I expected amenities like charging phone or usb socket in bed room and tooth brush in bathroom but they don’t have provide in our room. If we ask them, we may have one but we pretty busy to stay there. Don’t have time to asked them. So it was bit concerned.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at FV by Peppers. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the expectations set by the online images—the reality was vastly different. The lobbies and hallways had a noticeable smell, particularly on the way to the pool areas. The bathrooms near the pools also smelled and the floors were wet at the pool entry. Additionally, the pool area appeared not to have been cleaned.

The room itself was noisy, with sounds coming from outside, nearby rooms, and loud bangs from the ceiling past 9pm. Running the air conditioning made a constant noise like a train running over the room throughout the night.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my fiancé, but sadly it left me feeling embarrassed rather than delighted. I hope the management can address these issues to better match the expectations set online.

Staff very accommodating and friendly, moved our room when aircon not working. Spa rooms were clean but water was dirty and cinema room not working for our second stay here so that’s disappointing, but overall facilities are clean and lovely and staff are great and location is excellent.

There is a large light at the bottom of the TV in the bedroom that couldn't be turned off which made it very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, room was clean and decent.

Great ammenities with everything including huge pool , deck , cinema, gym, cocktail bar all exclusive for patrons
The only thing which is personal is that an apartment block has gone up and looks straight in at most windows especially the bedrooms but does not block the magnificent view
I wish there was a 99% review of hotel as marking a whole point down for something as ridiculous as the apartments opposite is not fair

Check in: Loading zones weren't easy to get a park in to check in due to other people checking in and also a few delivery cars parked there. Staff were lovely and lobby area was nice and clean.
Room: The room we stayed in was right above a restaurant so there was noise from there but quietened down later in the night. Just incase you are a light sleeper. Room was ok for what we needed it for. Parts of the room bedroom were not practical, the full length mirror is blocked by the bed, there is no space in the bedroom to use the luggage stand. There was also a slight step down from the bathroom into the adjoining bedroom but no warning of it, so a bit of a trip hazard. No fans for airflow so had to have the a/c on the entire time.
Full kitchen and laundry in the room.
Location: Well located in Fortitude Valley, close to restaurants, bars, train station.
Internet was patchy so couldn't always connect.

If you not allocated a room within the main building, you will need to take 2 separate lifts and walk a distance to get to your room.

No wall plug beside the bed to charge your devices.

The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed.
My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen.

The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling.

Would have been nice if the pool was heated, but we used the spa instead.

Conveniently located for where we were headed and valet parking cost wwa covered by a promo they were running which was great!

All in all a great stay, highly recommend.

Photos werent what it was, not a very relaxing stay. Probably ok if you want to party for 3 days and have shower and a bed. Communication from staff wasnt the best. Would not stay here again, if price was 150 to 200 a night it would be acceptable

The hotel staff were fantastic. The location was good however a lot of homeless in the street outside. Parking was offsite and I was not going out at night with the vibe outside. Ok during the day but people asking for money and a lot of police around. Adult clubs close by so it had that seedy vibe. The hotel has 3 towers and confusing if instructions aren’t your thing.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment room in forester hall.
Didn't realise this had no view when booking just streets buses and construction.
After initial disappointment with view we found
The room had great soundproofing
Next to train station.
Train station attracts derolics outside but we knew this before our stay, security in the hotel was fine.
It was clean, small intercity apartment.
With everything in it,
Rooftop pool was excilent.
Apon check out an susiquant communication Staff refused to tell us if our room has been checked.reciting a 72 hr policy not to release security deposit. Weird behaviour around security deposit.

Stayed on a 3 night stay and yet the staff booked me into an accessible room (disabled room). After complained to staff i was able to move into a different room for the following two nights.

I review both rooms below.

Foresters Hall Apartment:
- Listing is misleading and pictures give the perception of a balcony. Also no brick wall, no bedsides lamps, no window in bedroom. They clearly mix and match the pictures from different apartments to give perception of nice furnishing.
- Simply false and lies in the unit amenities list
- no blackout curtains
- housekeeping did not attend even once
- no adjustable air conditioning (very hidden is so)
- shower does not drain water easily and can overflow (even after their maintenance \"fixed it\")

Accessible Room:
- Crooked and weird to close bedroom door (sliding and has gap when close)
- No bedside tables
- Bedroom power sockets impossible to reach from bed and were on the wall. This means any phone or charger will be dangling from the wall (not safe, annoying and inconvenient)
- Bathroom looked exactly like a public toilet, no effort put into the design to make it dignifying for disabled persons.
- Bathroom door is hard to close and seemed in need of repair.
- Small corridor connecting to bedroom and living area. Width is small.
- No blackout blinds, only semi-opaque blinds

Other:
- Deposit is too high given their poor facilities
- Outdoor facilities not as spacious as pictured.

Not recommended!

This property has perhaps the best rooftop pool around. The rooms are very modern yet a little small. Unfortunately we were not able to extend our stay for a day stay as we are able to at other hotels such as the novatel and Pullman. These other hotels accomodate our needs better in this area. Overall we were satisfied with our stay yet may reconsider as we wanted a slightly longer stay.

Received a complimentary upgrade so had an enclosed balcony which was a really nice addition. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Very clean, comfy beds and sofa bed was great quality. Rain shower was not great. Low flow to the extreme. Staff weee very friendly and helpful. Found valet parking a bit expensive but lined the convenience. Location was perfect. Train station with a supermarket and eateries down the street. Would definitely stay again.

Don’t drive there!! To gain access to the car park (which is valet parking only at a high fee) you need to find a spot on a loading zone outside the main foyer. This loading zone fits 3 cars and there is no parking bay, you need to keep going around the block until a space is available. Very inconvenient.

Decided to treat myself for my birthday with an overnight stay somewhere in Brisbane with my sisters. Haven’t stayed at Peppers before and oh my goodness I will choose FV over and over again!!!
The entire process was absolutely faultless!
Special mention to Guest Services Agent Hayley Vanderlaan for replying to my email super fast with answers for everything!
Booking, cost, check in, valet, our stay (with late check out) facilities & check out was phenomenal!!
When I first opened the door to our room I was greeted with a balloon, bottle of bubbly, chocolates & a beautifully thoughtful hand written birthday card from staff.
You guys are legends!! Thank you so so much for such a professional & special experience!
Oh, we’ll be back! 100% recommend to anyone!!

We've stayed in a few Accor properties in different cities but this one gave us a different experience. After checking in, we noticed that the outdoor balcony wouldn't lock and the balcony was connected to the next room's balcony. We have two young kids and the Fortitude Valley area is rougher than normal. We tried to call the reception via the phone in the room and realised it wasn't connected because it had no wire. We then called reception from our mobile phone three times with no answer and once to reservations and they also didn't answer so I had to go down to talk to reception about it. In the end, they ended up giving us another room which was smaller but at least the balcony could be locked. But this room had a missing TV remote. Again we tried calling reception and there was no answer so we gave up for the day and tried again the next day. Reception stated that they'd have someone come into our room to investigate but after being out on the town for a few hours, we realised this wasn't done and had to talk to reception again. Only after the second attempt did we get the remote. Overall the experience was very different from other Accor properties we stayed in. We don't plan on visiting this particular hotel in the future.

I was a bit unsure as I had read some mixed reviews but I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel! It was perfect for attending the Ed Sheeran concert as the train station was so close and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the roof top pool was amazing for a morning swim on Sunday.

Stayed in forester hall room. Room was lovely but there was no air conditioning, I was fine with the temp but my partner was sweating at night. Also no hot water in the bath tub so not sure why they even have it. Also the construction across the road is very loud and starts early in the morning which is why we didn’t want to open a window for a better breeze. Woke us up both mornings even with windows shut.

The pool and fv spa area is amazing. Views from the rooftop pool is lovely. The spa room is a perfect temperature.

Poor. we were expecting a Peppers experience and realised early in the piece (when someone got into the lift smashed and swore at us for no reason at 7pm!) that it wasn't going to be that...
First - To only have valet parking is a horrible start. Happy to pay but I want to be able to go to and from the car... had lots of meetings and don't want to wait 15 mins for every drop off and pick up. Ended parking on the street which is (a) hard and (b) you can only stay 4 hours Mon to Fri and (c) costs. Apparently some sort of insurance reason - bizarre.
We didn't have 1 minute's sleep on the Sat night as there was a loud party above - the floor is paper thin and you can hear people talk, go to the toilet and it was like they were in the next room.
Eventually security stopped the party at 4am. Tried to change rooms the next night but it wasn't possible. The receptionist and security guard were nice though.
Ear plugs were bought for the other nights.... hmmm.
Details were just missing - no plug for the sink, someone had punched a hole in the bedhead, NO HANGERS (!), no drawer space... so clothes were squeezed into the Gideons bible drawer in the bedside table. So weird to have no hangers & no drawer space in an apartment.
Best thing was the rooftop bar next door - which I believe isn't Peppers. No issue with noise in FV & people having a great time. But the infrastructure of a premium hotel is terrible - the insulation between the floors is unacceptable - won't stay again.

It was a great location in the valley. The apartment has a small kitchen and full size fridge. Also a washer dryer. The pool is warm with wonderful views. Sofa very small and not super comfortable also the bed was small. Apart from these small issues it was a great stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Valet parking was a joke late every day and wrong car delivery. Communication regarding room upgrade did not occur. Alternative parking conditions at Metro not explained at all incurred $75 fine despite paying $30 VIP to park there and lug luggage up the street for 5 minutes. Room was fine but for the price left a lot to be desired. Will seek alternative accommodation in the future and will be letting the company travel hub know

Absolutely loved the apartment in Forresters Hall. Not sure if facilities family friendly though (noted on our last day). During the week was great however on the weekend there seemed to be some groups getting together at both pools - lots of music (a little loud) dancing and drinking - very much a party atmosphere rather than a relaxing resort-style lounge and swim. Reminded me a little like love island and the behaviours not something I would have wanted my child exposed to. Am not sure if they were residents or hotel guests so appreciate it can be hard to police. That was the only thing that let it down otherwise amazingly beautiful place and very friendly staff.

The Property was fantastic but the surrounding area was terrible. I knew that I was staying in the Valley when I booked but every morning my family were confronted by homeless asking for cigarettes or money. On the last night there was a street fight between a bunch of junkies. The kids noted the three strip clubs and sex shop within the same block. Its a def hard no for a family stay.

We were impressed with the proximity of the hotel to the city and restaurants. The room was beautiful and the beds were luxurious. However, it would have been nice to have some large curtains to block out the light from the street at night and the morning light as the blinds barely covered up the windows. The bathrooms were standard and clean, however it would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower for our products to sit on, rather than just on the floor. We also couldn’t find a sharp knife anywhere for prepping food, we had to use standard butter knives which was really difficult. The fridge was a good size as was the dishwasher and oven. The roof top pool was absolutely stunning! Beautiful views and the pool was a lovely temperature, however it would have been good to have some more shade up there, even a sail cover so there is some shaded areas to sit and relax out of the sun.

The rooftop was absolutely stunning, however for what we paid, we felt the room was a huge let down. We were shoved on the bottom floor, zero view and had a wheelchair bathroom (the shower basically flooded the bathroom.) Comfortable beds though. We awoke to fighting in the hallways and the next morning there were punch holes in walls near the lifts. Very rough part of the Valley for our young family to walk through too, ended up catching a taxi back from dinner as we felt unsafe walking back.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room and great location. The hotel is very big and can bit a little confusing navigating around. My room seemed to be integrated in the residential area so didn’t feel like a hotel vibe as much there. But the staff went above and beyond with our complicated exit due to road closures and valet parking, so that was very nice. The room had nice features and modern. Overall was a nice stay.

Property photos were very misleading- unit was tiny and pool is no where near as great as it appears. Hotel canceled restaurant and room service services; blaming COVID. The least impressive Peppers that I have stayed at

The property was good overall, nice and close to the valley shops and restaurants.

The bed was made from 2 singles which was a bit annoying having a centre line down the middle.

As to the other facilities, we didn't get to check out the pool or rooftop as the weather was poor.

The valet parking was a bit cramped during busy times and we had to park in surrounding streets as there was no other place to leave the car.

Above all it was a great place to stay very close to everything and friendly staff. The only thing is the made the room look triple the size in the pictures.
