Definitely not recommended

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation for anybody.

Going in, I knew it was a budget hotel, but after checking into my room, the safe was not working and the side table drawers were broken, and they were hanging loose.

I think I will not visit in this place anytime soon.

Nearly a nice stay

The room is great and comfortable. The biggest issue is the noise levels. People partying and shouting, very unpleasant. Facilities close to each other and noise is a problem.

The only thing I didn’t like about the unit was there was no iron for the clothes dedicated for that room I had to call reception all the time to get it

We had a lot of issue with the property. First of all the food we ordered was mixed up. They delivered totally different food from what we ordered. The food was cold and inedible. After couple of hours from check in the electricity went off for pretty much entire night. We needed to do some work and needed access to the WiFi. Whoever occupied the apartment next to us was super noisy in the evening and early in the morning.

Beautiful Place!

Good day,
The apartments are beautiful. A few things that were not so perfect:
1. No side plates, dish cloth, dish soap, dustpan and brush in the apartment
2. No extra blanket when requested
3. Restaurant service not great at all, very show. Had to wait 10 mins to get served
4. The security guard would not let us in when returning to the apartment and made us walk from the gate after a very long and heated argument with him. Tag on the set of keys received was not working. Security guard on duty Saturday night/Sunday morning was absolutely rude and absolutely unnecessary and not helpful at all.

The apartment was very nice and everything worked, BUT the staff were not willing to assist with special requests. There was zero privacy as the apartment balcony looked directly onto other corridors.
Cleaning staff terribly noisy too.

Home away from home

Clean neat and no hassle check-in or checkout. Travelled for business, the room was clean good quality bedding and most important blockout curtains. Nice view over the city.

Bad stay & Stranger walking into our room

I had a stranger come into my bedroom during the night and reception did nothing about it. One night we had no towels and the person cleaning left our balcony door open, aircon on the entire day. We complained to the manager as we decided to check out early and was supposed to receive a 50% refund and we still waiting for feedback and the refund

My stay was short but i felt safe while i was there the staff was very friendly which make me feel very much at home especially the two ladies at the front desk housekeeping staff keep make sure my room was nice and clean i will alway remember my glass of carrot juice from the restaurant staff security alway greet you with a smile i will visit again and encourage my friends to do the same

Closer management of staff needed !

My second visit to this place and on checking in my room was not cleaned properly, bath towels missing and the usual complimentary coffee / tea in tray empty. Complaint to reception and was assured room would be sorted immediately but by mid day nothing had been done so requested a room change . Despite this unpleasant start , the rest of the stay ended on a good note .

Nice place, bar the noise levels.

Noise levels are a problem, you can hear patrons next door as if they were in your own room. I had to request to be moved to another room on my first night at 11:30pm, due to loud music and constant banging of tools (some sort of repairs were taking place) from the patrons next door.

accomodation awesome but very noisy neighbours

Reception very friendly and found our two rooms to be in excellent condition. Our neighbours were not so accommodating, partying into the early hours, with a loud TV and a lot of movement in the corridors.

Housekeeping 7 days a week. The place is very clean and security 24/7, quite in the day but very noisy at night especially for the unit that I was in. No microwave to heat up your food. Overall the place was very nice.

Chose this area as I had a hire car and it was easy to get around from here.

You only get tea/coffee on day one of your arrival - I asked for more but nope ! (Strange)

The door rattled a lot and there is construction going on, so was noisy.

My stay was basic. Management has a policy of an 1000Rand deposit that is to be refunded if you dont damage anything. I spent one night there,they promised to do the refund and it's been two months and stil no refund. They dont even respond to my emails anymore. I find that outright theft and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

You are wasting your money

What stay? We paid and booked this establishment 26/09/2018 due to arrive 29/06/2018. Upon arrival, our company Director said they had no rooms available for his booking. They were not very helpful and said they made an error, double booking. Nobody contacted us to explain about the double booking and they blatantly ignored our refund request of R900. We had to be contempt with a discount voucher from Hotels.com due to the fact that not even Hotels.com could get hold of the establishment. Pathetic!!!!!!!!

Nice place to stay but no room service or restaurant. Room didn't have coffee or milk. Only tea bags and sweetener. Hair dryer was available but not plug point adapter.

Deposit Refund Nightmare

The R1000 deposit was made but when checking out the management staff was not in at 9am as per the office hours. Had to leave without refund. I am calling the number on Hotel.com for the hotel but the number goes to a former employee. The contact number on their website is not in service. Now I have to have a colleague go to the hotel in person to get my refund.

Clean with challenges on processes and ameneties

Room was clean, but the check in process was not ideal. Also the room was supposed to have a kitchenette but only had a kettle and had to ask for coffee or tea as the bowl only had creamer in it.

People could have make the stay pleasant.

The room was fine. But, some consumables were not provided enough, floor mats were missing on 2nd day. In needs, the only contact number they had was not available to interact and we have to walk down to reception which is only available from 9 to 5. Plus, the reception was not pleasant to interact with.

Pure scam

When I arrived at the hotel to check they told me that I did not book a room with them. Even though I did and they were well aware that bookings with Expedia.com take time to reflect on their side. Told me that they had the same experience earlier. But yet demanded that I pay for my stay cash that is double what I was already charged. My family advised me against it and I had to book another hotel elsewhere. My whole trip was ruined because I did not budget to pay for the accommodation twice. The sad part is up to this day I didn’t get the refund because the don’t do refunds even though they refused to let me stay at their hotel. Pure scammers. Both Expedia and the hotel.

Llegamos un poco antes y firmé los términos y condiciones que eran muy estrictos. El horario de ingreso era a las 14 por lo que me dijeron \"nos vemos a las 14\". También hablaba de ruidos, y el departamento era bastante ruidoso. Llegamos, y habia una nota diciendo que el check out era a las 10 y que las demoras producirían la ejecución de la multa. Horas más tarde recibimos otra nota que decía que iban a cortar la luz entre las 7 y las 10 de la mañana. A las 6.30 nos depertamos con los rezos y cánticos de un vecino y a las 7 cortaron la luz. Con lo que ya no contamos ni con ascensor, ni posibilidad de calentar agua, ni internet, etc. Los rezos continuaron. Con esto quiero decir que cuando uno redacta unos \"terms and conditions\" tan estrictos, tiene que ser el primero en cumplirlos. La limpieza estuvo muy bien.
