The rooms need updating: walls need to be repainted & mold remediation. We wish we had known there was only a tub, no stand-up shower; I would have brought bathtub-appropriate products. While the staff was very courteous and pleasant with us, I saw people waiting at the front desk for unrealistic lengths of time because there was nobody behind the counter to help them.

Excellent stay. Fantastic customer service, staff very helpful and let me check in early. Lovely room, quite big and huge walk in wet shower/toilet room. Hotel is a street off the busy area, so very convenient without any noise of note. Excellent value for the price and ideal for a short stay 👍

A cute boutique hotel with the absolute most incredible staff. We met about 8 staff members and they were all phenomenal. Kind, helpful, proficient. Breakfast was included and was wonderful every single morning of our 7 day stay. Shower was hot and has modern fixtures. Love the balconies. The area is walkable with a lot of dining options, shops and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

The design of the rooms and overall cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant. And it is in a really good location which is walking distance from quite a few amenities. Housekeeping times weren't consistent. If you know people are staying a while i would suggest cleaning those rooms later in the day when the person is likely to have gone out rather than potentially waking them up early if they went out late the night before.

A very modern and spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. Disappointed not to have a stand in shower, but there was a handheld shower which we used in the and it was very powerful. Toilet was \"squeezed\" between wall and bath, which made it a little tricky to sit down if you are on the wider scale!

Comfortable stay in a great location

Great location and very clean, well air conditioned and speedy WiFi. Breakfast is definitely worth adding with many options as well as fresh eggs & other items, staff are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to a friend and visit again.

Small Improvements: refill water in fridges (this is only done once) and make it possible to pay with credit card at desk for taxes, charges etc, cash only can be difficult for those who’s local currency is not Euros.

An inviting little hotel in an ideal location.

A very pleasant stay from start to finish. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the lady who served breakfast was friendly and remembered our favourite food each morning. The location is good and I definitely recommend. The only negative was the building work nearby.

In the rooms at the front of the hotel can hear the outside loud music very clearly.

Only a short ride from the airport, a talky central location. After suffering a puncture on the way arrived at check-in, very friendly and helpful.
Up to the room, I had read the reviews about small things but this hotel is more about location then lounging around. We had a triple large wardrobe a/c tea /coffee facilities good WiFi, and a great shower.
The hotel has a bar area, a couple of sofas to suit on and an outside area.
The restaurant is on the lower floor, the staff again are great, the food choice to please anyone, got and cold, they will cook what ever you want can't beat a nice latte in the morning.

Great location for St. Julian area. Front desk staff were very helpful at all times. Room was a decent size and very comfortable; windows were very well glazed meaning limited external noise got through. Loved the shower! Only downside is could not get service at the bar one of the evenings and the milk creamer was out of date (was replaced no issue when I binned it).

Ddream Hotel is in a perfect location for access to buses, shops and a multitude of restaurants and bars. On first sight thought is was going to be noisy but we never heard any night antics from the night revellers. The hotel is bright and airy with a calming decor. The rooms are clean large enough and well equipped with lovely white towels and robes, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Only thing lacking is a mirror in the bedroom area to dry your hair which I brought up with the staff and were very grateful for my comments and said they would look into it, they provided me with a hand mirror for my stay. The breakfasts were like belt and plenty of choice. Johnny the night receptionist was lovely and very helpful a treasure, made us feel very welcome. We were celebrating my sons 21st and he was presented with 6 gorgeous muffins and a card in his birthday at breakfast which was really thoughtful of them. All in all a lovely hotel and we will return.

We loved this hotel. The location was in the centre and we couldn’t hear any of the noise from outside so it was perfect! The staff were all friendly and always fulfilled our requests quickly. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. The only thing was that there wasn’t a full length mirror, but we asked for one and got a small one which was good of them. Also, maybe get a soap dispenser rather than sachets. Thank you!

Nice hotel close to the bars and restaurants of Paceville. Modern, new hotel. Our room was perfect as it was divided into two spaces. We travelled with our 18 year old so this was the best solution to having two rooms. WiFi worked really well!

Great hotel in Malta

The stay was very nice. The people at reception were very helpful whenever we needed anything. They are great at calling taxis and helping get you to where you want to go. We had a great stay and are very happy to have stayed here. We are a family and the area is a little bit of a party area but we were not bothered by the noise at all as the windows are very nice. The only weird thing about the room was the shower. It was very strange and made it very hard to use. There is only a wand for the “shower” in a bathtub. It is very hard to wash your hair or anything unless you turn off the water and set the wand down. And then apply soap and turn it on again. I am not sure what they are thinking but it was a problem but just a small one in the 4 days we stayed there

Still Needs Work

This is a newer hotel that still has work to do to properly present itself. The location is good, close to a bus station with lots of connections, and there is also lots of food in the area. One problem with the room itself, though, was that outside the bathroom, the desk lamp was the only lighting. They need either an ambient light source in the headboards or a floor lamp, because it gets really dim in the evenings.

There also needed to be more info on hotel services. At breakfast, for example, I got offered coffee or tea, but only learned they made eggs by seeing someone else get some on my second day. I also discovered they had room service only from a survey when I was getting ready to leave, though I wouldn't have used that.

The front desk staff was good at answering questions and arranging fairly priced airport transfers. I didn't use them for tours.

Very close to the night life; either right of left you fins st George's bay or St Julian's; bus stop and taxi ranks very close. Great choice of restaurants. Steps up to the hotel, disable lift from street to hotel not working! Rooms need a little more attention to detail, however I would gladly stay there again and plan to do so next May.

More care needs to be taken by the cleaning staff to ensure the mini-bar/ fridge is adequately stocked with water, which is complimentary- over my 4-night stay - I had to ask for water and then it was the only time I received any.
The night staff, in particular, Mr Tanti, were extremely helpful as I had an early flight and needed to check out at 3am - he provided me with a breakfast bag, a hot cuppa and made sure I was safe to leave. All very comforting for someone travelling alone.

Staff was amazing, they all went above and beyond to help me out and guide me with tours. Really great service!!! Rooms were very clean and big. The only cons (which are not deal breakers, I'm just getting picky here).
- More lighting, at night when the curtains were closed lighting was limited.
- I'm a heavy sleeper so didn't bother me but you can hear construction early in the morning and St Julian is a party area so noise from the streets. To be fair there is construction everywhere in Malta
Overall really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend

Overall a very pleasant place to stay!

Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Ddream Hotel. The service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent spread of choices including eggs to how you order them. The room was clean, however there were cords hanging from the walls that served no purpose, the view was of a small courtyard and the building nearby (which is not in the best shape, but I can hardly blame the hotel for this). The shower head was one coming from the ceiling which was neat, but the drain could not keep up and the floor was slanted away from the drain, leading to water overflowing the shower floor into the bathroom. There was faint noises coming from the street below (or more likely the street over), but it wasn’t enough to keep us up at night. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay!

Didn't live up to expectations

The hotel is nice, in a convenient area, and generally clean, with very pleasant staff, but there are too many small niggles, and when something goes wrong, their response falls below expectations. Our wet room overflowed and flooded part of our main rooms; the cold water tap ran hot after a while;, and we found that the shower ran very hot/scalding after a while; and the plug in the sink didn't hold water, plus there was a disgusting matt of hair lodged near the toilet bowl. Only the last of these was fixed once the defects were reported, and no-one took the time to say why other defects were not able to be sorted. This sensitised us to other issues, like no reading lights above the bed; no full length mirror with an adjacent socket (for hair drying/styling); only 2 small bottles of water in the fridge for our whole 5-day stay; no sign of the advertised mini-bar; and no info about the hotel or the area. Also no mention of the pneumatic drill from the adjacent building site, from 7am: they could at least have acknowledged that this was an issue. Luckily we were getting up anyway, but the whole building shook one morning, from front to back, so others must have been disturbed by the earthquake. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfasts were good, and the hotel was generally clean, but they really need to be able to put themselves in the customer's shoes when things go wrong, and that's where they let themselves down.For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend the hotel..

Will stay again when in Malta!

Really nice hotel, feels pretty new and modern. Breakfast is excellent, with made-to-order omelettes and espresso drinks. Front drsk is helpful with booking tickets to tours, etc. The neighborhood is fun with a lot restaurants and bars... a bit of a party neighborhood. I think rooms facing the street may face some noise at night, but our room faced the back and the view is fine and its quiet with good ambient lighting. Overall and excellent stay, would stay again next time in Malta!!

Being on a gluten free diet the hotel couldn't have been better. I emailed ahead and very good gluten free breakfast provided. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and when hotel found out they provided complimentary wine, flowers and a very nice card. Excellent

Very convenient location in Paceville - the centre of St Julians. Minutes walk away to many restaurants, supermarket and Bus stop (Ross). Friendly staff, clean and contemporary rooms to stay. Kids enjoyed. Concrete built so we weren't too mindful that kids play in our room would disturb other rooms on the same floor.

Fantastic Hotel - Highly recommended!

I travel and stay in many hotels in the UK and worldwide.
The Hotels in Malta vary and this Hotel is Modern and newly built.
On this occasion I was visiting on business.
Immediately greeted by a big smile from the Receptionist was a nice start. The Check-in procedure was quick and efficient and I was soon up to my room.
The Room was spacious and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony to go out onto.
The Bathroom although not huge was perfectly sized and had a large Shower with Rainfall Shower head with lots of power which is a must for me.
The room had easy to control cooling and heating. Everything I needed I had available.
The Bar downstairs was very well stocked with selections of drinks from throughout the world. Try the Hotel branded wine, it is very nice and at a great price too.
The breakfast was in the lower floor in the restaurant area. The service again was very good and the food varied, fresh and very high quality.
This Hotel is one of very high quality standards with excellent customer Service.
I would definitely stay here again and indeed do hope to do so.
I would also not hesitate bring my family here too if we travelled here for holidays.
All in all very impressed.

Had a fantastic stay at the Ddream Hotel! The staff was amazing; so kind, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfy, the room spacious, and the bathroom very nice. We had a weird bathtub though--expected a shower but we were able to make the tub situation work haha. The breakfast was amazing!!! My friends and I loved the selection, and they make custom omelettes to order! So good. Easy walking to all the clubs and bars of St Julians. Would definitely stay here again when in Malta!

Very helpful staff and a good spread at breakfast. Located in a very ordinary side street but in an area that is awash with restaurants and bars so good for all age groups. There are bus stops a short walk away. We used public transport, parking would probably be pretty difficult if you arrived by car.

Four great days in Malta

Four days in Malta for business and the Ddream Hotel was the perfect base in St. Julian's for all our events. A very comfortable and cool little oasis on Triq Ball with super-comfy beds and everything you could ask for in a hotel room (apart from a mirror in close proximity to a plug socket when drying hair!). Giuseppe and his colleagues were marvellous - happy to help whenever I had a question and friendly around the place when I was coming in and out.

We had an amazing time at the Ddream Hotel! Everyone from the reception to the service staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and always smiling. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

As a family traveling with a baby, we were especially impressed by how baby-friendly the hotel is. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs even preparing fresh fruit purée for our little one each morning. Such thoughtful touches make a huge difference when traveling with a child.

The location is perfect close to everything but still quiet enough to relax.
Overall, it’s not just a hotel, it’s a place run by wonderful people who really care about their guests. Highly recommended!

Το πρωινό έχει τα πολύ βασικά, αλλά πολύ καλή ποιότητα και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό.

Zunächst - nie wieder Expedia ! Wenn man bei denen ein Problem hat, steht keine Hilfe zur Verfügung!!!

Das Hotel ist uralt und verbraucht. Wurde nie renoviert und die Geräuschkulisse durch den schlechten Bau ist sehr heftig. Dafür ist die Lage gut, aber der Hinterhofcharakter des Hotels ist schon sehr übel.
Da wurde von Expedia nie nachgefragt. Deshalb - nie wieder dieser Buchungsagent.

Dejligt hotel med super central beliggenhed.

Super beliggenhed. Pænt og rent hotel med det du skal bruge. Der er lidt larm om natten fra barerne omkring. Morgenmad meget lækkert. Super søde, smilende personaler.

Soggiorno in famiglia 3 persone dal 9 al 12 Aprile. Ci hanno sostituito la stanza in quanto la nostra tripla era con il balcone sopra alcuni lavori in corso con martello pneumatico, impossibile resistere . Però la struttura ha provveduto al cambio stanza affidandoci pure una stanza più spaziosa . Personale reception disponibile e gentile . Il massimo in sala colazione. Tutti gentili e assortimento della colazione svariato tra dolce e salato. Potendo ritorneremo volentieri .
