We stayed in mid-October for one night and had a decent stay. However, there was no air conditioning and no screen on the windows, so if you leave the windows open to cool the room, bugs will get inside. There were many stinkbugs inside already when we arrived. Otherwise, the room and facilities were nice. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Perfect for Plitvice lakes

Everything was great from reception [Monique] to room [v clean with tea/coffee] to dinner [Jasmine]. Staff mostly efficient. Breakfast was ok but too much is left open for flies to land!! Food should be covered and people should respect that. I only ate cereal and yogurt!

Beautiful property. Pool was pretty. Small hotel. Only problem was how LOUD it was! My room was #4 and it shared a wall with the restaurant. The small hallway is open to the reception area. You can hear every time someone comes in or out of the hotel.

If you’re looking for disappointment and an uncomfortable nights rest, you’ve come to the right spot. With no air conditioning, bugs, thin walls and ceilings, high priced food, and lack of toiletries will have you wishing you stayed somewhere else.
This place advertises air conditioning, which is not accurate. Our room was hot when we arrived so we decided to turn on the air conditioning and leave the room for a bit to allow it to cool. We retuned 15 minutes later to find our room filled with hot air like the heater was running full power, hot hot!! When we went to the front desk we were told they don’t allow the air conditioner to turn on because it gets cool at night. It was only 4pm, so we were expected to sweat it out until then?! Especially since our room was now like an oven. We were advised to just open our window, really?? It was hot all night and only got a few hours sleep. Very frustrated and could have been avoidable if they allowed use of AC like advertised.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise after the long drive to the Plitvice Lakes area. The hotel is clean and the room was very nice. We enjoyed dinner at their restaurant. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool which looked wonderful. We also left early for the park so weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast. This is a great hotel with lots of nice amenities.

The property itself is really nice. We had a nice room on the top floor. The room was large and comfortable.
We were a little disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t available until June ( our trip was in May) so the room was a little stuffy. Also there is a nice desk in the room but there was no outlet to plug in a device.

The layout was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The front office receptionist was amazingly helpful and so kind from the moment we checked in. The hotel was great, but the pool closes at 7pm. In the summer time the sun is still very high. Serval people were disappointed.
Also, the hot tube needs to be reserved, but has to be drained and cleaned after each use.. So in reality, the tube can only be use maybe once or twice a day.
Everyone was nice, then breakfast buffet was simple but great.

Lovely hotel just 15 min drive from Plitvice Lakes. Great restaurant for dinner and relaxing pool area. Only negative was the noise in our room deluxe triple (11) lots of chair scraping on the balcony above and knocking and banging from the kitchen below. The rest of the hotel was very tranquil, guess we were unlucky.

Top accommodatie, is als beschreven. We logeerden hier om de Plitvice meren te bezoeken. 10 min rijden van entrance 1. Zwembad is kleinder dan lijkt op de foto maar echt lekker na een dagje wandelen. Kamers zijn goed, badkamer is zelfs heerlijk, balkonnetje is fijn. Naast eten bij het hotel zit er ook nog een aardig restaurant, met vriendelijke bediening, in de buurt.

The family room was spacious and cosy. Nice pool area and a tiny gym. Breakfast was good.

Restaurant was a bit pricey and the service was bad. They almost burned my 35e steak (ordered as medium) and did not care when i mentioned it. Kids meals were huge!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Hotel 16 Lakes und hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Schönes Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, großer Balkon und sauber. Die Betten waren 1A, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Schöner Aussenbereich mit Pool. Verkehrsgünstige Lage für einen Besuch des Nationalpark Plitvicer Seen.

Ett bekvämt vistelse nära naturens underverk!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet 16 Lakes Hotel som ligger i närheten av Nationalpark Plitvička jezera. Hotellet kombinerar modern design med fantastisk komfort och erbjuder en perfekt bas för att utforska den vackra naturen.

Rummen var rymliga, stilrena och utrustade med alla moderna bekvämligheter.

Hotellets läge var idealiskt – bara en kort bilresa från nationalparken, vilket gjorde det enkelt att njuta av vandringar och andra aktiviteter. Efter en dag fylld av äventyr var det underbart att koppla av i hotellets spa och njuta av en middag på deras förstklassiga restaurang.

Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi rekommenderar varmt 16 Lakes Hotel till alla som söker en modern och bekväm vistelse nära naturens skönhet.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit angeschlossenem Restaurant in der Nähe des Eingangs 1 der Plitvicer Seen. Alles sehr sauber, neuwertig und gepflegt. Uns hat es rundherum sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit guten Informationen zum Nationalpark. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und hat ein gutes Restaurant. Wir hatten zu viert die Suite, welche reichlich Platz bietet.

Wir hatten eine Nacht in der Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Etage war gut mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten auch genügend vorhanden mit zwei E-Ladestation.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzigst die Belüftungsanlage empfanden wir als relativ laut.
