I loved this hotel SO much!!! We reserved it for 2 nights when we first arrived at Guadalajara. We extended 3 times and stayed for the whole week, because I didn't want to go anywhere else. The location is fantastic in a nice shopping center with nice restaurants and cafes. Loved our room and the staff was very friendly. The pool is beautiful too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back the next time we're in Guadalajara. We travelled around the stayed for 2 weeks and I compared every hotel/room to the Mid Town Hilton :)

Excellent stay at Hilton Guadalajara Midtown. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located in the Midtown area with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great views. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The amenities were top-notch, and everything felt well organized and high quality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara.

Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice!
Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service.
Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair.
Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍

The room AC did not work and could not maintain temperature throughout the day. Traveling with my 3-year-old who requires midday naps. It was frustrating and unaddressed by the hotel staff who I informed of it in three separate occasions.

We paid in advance for a reservation and it ended up being downgraded due to unavailability. That room was supposed to be for the groom to get ready which ruined our plans completely. Not to mention our rooms power went out 7 times because we had a hair team doing 4 girls hair for a wedding. We expressed our grievances to the staff and they do absolutely nothing to accommodate us.
They did not even provide a refund. Overall terrible experience because it was our wedding weekend. We will never return to this property again.

I’d like to give a shout out to Javier in the Valet parking area. He was very nice and very helpful. Always cheerful, respectful and honest. Loved talking to him. He found us transportation and the driver took us every where. Nice man Javier is. Hope somebody reads this and tells him.

For our very first visit to Guadalajara, we chose this hotel, and our experience was better than we had expected. The hotel location is very convenient, although Uber drivers seem to have a hard time spotting the drop off/pick up location of the hotel entrance. It sits right above the Midtown shopping plaza. Our room was quiet and met all our needs. The panoramic view was beautiful, too. The Executive Rooms allow access to free buffet breakfast (good quality and wide selections) and the Executive Lounge on the 7th Floor offers free afternoon snacks and evening Happy Hours (drinks and samplings from the restaurant) with indoor/outdoor seating. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Especially the staff on the Executive Lounge, Maviel, was a true stand out. She made us feel so welcome and at home with her superb service and genuine hospitality spirit. A great Ambassador to the Hiltons. Maviel went out of her way to look into on our inquiries, and was paying personal attention to all the guests. We left the city with a very good vives, and will definitely plan to return in the future.

In exchange for being a little further away from the sightseeing places in Guadalajara, this hotel is magnificent and very upscale and clean. It’s located within a mall called Midtown and it is very upscale and catered to visiting professionals. There is also a very nice supermarket and food court in case you want to get some fruit to eat at night or anything you would want from a supermarket. To summarize, it is like an upscale hotel in the United States, located in the middle of a very upscale mall and the Mexican equivalent of Whole Foods.

Now that we are more comfortable with Guadalajara, if we ever come here again, we might stay closer to colonial America, but for first time visitors, and if you want to feel Super safe, this hotel is a good choice.

The property was very nice, clean and there was plenty of options for dining, shopping nearby. I requested early check in through my Hilton app and was emailed that it was not approved.
However when I arrived I was able to pay for early check in which was odd.
Melissa at the front desk was very helpful for getting us a cab and answering questions about activities. Rafael at the bar/restaurant was excellent for helping us out with a lot of questions we had. And he and the security Luis gave us another place to hang out when the pool and the executive lounge closed which we appreciated.

I LOVE staying at Hilton Midtown. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, the shopping can’t be more accessible (they even have a grocery store at the bottom level with great food options!) Very close to great restaurants and downtown Guadalajara. The level of safety you feel is unbeatable.

Only issue with the restaurant was the food, not the greatest taste and the first night there we went to the hotel restaurant and it took about 45 minutes to get my good, a chicken sandwich, then I was completely ignored they didn’t even apologize to me or acknowledge me. In the room there was a couch that was visibly dirty, too many stains for my comfort to sit in.

Amazingly beautiful hotel!

Went there for a weekend trip thursday to monday. The hotel was beautiful and near restaurant, shopping and conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally helpful, they asked us if we need to book any trips around guadalajara to let them know and they contacted us with an amazing private tour/chauffeur for the days that we stayed there. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. I would definitely recommend 10 out 10!!!

Hotel is nice enough. Was our second stay there in 9 months. Probably won’t stay here again. There’s no privacy in the bathroom with shower and toilet doors both made of glass.
Additionally our toilet was broken and running the entire time. Housekeeping knows it’s an issue but did nothing.
From the front desk, I asked for water to be delivered to our room and was assured it would be right up. Never came.
