The hotel is well situated close to shops and transports. The room was simple but adequate, with enough space for comfort. The bathroom was spacious and clean; however, there were moldy patches near the shower. Additionally, the shower drainage was blocked, causing water to pool within minutes, which was both unpleasant and unsafe. Despite reporting the issue to reception twice, no action was taken.

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk).
The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us.
Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

We only used it for one night and it served its purpose. Within walking distance of Westbahnof. A number of cool coffee shops just opposite and an excellent Nepalese restaurant a few metres away.

Smooth check in, very pleased staff. I got great advice as to the parking (the hotel's parking was not available; I was not aware that I had to pre book it. I ended up paying 5E per day). Clean hotel although it needs a decent floor upgrade. Elevator. Bus stop at the front door. Walkable. Very close to the shops and restaurants.

Hotel Mocca is nothing fancy. Quiet hotel with the basics. Breakfast is very good. Good selection of meats, cheeses, cereals and rolls. Close to the bus stops and the metro stop is not far either. The hotel is located near the very popular Mariahilfer Strasse shopping area.

Good basic accomodations, but lacking in amenities. Showers are incredibly small; probably too small for a large person. Staff speaks English and is very friendly.
Might be a problem in warmer weather with no a/c and plenty of street noise with windows open. Good breakfast. Some improvements could be made by management at little or no cost. For example, the tv probably has a couple of hundred channels (many blank) but no guide to help you find English language programming. Location is actually quite good.

Great location, close to Mariahilfstrasse.
Clean and spacious rooms, modern furniture, kettle, well equipped bathroom, clean bedding and towels changed daily.
Stayed in summer and high temperatures meant that the room was very hot, no aircon so had to keep window open all night, busy junction outside was noisy which did affect sleep a little!
Bathroom spotless but shower cubicle oddly small! Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Huge shopping areas (Mariahilf strasse) along with a lot of eating options within 5min. Bus stand right outside the door. Above all newly renovated place and super clean. Staff was very friendly and let us leave luggage early in the day before checking in and let us leave luggage after check out since our train was late in the evening. But needed to pick them up before 9pm. Would definitely be my hotel during my next visit.

Near the bus stops, 3-5min walk to the metro

We had a twin room and it’s spacious. The bath area was really cramped. If you’re big you’ll have difficulty bathing because you’ll hit the shower handle. It’s near Billa so food was easy to get.

Great location, easy to travel around and get to different areas of Vienna- we took advantage of both the bus and u-bahn. We stayed in a triple room with three adults and it was more than spacious enough. Room was clean, reception was helpful. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

The property was conveniently located and the front desk person Michelle was dear but that is where the positives ended. The walls were paper thin and you could hear Everything going on in the adjacent rooms. The one and only pillow per person was as thin as a paper towel. What do you do in a hotel room? Sleep. How can anyone sleep when there is no pillow and too much ambient noise from neighbors. Would not recommend this property at all.

I loved this hotel, for the price it was excellent value, nice cozy room, clean & comfortable english tv channels, good bathroom & shower. For a hotel with 'included breakfast' the standard was very good, the variety was large with eggs,bacon, sausage, salad ingredients, cereals, yoghart, good bread & rolls, 5 or 6 different juices, cheeses etc. It was excellent. I thought that I would be giving this hotel 5 stars for first couple of days, then unfortunately our room was not cleaned on our 2nd morning, no idea why & this wasn't a big deal but a little annoying but on our morning that we checked out we had no hot water in the shower, this was annoying & when I mentioned this to man at front desk his response was complacent & his response was 'yes this happens sometimes, I will tell the technician'. Nothing more , he didnt care & did not represent the hotel well in this situation.

Great location and comfy beds but the showers were TOO small!!! It was with 2 other friends, 3 very different sizes and we all had a major struggle taking a shower, THANKFULLY, we were there only for 2 nights. Thats really the only reason i wouldnt reccomend.

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful when we had questions. Room for the price was awesome! Only complaint was the internet was super frustrating but it was nice to disconnect for awhile in the same sense. Overall great experience and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a cheap but good hotel.

VERIFY CHECK IN TIME - reception only stays till 9pm then locks front door - must arrive before that...hotel very old and room is very old - shower very small & very basic. parking is off site and cost an additional n$15 euro/night and must leave a $50 euro cash deposit for parking pass or give them your credit card or passport to hold onto over night !! didn't sound ethical should only give cash deposit. not the easiest of hotels to find - small dirty sign - needs cleaning of sign !! poor wifi reception

Very good location, close to Mariahilfestrasse and easy to walk to many sights. Wifi didn't work in the room, the elevator was broken and there was just too much noise from the pigeons outside. And the reception only works 7-21, so you need to bring your key with you if you wanna have a night out.

Nice hotel close to Mariahilferstrasse.

The hotel is located few minutes walking from Mariahilferstrasse and 30 minutes walking from the centre. The hotel is nice, but the breakfase is extremely expensive and in my room there was no possibility to torn down the heating. It was to hot during the night that I couldn't sleep, I think it was over 30 degrees of Celsius. The opened window didn't help.

This is a great little hotel in an ideal location. It's close to a metro stop and also city center. The only thing I didn't like is the pillows which they did give me extra but they weren't very good. Overall a great place and very clean.

Udemærket hotel, omend af lidt ældre dato. Vi havde nogle småting med værelset det første døgn, men personalet var meget hjælpsomme og udbedrede med det samme!
Ligger i skønt kvarter med masser af skønne spisesteder og caféer og en generel hyggelig vibe. Der er dejlig stille om natten og heller ikke larm fra de andre værelser ☺️

Die Lage ist gut, Bushaltestellen vor der Tür, die U Bahnlinien 3 und 4 gleich in der Nähe. Für einen Städte Trip reicht es,aber mehr auch nicht. Zimmer sehr klein und hellhörig. Der Boden war ziemlich schmutzig. Das Frühstück war ziemlich teuer, keine Auswahl und immer alles leer. Die Dame war so unmotiviert, ständig musste man betteln, dass nochmal aufgefüllt wird. Obst steht gar nicht zur Verfügung. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber mal ein Apfel oder eine Banane sollte doch möglich sein. Aber die Damen an der Rezeption sind freundlich.

Verkehrsgünstige Unterkunft um die Stadt in einem Drei-Tage-Trip kennenzulernen bei angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Habe Frühstücksangebot sausen lassen um ohne Zeitdruck die Rückfahrt antreten zu können, mich dann allerdings für eine spätere Abfahrt entschieden, um nicht in Stauungen beim Auschecken zu geraten, was erst ab 7:00 h möglich ist, was aber nicht der Fall war. Bushaltestelle unmittelbar am Eingang, U3 an der Fußgängerzone Mariahilf und Westbahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Naschmarkt und Innenstadtring sind ebenfalls nur einen kleinen Spaziergang weit entfernt …

Wir fühlten uns wohl im Hotel, allerdings war der Boden nicht gut gereinigt. Ansonsten machte die Einrichtung einen guten Eindruck. Zwar nicht neu, aber renoviert.
Wenn man zum ersten Mal zum Hotel kommt, ist man überrascht, das vom Hotel nur die Eingangstüre sichtbar ist. Da die Strasse direkt vor dem Hotel durchgeht, kann kaum ein Taxi halten ;-).

ウィーンのリング内にはちょっと遠いですが、駅が近めにあるので問題なかったです。
部屋も十分なスペースがありました。
お風呂場に関しては、なぜかシャワー室と洗面室との間に仕切りのカーテンがなかったので、床がびしょ濡れになりましたが、足拭きマットでなんとかなります。
シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは一つの物を全身に使う感じなので気になる方は持ち込んだ方がいいかと思います。
あと歯ブラシもなかったので持参必須。

Average hotel. A plus is for sure the position (2 metro stops nearby, bus stop, walkable distance from city center within 30’) and the presence of bars and restaurants. Negative points are for sure the beds and pillows, no air conditioning, the staff is nice and kind but wasn’t really present, blinders let the light in.
