The main entrance to half of the rooms do no work, so you have to either push your bags up some stairs or wait in the rain for someone to open it. Some rooms are in half floors that are only accesible by stairs (and no one will help you push your bags up the stairs).

The staff is disorganized and, although they try to help us, we had to come back several times to the hotel because they were unclear of their own procedures.

The main entrance of the hotel is through a passage that closes at 10pm. After that you have to walk a lot and enter through the parking lot.

Overall is a really expensive hotel that do not match the price nor the name.

Vienna was infested with homeless people ;(

Decent hotel but the street is infested with honeless people. They are annoying and will follow you to the hotel. When we mentioned that to the receptionist, she didn’t do anything, other than mentioning that we could call the police. Room was ok. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as there are multiple food options on the same street, all decent quality and delicious. Also, the Russian-speaking lady at the reception needs to be investigated for a double role she may be playing in Austria. She was very intrusive with her questions. Overall ok hotel but not coming back here again.

The address if you go w/ car is incorrect in expedia you have to run a pedestrian street you can not park in there you are going to recive a ticket. Be carefoul not recomendable

The beds are extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses are very hard. The additional bed had no mattress at all, just the coach deployed and you could feel sleeping the metalic frame. Impossible to have a proper sleep...

Our room was very outdated and dark. There weren’t enough light fixtures to begin with, and the bulbs were very dim. I think they’ve taken eco-friendly too far. The staff was good, particularly Patrick, who went above and beyond.

Big room, good location

The location of this hotel is top notch, right on the main shopping street of Mariahlief and a short walk from the old city center and the museums. There's a metro station exit in the same building!
And a huge supermarket just a few steps away, overall great location.
The room I got was very big, a little condo with kitchen and microwave, very convenient.
Staff was friendly.
I would gladly stay here again.

The staff was great but the property is hard to find and needs major work. The couch in the room was made out of a pleather material. Place should only have been $100 EUROS to be fair valued not $200 USD. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the corridor in the shopping center to get in there.

Great hotel and location

This was our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. Our “apartment” suite was spacious, modern, extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciate the hotel’s green policy. Staff are helpful and hard working.
The location is great, as the hotel is steps from a Ubahn stop and supermarket. It’s a short walk to the Museum Quarter, and plenty of restaurants.

Very well located. Nice large room and clean comfy bedding. We felt safe and well cared for here. The parking garage was easy to miss and we ended up in the wrong parking garage from Google maps, but it is just before the other 2 public garages, tiny driveway.
Right in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. Can’t go wrong here!

The location of this hotel is great. But that is as good as it gets.

The wifi does not work, the cleanliness of the room is below average at best; as for the bed, well, there were copious amounts of springs to the back and little if not zero comfort from the wilting pillows, sleeping on the floor would be better! Investment is a must! I visit hotels on a weekly basis for work and this is the worst I’ve stayed in for a long long time.

If it was not for the good location of this hotel, I would rate this less than 1 star. NH, please invest in this hotel.

Perfect place for couple vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was great At the entrance desk they always greeted us with a smile, recommended us great places and took care of everything we needed. We even got an upgrade in the room which was super pampering! Definitely recommend and we will go back there!

Very disapointed with our stay at this hotel. The 'family room' was absolutely freezing and the air conditioning/heating did not work. When this was raised with staff they explained that the heating system was set to summer and that all they could do was offer an oil heater to heat the room or our stay. I had specifically booked a family room with a bedroom off the main living area as traveling with a baby - the hotel corridor was warmer than the room. I had to keep moving around an oil heater (with a crawling baby around) to keep the place warm for the entirety of our stay - this falls way below the standard I'd expect of a four star hotel. Worst hotel experience I've had in quite some time.

This hotel has seen better days. The room was pretty run down - fixtures and flooring showing their age. The hallways were dirty. Finding the entrance is also a bit sketchy - you need to walk through a corridor containing other businesses with minimal signage for the hotel, then through an alley and then to the reception; and for some rooms, you enter via that alley. It was the kind of place I wasn’t looking forward to returning to at night.

If you need working internet connection look elsewhere, they advertise \"free wifi\" but it is very slow, for faster connection you have to pay. In this day and age this is unacceptable, especially that your own cell will only have 3G service in the hotel building.The family room was nice and spacious, location is walking distance to the museums. The kettle provided by the hotel leaked.

Shocking attitude

I chose this hotel to spend my birthday weekend in Vienna. I’ve not enjoyed staying at this hotel for a range of different reasons but here I’d like to write about the most shocking one: a plastic bag with my underwear was taken by the hotel staff and they threw it away thinking it was rubbish (it’s a compost bag, so half-transparent one and not difficult to see what’s inside). The problem was not just that I lost some not cheap underwear, but the fact that the staff didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t even apologise. Their attitude left me speechless. I won’t be staying in NH again any time soon.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Though the room was so warm like in hot summer even though it is November. The central AC has been shutdown for the fall/winter season so the only way to keep the temperature bearable in the room is to keep the window open. This is really not eco-friendly to overheat the room. The staff were very helpful though, particularly John who made every effort to lower down the temperature of the central air setting and even brought us a fan. Toward the end of our stay the temperature in the room was more bearable (it seems that it took a few days to cool down).

Unusual hotel, the reception is not on the Main Street and you pass through an arcade and then outdoors through an alley to get the reception- makes ordering a taxi a little challenging. The room was across an enclosed bridge from the main building- easy to access. Room was clean and extremely large. A solid 4/5.

Nice hotel Awful Services

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are big however the services offered are HORRIBLE. At check in we have been asked to pick time slots for having breakfast for the next 4 days. There were only two time slots available, early in the morning or from 11:00 am. We have chosen the 11 am time slot, however, the next morning when we went to breakfast, the breakfast room was dirty, the tables were not clean and there were only some leftovers available. One of the ladies told us she could bring us some more yogurts and maybe some cold food but nothing that needs to be coocked.

One our third day I took my 6 year old daughter with me just to pick up the food from the breakfast room so we can eat it in our roomand even though I am vaccinated and we were both wearing masks one of the hotel's employees came and started yelling that we are not allowed to enter as she doesn't have a COVID test. She was extremely rude!!!

The parking is very small as they are using a public parking and only have a few places. We have taken the car out in one of the days and when we came back there were no more places available. We have been pointed by the reception to park in a nearby public parking that costs 36 EUR/day.

We got a call from the reception on Sunday at around 7 am waking us up just to tell us that they have a problem and when I asked what the problem was they hang up.
