The room I had was a tad small though had a good view. The staff was mixed, though for the most part I was aware who was friendly and who was not. The bar was great with plenty of options. I did not have breakfast, though the menu look perfect for my liking. This hotel is located in a great neighborhood with Museum Quarter located steps away. Plenty of restaurant options, shopping and transportation all within steps of hotel. I would definitely return and stay here again. I will say the folks I dealth with on arrival were kind and very helpful. Also on my departure, the staff at the desk early, early in the morning, we very kind. The gym was great and like that it was quite clean for being a hotel gym, waters stocked and fruit available.

On arrival at reception, by Tristan, we were met with an outstanding welcome. We arrived 2/3 hrs early but our room was ready (never expected but makes such a difference after travelling). Room was freshly renovated with high end gadgets (loved the kettle) and we could feel the quality. Carla on the bar was super friendly and chatty and made us feel at home. The location is great and in a safe neighbourhood. Overall we loved this hotel and would 100% return when back in Vienna.

The hotel is in an excellent location, central, and well connected. On a nice, quiet street.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks, with an excellent atmosphere.

The rooms are of a decent size, with all necessary amenities and have good storage space. As a newer hotel, everything is modernly designed with a hint of the classic Vienna style.

The only two, very minor, improvements points are: 1) the towels, which leave a good amount of fluff on the skin when drying. I was finding towel fluff on myself throughout the day. 2) Very creaky bed frames. Everything else in the hotel is of such high standard that small things like that stick out.

Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a lovely area. Staff were super helpful and we were able to freshen up once we got to the hotel, even though our room wasn’t ready. They have a “freshen up” room with showers and everything you could need. The rooms are new and modern and the restaurant in the lobby looked amazing. We would have eaten there if we had a few more nights in Vienna.

A great stay at Miiro Spittelberg. The perfect location in Vienna, near all the key sights but also in an away which feels only locals know about.

A special shout out to the staff for helping me after I injured myself during my stay (not at the hotel I should add), especially Rose in reception who couldn't have helped me when it came to some requests.

The location is excellent. It sits on a quiet cobblestone street, but you can walk to the MuseumsQuartier in under five minutes. The neighborhood has nice local cafes and feels less crowded than the main tourist areas.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the tram could be heard in the night. The bed was good, and the bathroom had a nice shower with great water pressure. The staff members were really nice and helpful.
This is a comfortable, well-located place to stay for a weekend in Vienna. Would happily stay here again.

The reception staff was very helpful and kind, forthcoming and efficient and the rooms were quite nice, orderly and with good linens and a good bathroom. Well positioned, just steps from the museum quarter and Mariahilfe Strasse and even closer to the main public transportation network. The best place/price that I’ve found in this area

If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, clean, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Vienna's museum district, look no further. From the friendly and helpful reception staff (Andreas and Stefanie, we love you!), to the comfortable bed, the spacious room, modern bathroom, and efficient housekeeping staff...Hotel Miiro Spittelberg is absolutely 5-star for a reasonable price. The rooms have plenty of closet space and hangers, a personal safe, a mini bar and frig, a USB wall outlet, bottled water, hairdryer, and oversized fluffy towels. They even allowed us a late check out (subject to availability) and access to the \"freshen up\" room: a restroom/ shower room available to guests who have checked out but are not leaving the city until late afternoon or evening. Miiro Spittelberg is less than a 5-minute walk from the Volkstheater U-bahn station U2 and U3 lines and close to a wide variety of excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Vienna!

The Hotel was in a perfect location with only a 5 minute walk to get to the museum quarter. The rooms were well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout the whole of our stay.

All staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful!

There is a Spar on the walk to the museum quarter that sells fresh snacks & is well stocked for picking things up on your way out or back in to the hotel.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Hotel was very nice, staffed well with nice decor. Room was exquisite as well as shower and bathroom.

Gym has treadmill, dumbbells, multiuse resistance training machine, as well as yoga mats and blocks.

Couldn’t recommend more! Nearby two metro lines and many more tram lines.

Wir wurden von der Dame, die ursprünglich aus Madrid kommt, sehr herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war sogar etwas früher verfügbar. Es war klein aber sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas vorhanden. Im hauseigenen Restaurant hatten wir Pizza bestellt. Auch diese war sehr lecker. Der Check out lief genauso problemlos wie der der Check in. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel mit der wirklich hervorragenden Lage jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Tüm personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda temizliği hergün düzenli yapıldı. Otel son derece merkezi noktada müzeler bölgesine 5 dklık yürüyüş mesafesinde. Otelin altında yer alan otele ait paco restoranda italyan işi pizzaları kesinlikle tatmanızı da tavsiye ederim.

Trevligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal, speciellt vid incheckning med information om Wien och dess sevärdheter.
Sådär städat i rummet men annars ett fräscht rum med fin möblering och kaffemaskin, bra ac i rummet och bra badrum med tjocka frotté handdukar, tyst rum, inga grannar hördes.
Åt ej frukost eller utnyttjade gymmet.
Mycket nära stadens gamla del med alla fantastiska monument.

Öncelikle hersey için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Tertemiz bir otel. Konum museum quarter’ın hemen dibinde. Biz her yere yürüyerek rahatça ulaştık. Sizleri çok hoş bir şekilde karşılıyorlar. Oda tertemiz ve yepyeni eşyalarla düzenlenmiş. Her gün havlu değişimi banyo temizliği ve oda düzenlenmesi itinayla yapıldı. Minik bir eleştiri tek kullanımlık terlik koymamışlardı bence olmalı. Minibar ücretli ama ücretsiz su odada mevcut. Kahve çay vs hergün yenileniyor. Bitince yenilemişlerdi.Uzun zaman sonra yurtdışında kaldığımız en iyi oteldi kendileri. Kahvaltı ücretli. Ütü istediğimizde anında ütü masasıyla birlikte tedarik ettiler. 15.00 giriş ama odamız hazır oldugu için erkenden giriş yaptık. Çıktığımız gün uçağımız geç saatte oldugu için valizimizi bırakabildik güvenli bir şekilde. İlgi alaka hizmet olarak çok beğendik. Viyanaya tekrar geldiğimizde şüphesiz tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.

Zimmer sind noch sehr neu, also alles sehr sauber. Die Betten quietschen ein wenig und unser Zimmer lag zur eigentlich ruhigen Straße. Gegenüber war aber eine Partylocation, die bis 23.30 Uhr laute Musik hatte. Mit Ohrstöpsel hat man aber nichts gehört. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder, weil sonst alles super war.
