Nice room but my goodness it’s noisy. There is an open air nightclub which runs until after 2am on the weekends.

Front desk and concierge great although the hotel was quiet but still couldn’t offer a late checkout.

Breakfast and bit of a shambles. They are also very confused about what is the Nobu and what is the neighbouring Punto Romano hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, wasn’t massively impressed with the eggs benidict at breakfast which felt like it had been sitting for a couple of hours not made fresh but otherwise the food was excellent especially at Gaia and Nobu, exceptional!

The room is very clean and modern , we have en suite but sadly the wall is a bit thin so you can hear footsteps at night and the sound coming through . The bed is very comfy and love the size of the bathroom and the sitting area .

Loved the staff, especially the waiter at Gaia and Nobu and the massage therapist Galina. Housekeeping was great as well. Loved the wonderful beds and smells. Nobu restaurant truley the best. Facilty needs maintenance, especially a plumber. Our shower in the room continuously had issues. Then went to spa and not only was there an issue with that rain shower but also in three of the 8 spa options. Jets not functional or set too strongly, etc. Lots of construction around the area, especially near spot to rent bikes. Lastly, facility not booked out and yet they charge for day beds at the pools. That does not make sense. If you are willing to sit in chairs no charge but if you want to lay by yhe pool, significant charge added even though you're staying there. I get an upcharge if facility is full but many times it was only one or two couples. Thats it, overall loved the extras with No bu, the people, the smells, the food, the beds etc but next time in Marabella maybe will try another location on the beach.

The rooms are decent but it’s impossible to sleep. We went high season - so it was over 2k a night and we expected a luxury experience. It wasn’t. The team appeared extremely overwhelmed- you’d find room service trays in the corridors for hours on end - and generally had a low class Vegas experience. Oh and you couldn’t sleep a wink because the music goes on until 5 am every night

The rooms are okay. Well designed and thought through. Unfortunately they are incredibly noisy. Even when deliberately booking away from the plaza area. We had to ask for ear plugs to sleep with the noise of the banging gates at the start of each building, the drunk screaming guests and the banging of doors. We had no turn down on 2/3 nights, meaning no change of towels, water etc. we had to phone to ask for shower gel as they didn’t replenish anything. The pool seems like an afterthought - just 18 loungers. Very little to actually do. Go elsewhere. It’s just not worth it.

We had an incredible time at Nobu!
From the moment we arrived, the staff and manager were very helpful and made everything effortless. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful design, amazing views, and top-notch facilities.

Our room was super comfortable and spotless, with a balcony perfect for enjoying the sun. The food was outstanding! The breakfast was amazing too . Loved the spa, and being right on the beach was a huge plus.

If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Marbella, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back!

Extemely loud nightclub on the property so dont expect to get any rest here.
Also be careful with the valets, some things may disappear from your vehicle!!!
Also the "king bed" is basically 2 small beds stuck side by side, so expect to spend a good part of the night in the hole between the beds.

Extremely loud music played every night of the week until 3.30am. There is no warning of this when booking or any hotel info. The same music is played each night with thumping loud bass that never stops. This is a dishonest, scam, overpriced hotel. All the staff could do was give out earplugs. Only suitable if you are out clubbing each night till 6am.

Everything is wonderful about the hotel - however, you need to be prepared for the night club music playing into the night (until about 3am), which is quite loud. I slept with my headphones on. Otherwise, exceptional. The breakfast is about the best I have had at a hotel, huge variety and everything is delicious. The gym location is a bit far from the hotel as it is down by the water; additionally, it only opens at 7am, so if you are an EARLY riser, it is a run or yoga!

We just walked in the kids club although tehre was only 1 child nobody welcomed us or said hello. No body introduce us to the environment or any information is given. Was very bad, untidy, unattended service we received.

Just got back from the Nobu Hotel Marbella. we had the most amazing holiday experience from arrival to checkout. The staff in reception and hospitality were very kind and considerate and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I booked all restaurants through WhatsApp with the Guest experience team before we arrived in Marbella.
We were upgrade to connecting suites and free breakfast in the Chiringuito restaurant, which is on the beach with stunning views.
The menu had so many healthy options and the food and service was spot on. 3 lovely pools to choose from and many options for dining around the hotel, Our favourites was the Nobu restaurant, closely followed by the Thai, Serafina and Sea Grill.
hotel is surrounded by lush tropical walkways which lead to the beach and restaurants.
the beach is lovely and you can walk for miles in both directions with bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The old town Marbella and Puerto Banus are both within a taxi ride and easy to get too for a night out, shopping, sightseeing or the beach clubs.
one of our most relaxing holidays. We look forward to going back.

This place is like its own little city. You really don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. Every single dining option is top notch. The food and drinks are absolutely outstanding. Zero disappointments. The convenience of being able to walk back to your room a few meters after a day or night of drinking is top. You really cant ask for more. The service is spectacular and the concierge is happy to organize all of your reservations for you. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back on a yearly basis I truly fell in love with Marbella because of Nobu Hotel.

A poorly ran hotel, by an unprofessional staff led to mass confusion and disappointment. This hotel is “inside” of another hotel. No rooms have sea view because the ocean is probably 300 meters away from your room. A very long walk up and down. The pools are broken down into 4 small pools, so instead of 1 nice pool, you have 4 small mediocre ones. None of them offer complimentary water. They charge you €7 to have a drink of water at a pool. Any issue brought to the staff was met with rudeness, at one point they just wouldn’t respond. If anyone goes here and thinks it’s a wonderful hotel, i would say they haven’t been to an actual nice hotel or resort, because this is definitely not one.

The hotel was great but the noise levels were unbearable. I’m not sure why there isn’t proper noise cancellation from the plaza below or the corridors. We stayed for three nights and even with a room change, found it impossible to sleep soundly. The staff did give us earplugs, but even with that- it was noisy!

If you want to be pampered, come here!

My wife had an accident prior to our trip and had to use a wheel chair. We failed to tell this to the hotel and yet they accommodated us amazingly well. Absolutely everybody in the staff was friendly, from the reception to the restaurants to the beach staff. Besides this, the facilities are fantastic, their food is of the highest quality, our room was comfortable and shining clean. I can't say enough.

For a 5 star hotel, the service was very average and the hotel rooms were extremely loud (you can hear the music and feel the bass from outside). We were finally moved to another hotel within the complex (not Nobu) after waiting 2 hours for be moved, reception did not call back and we had to go to reception several times.
Not worth the price.

Very nice hotel

Stay was perfect, very clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. Did not like the surrounding (not much to do, if you do not play golf) and was quite shocked by the mixture of guests (too many beauty-doc treated women with blown-up mega-lips and too much botox), but this is of course not the fault of the hotel.

Love having the exclusivity of Nobu ( including being adults only ) but also benefitting from all the facilities of the Puento Romano. Very well appointed rooms and helpful staff.
Only one small criticism - we thought charging 6€ for a bucket of ice is a bit much!

Very nice bubble of luxury in a crowded Marbella. Excellent service and amenities...however, could not get a reservation for dinner in the most convenient restaurants because it’s quite a hotspot. Also, rooms face a lovely courtyard which is a loud party scene til 2 am. If you want access too very lively nightlife...its fantastic but Its not great for good nights sleep.

3pm check in. I arrived at 315. The room assigned to me was not ready. 30 minutes. Fine. 4pm. Room still not ready. I get the key and its ready at 430. The TV was not 'on' and I tried to call the front desk. No answer. Three times. I had to walk to the front desk and they said I was not checked in yet. What?
I also told them the A/C was blowing hot air. I was told 'give it time'. 2 hours later I called the front desk again and had no answer. I walked back to the front desk and they called maintenance who showed up in another hour. He cleaned the filter and said give it more time. At 1130pm still blowing hot air I dememded a different room.
A maintenance guy told me that all the A/C units on that side were old water-cooled units and they never cool.
So its not like they don't know they have problems on the 'left' side rooms.

Our stay at Nobu couldn’t have been more perfect, we loved every second of it! Our Junior Suite was large and furnished to the most exquisite detail. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had everything you could ever wish for to start off the day, a bonus for the gluten free cakes and healthy juices. The location in Puerto Romano is like being surrounded in a garden oasis with exotic plants and flowers everywhere. The staff from front desk to pool service was very attentive and we had everything we asked for swiftly. We can’t wait to return and cannot recommend the hotel enough.

You talkin' to me?

Having stayed at Puente Romano on numerous occasions we decided to give Nobu a try. The owners of the hotel were present for the official opening during our stay. This caused a lot of disruption for a couple of days and it was clear, perhaps understandably, that the staff appeared to be preoccupied with attending to the owners' needs rather than the guests'. There was little communication about what was going on but a lot of added security and general disruption. At times we felt like a hinderance. The reception is where the PR reception used to be and is cramped and not nearly as relaxed and luxurious as the previous incarnation. Our room was good and overlooked the plaza which was fun. However, we still prefer the style and superior finish of the Puente Romano (and Marbella Club where we have also stayed) rooms. The breakfast was ok but with far less choice than PR. We love the Golden Mile and wouldn't rule out going back to Nobu but there were definite teething issues with regards to the service particularly when the big bosses (DeNiro and Nobu) were there. It was disappointing that their presence diminished the enjoyment of our stay as paying guests. A more hospitable approach to guests would have been welcomed during this time. Of course, it has to be recognised that this was a one-off inconvenience. Old favourites like the sea-grill, Rachel's and Celicioso (I think its been there long enough now to be classified as an old favourite!) still as magnificent as ever.

Nobu’s amazing hotel within Puento Romano Marbella’s old jet set history, typical Andalusian architecture, mixed with Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics.
Wonderful food, very high end fittings and fixtures within the hotel and rooms, with nice personal touches.
Polite staff with good service.
Only down side a little noisy at night as above the restaurant and open bar area.
