Cool concept of a hotel, clean, friendly associates that are helpful and ready to help with any questions. Location is also good and walking distance to many attractions. A nice atmosphere with the vinyl records that you can choose and take to your room to play. Rooftop bar has a fantastic view of the city and was a perfect place for the New Year's celebration.

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Bars were great too. Johannes at the front desk and Jacob st the bar were both great! Jacob in particular is a great asset to the property.

My only complaint is the charge of 2 euros each for mayo and ketchup with a hamburger. I mean what’s with that!!!!! First time ever been charged for that and since I wasn’t told of the extra I was pretty annoyed.

That alone dropped from a 5 start to a 3 for me!!

The room was very clean and we were able to check in early. A record player is in the room for you to play vinyl records available from reception (time to reminisce)!
Shops are within walking distance along with plenty of public transport options to get around the city, however if you enjoy walking it is possible to get around on foot with Google maps to help. It appears there is Sunday closing for main shops other than food establishments so bear this in mind if you want to go shopping in the main shopping areas.

I appreciate at this time of year block bookings are inevitable, however as a normal guest of yours I felt I had less than your best

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt modern and new. The entire property is very clean and located in an excellent area, just a short walk from Mariahilfer Street and with easy access to public transportation in every direction. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a very friendly Hebrew-speaking staff member at the reception, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We were on the first floor and the noise from the groundfloor bar was really loud on the Saturday evening. Didn't affect us and wouldn't stop us from staying again, but can imagine it would be annoying if you had kids or an early start (maybe request a higher floor).

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent two-night stay at Jaz in the City Vienna. The hotel promptly responded to our questions sent before our arrival. We were pleased to be able to check into our room early and appreciated the warm welcome and efficient check in. Our room was perfectly clean and well appointed. Happily, the bed was very comfortable, too. The hotel is very close to a metro station and within easy walking distance to shopping and museums. We were very impressed by the selection and quality of the food available at the buffet breakfast, including made to order eggs. We would happily return to Jaz in the City Vienna.

Jaz in the city hotel is a real gem! We felt welcome from the moment we set foot in. We were welcomed with big smiles and the check-in was quick and super easy. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed from super comfy beds, to coffee and tea facilities, to aircon and our own vinyl record player with lots of options that you can pick up from reception. We even had a swing in the room which is perfect for when you’re reading a book and listening to some music. The TV also has screen pairing option which is perfect to watch your favourite shows, something that most hotels don’t do. The room was incredibly quiet which made for a an excellent night sleep. The staff was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. It just made our stay in Vienna that extra bit special. We live this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Clean, good hotel located at walking distance from public transportation, stores, and some of Vienna's attractions.
The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods.
The rooftop terrace and the room's back patio were big pluses

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and though the hotel is a little further from the centre it is a fairly quick and easy 20 minute walk to the main city centre. We had no issues with this walk and actually enjoyed it. This is also local to a more lively hip area of the city with a nice high street for shopping very close by.

The hotel is very unique with the rooms style and the record player where you can choose vinyls to take up to your room. Rooms very unique and they were very clean and we have no complaints here, the king sized bed was perfect. Only complaint was we were on the 4th floor and would often hear (assumed) cleaners or other guest scraping furniture around early in the morning

Extra bonus is the rooftop bar on the 7th floor with fantastic views of the city with nice and fair priced drinks.

This property was super fun. It’s in a great area, walkable to a lot of sites. Conveniently located a block away was a vending machine area so it was easy to get snacks or water for the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to grab records and play them in the room. The rooftop bar has amazing views.

Musically fun hotel in great location.

Very nice vey creative hotel. Located in heart of the car-free shopping street: Mariahilfer Straße.
Hotel has a wonderful roof top bar and music theme throughout…they even had a record player-turntable to play free albums on loan from lobby. The only reason i gave 4 stars for condition was because our room’s wallpaper was peeling at the ceiling line. I reported to front desk upon checkout.

I loved this hotel. It was so cool. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent. Very clean, convenient and quite. My only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and lumpy for me but I get most people like that. Ideal location - walk to the train, shops and the sites in less than 10-mins. The sauna is fantastic!
