjde aptiten.

Sammanfattningsvis: ett besök som snarare kändes som en nostalgitripp än en hotellupplevelse. För vår del blir det både första och sista gången

Værelset var i sig selv godt, men umuligt at varme op. Der var isnende koldt, og der kom kun kold luft ud af airconditionen. Vi fik så 2 elektriske radiatorer, der hele tiden slog fra. Bo aldrig på dette hotel, når det ikke er varmt i vejret. Dette var sidst i marts.

Hotellet var en smule slidt, sådan overordnet set, men indretningen var fin. Vi havde booket en junior-suite, som oplevede helt op til vores forventninger. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn - og suiten var helt perfekt. Stor, rummelig, 2 soveværelser, 2 toiletter, 2 TV osv. Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhed i forhold Malmø by, Lille Torv, div. museer mm. Personalet på hotellet var meget venlige og imødekommende, både i receptionen, i restauranten og rengørings personalet. Vi benyttede også fitness en enkelt gang, som også var helt fint, selvom det ikke var nyt eller fancy.
Hvis vi skal til Malmø en anden gang, så bor vi gerne her igen. Tak for et godt ophold.

Det var et super godt ophold.

Dog vil jeg sige at de værelse vi have godt kunne trænge til en renovering.
TVs telekanaler virkede slet ikke, dog kunne vi så spejle min mobil over på tvet, så gik det fint for os. Men andre kan måske ikke få dette tik at virke.
Der var nogle ridser og hakker i væggene.
Samt vandhanen var utæt på badeværelset. Det vil sige at vandet løb ned af amaturet.
Det var også nogle fodpaneler som var faldet sammen.

Ellers ud og det var det super godt, og meget dejligt ophold.
