This is a good hotel for short stays in Malmö, close to the station and convenient for late check-ins.
There are hot food options and a bar and the evening team are friendly and helpful arranging a late dinner when everything is closed.
The rooms are simple but clean and the breakfast options extensive with very long serving hours at the weekend.
A great spot when arriving into Malmö late and to explore the city.

Great value for money

First room we were assigned was small and the wifi was not working. We told the hotel staff and they changes us to another room where the wifi was working well (and the room was bigger). The hotel is not luxurious in any way but good value for money and perfect for family. The location (just beside Central station) is practical. We rented bikes for a few hours and loved our experience. The breakfast was exceptionnal… so many choices (hot, cold, gluten free, allergens free, smoothies, ginger shots, green juice, veggies, fruits, different type of milk, bacon, eggs, bread, crepes, oatmeal, chia pudding, etc). Choices that you don’t usually see in regular places. Also the hours were perfect 7h to 11h.

Nice Stay

This was a last minute stay because we couldn’t get a room in Copenhagen, but we’re glad it worked out this way. The hotel is very close to the train station which made it easy to go to Copenhagen and the airport, both less than a thirty minute ride. The front desk man was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby was very nice and even had a refrigerator guests could use.
The room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a large variety of hot and cold foods.
The hotel was an easy walk to the city center, restaurants and shopping.

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. Check in was friendly and efficient and we were able to check in early as our room was ready.
The room was clean and spacious and the hotel light and fun.
The hotel is well located, less than 5min from the station and less than 15 min walk from Lilla Torg.
We used the bar in the hotel, which is unusual for us, and enjoyed the space and games on offer.
The breakfast had an excellent selection and I was particularly please to see lactose free milk and a selection of lactose free yogurt.
I’d definitely recommend staying here and will look out for other comfort hotels.

The place was lovely, with fun vibes and decor. The staff (we only saw females until the morning of our departure) was friendly and helpful, not making us feel rushed or silly for some of our questions. The room change was appreciated when they couldn't solve the lighting problem same-day. Breakfast was great on the weekend but a little less during the week and it was challenging to find regular milk (oat milk and lactose free available).

This hotel is super close to Malmö Central Station which is incredibly convenient. The check in process was smooth and efficient, and they provide luggage storage if you arrive before check in. They also offer free coffee and other neat amenities to guests like ping pong, foosball, etc. The thing I loved most was the water pressure in the shower. It basically blew me back against the wall on maximum, and it was hot to boot. I loved it. I'm knocking one star off because the TV had no remote, VERY few working channels and was impossible to turn off (the button I managed to finally turn it on with wouldnt turn it off?). I ended up just unplugging it because trying to see around the edge of it to mess with the buttons really pissed me off after 30 seconds.

Best place to stay in Malmo for a weekend, customer service was excellent, good breakfast and value for money. Not only that, the location is just 100 metres away from the train station so that save us time and energy to bring the heavy luggage.

The location of the hotel was central less than 5 minutes walk from the Malmo central station and bus station and about 15 minutes walk to the shopping and restaurants area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was small but it was the compact room but it was hot as aircondition (not sure if it was working or no aircondition at all). A great stay and hope to return

Stayed and this hotel for 3 nights to attend an event next door at the Slagthuset. I can’t fault anything. Really comfy bed, tasty food and staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you.

Beware of the BED BUGS

Be really wary about staying here. The first room that I checked in to had bed bugs! When I reported it to the receptionist she couldn’t care less and just stared at me. She asked me to repeat myself! I had to ask to move rooms and she made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience to her.

I queries what bed bug precautions they have in place and she said “housekeeping will look tomorrow”.

The room that I was moved to was much bigger but really gloomy. The lighting is badly designed. The shower was mouldy, the shower doors leaked and there was no bath mat! The room was really dated.

The communal area on the ground floor is really modern though with lots of great features and the person who checked me out was helpful.

The hotel seems fine. Checkin was a breeze and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was clean but no frills. I took an economy room since it was mostly just to close enough to the airport for my flight out, so maybe more standard size rooms are nicer.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the price, but I understand that as it was Eurovision week prices were inflated due to high demand.
Things I did like about the hotel
- That the inside was not quite what you would expect from the outside - it was more interesting!
- The staff - all friendly and helpful
- The room though compact had just about everything I needed (maybe a few more hanging spaces for clothes), I also liked the feature wall.
- The breakfasts were the best bit - so much choice in food and drinks. I especially liked the stewed mushrooms and the beetroot hummus.

Friendly and helpful staff but average hotel

The hotel provided basic amenities. The mattress was comfortable except for the pillows - they were deflated and half the size of a regular pillow. There wasn't any heater so I had to request for one at the reception. They have a good sized gym but the equipments were quite old - they only have 2 treadmills and one of them were out of use. Staff were friendly and helpful though, especially Jessie who was super lovely :)

Comfortable Comfort Hotel

It is a really comfortable hotel in in the center of the city. Central station is only 5 min walk. The hotel is quite \"Comfortable\", the breakfast was amazing, and the bed is super comfy too. One thing, I would probably add some sort of shelf or storage facility to the rooms.

really the location of the hotel is perfect., but the way of staff dealing with us was very bad.
we wear group of people we have booked 5 nights staying 5 rooms. .
in the beginning I have booked 2 nights , then we decide to extend our staying for another nights , I did the booking via expedia .
I had shown them the booking , but the asked me to wait for one hour to allowed me inter to the room.
again we decided to extend our stay for another 2 nights and i booked via expedia , when i show them my booing the asked me to check out and to take my luggage out and recheck at 3 o'clock again .
in addition to that i want to booked the other 4 rooms via expedia because there was different price between their price and expedia web like 150 USD., they refuse and said we have to check out unless we booked throw them with higher price .
we talk to the manager , but he was shouting and dose not have the professionality on how td deal with customer for example he was saying , if you don't want to stay I have another guests to come.

I felt like I was staying in the red light district of Malmo and that it was expensive for what it was. I bought some food for dinner from the local supermarket and stayed in the hotel room with the door firmly locked.
