The room assigned me was on the first floor; except for a sleeper car on a train I have not slept in such a small room. The presence of ear plugs did not bode well either. But even though a Christmas Markt was being held just outside of my window, I did not hear anything, and the blackout curtains prevented light from being an issue. The room had just enough things for an hotel room to be functional: no obligatory alarm clock, no abundance of drawers that no one uses. It was very austere and pleasant.

Everything was perfect during my stay. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were truly amazing — especially Mohammad and Shiva, who made everything even more comfortable. Perfect location very close to the main station!

The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the stay felt very relaxing and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were also quick and effortless.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Didn’t eat there but had a couple of drinks in the bar. Staff were all very nice and friendly.

Vi har boet på hotellet et par gange nu. Det ligger på gågaden i Kiel så det er nemt at gå rundt til alle butikker, spisesteder og ned til havnen. Eneste lille minus er at man ikke kan parkere ved hotellet, men der er et godt P-hus 300 meter derfra. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Der var mulighed for at tage lidt lækkert at spise, og vand med mynte og citron i, ganske gratis i løbet af dagen. Mulighed for at spise på hotellet til aftensmad. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand af 4 julemarkeder, det store center, primark, banegården og havnen. Så der var masser af oplevelser. P-huse i nærheden men de er ikke billige at parkere i. Jeg troede at julemarkedet ville kunne høres meget mere, men når vinduerne var lukket var det kun en meget meget lav summen vi kunne høre hvis anstrengte os for at lytte.
