Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience.

Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use.

Service:
One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason.
The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

We queued for an hour to check in . No bar staff on bar just one girl doing everything. When we we r to the room the bed had no bedding on it , when we went down to ask they said they didn’t have any ? Ridiculous hotel , will never stay in this chain again . Breakfast was chaos also .

Arrived late evening and had to wait in a queue to check in this took approx 30 mins only one team member on reception with no apology given key card to room no explanation on hotel facilities in fact no communication given at all. As we were tired we went straight to our room and slept. The next morning we realised we had been sleeping on a mattress protector with no bed linen and a duvet with no sheet. Also no pillow cases on the pillows. How we missed rhis is due to tiredness. Immediately went to reception to inform them and we were told we are aware of the laundry issue several rooms have no bedsing as issue with laundry. Asked to speak to a manager but no one could be located. This is outaagious for a branded name of Hilton to sell rooms with no bed linen. Its disgusting !!!! I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again with no apology this hotel is a joke

Best breakfast options I've had on this trip! Friendly staff, a pleasant room, and easy to find on the horizon. Only caveat: too many modern hotels think it's stylish not to completely enclose the shower and Hampton by Hilton is one of them. The entire floor was wet every time.

Altid et dejligt hotel at besøge, dejlig morgen buffet ig tæt på byen.

Det værelse vi fik tildelt manglede en opredning, gik ned i receptionen og gjore opmærksom på problemet. I løbet af 5 min havde vi fået et nyt værelse og de beklagede.

Super hotel og imødekommende personale.
Morgen buffet var perfekt.
Eneste der gør at det kun er 4 stjerner, er at sove sofaen som vores barn sov på, kunne man mærke fjedrene igennem hvilket gjorde den ret ubehagelig at sove på.
Samt at vandet fra bruseren sprøjtede ud over hele gulvet når man var i bad.
Men eller er det klart et hotel vi vil besøge igen.
Prisen kan man heller ikke klage over når den er incl. Morgenmad.

Generelt fint tilfreds. Min mand og jeg kunne godt ønske os, at sengene var en smule bedre, samt at der var blevet oplyst at det var en dobbeltdyne - dobbeltdyne er ikke lige os.
Og kunne måske ønske os at der var tændt for noget varme på værelset ved ankomst. Det var rigtig koldt. Vi fik tændt airconditionen inden en kort gåtur og så var det nogenlunde temperatur da vi kom retur.
Morgenmaden også tilfredsstillende - dog syntes vi at morgenmaden søndag var lidt “kedeligere” end lørdag. Det virkede som om at rundstykkerne var fra dagen før.
Men udover det, så var vi rigtig tilfredse med hotellet. Smilende og søde personale. Og rigtig dejligt at hotellet ligger ret centralt.

Hotellet var rigtig lækkert. Men vi ankom fredag aften, og parkerede på en p-plads lige overfor, og personalet bekræftede at det var ok at vi parkerede der. Næste morgen var der imidlertid et marked, hvor vores bil havde holdt, og bilen var væk! Den kunne vi så hente 10 km væk mod et “lille” gebyr på 289€. Da vi brokker os til personalet, påstår de, at de skal havde sagt det til os, og at de i øvrigt havde sat et skilt op om det. Et skilt man kun ser, når man går UD af elevatoren og ind i receptionen. Da vi kun gik IND i elevatoren den aften, så vi ikke det skilt. Så måske kunne det skilt placeres lidt mere tydeligt?

Havde 2 dejlige dage i Kiel :-) Personale er flinke og imødekommende. Værelserne er pæne og rene. Beliggenheden er perfekt. Morgenmad har fint udvalg. De har desværre svært ved at følge med, når der skal fyldes op i morgenmadsbuffeten, den ene morgen var dispenseren med appelsinjuice f.eks. tom i de ca. 30 minutter, hvor vi spiste morgenmad. Alt taget i betragtning, er vi dog glade og tilfredse med opholdet, og kommer helt sikkert igen :-)

Meget dejlige senge 2 x 120 cm enkeltsenge og dejlige puder. P-hus lige udenfor, ligger lige i Centrum, ok bar, der er aircon. Dejligt badeværelse med plads og god bruser, gode mørklægningsgardiner. Der er strygejern og strygebræt på værelset hvis man har brug for det, der er ingen køleskab, og vindue kan ikke åbnes. Vælger dette hotel næste gang jeg havner i Kiel, især pga. sengene/madrasserne.

Værelset var i fin stand/renr, høflig personale og med god udsigt fra 13 sal ud over byen og havnen.
Desværre lå værelset lige ved siden af elevatorerne, så det forstyrrede på værelset, og ikke optimalt når man har et lille barn med som sover tidligt.
God plads til morgenmadbuffeten, men havde forventet meget større og bedre kvalitet af udvalget på et Hilton hotel.
Nemt med parkeringshus med ladere lige overfor hotellet.

Morgenmads buffeten var ringe , der kom først bacon og pølser på om lørdagen og generelt var de længe om at fylde op og når de så skulle fylde op tog de fadene med ud i køkkenet i stedet for at komme ind med nyt der var fyldt op. Mangel på rent service :( Baren løb tør for tonic og cola så ingen GT eller Cuba Libre fra torsdag aften . Når man spurgte ind til hvornår de fik styr på baren sagde de først fik varer på tirsdag ????. Generelt dårligt personale, Rengørings personalet lagde megen beslag på begge elevatorer. Så en dårlig oplevelse.

Frühstück sehr einfach und geringe Auswahl.
Licht im Bad defekt. Wir waren schon öfter wegen einem Spiel vom THW dort, die Lage gleich an der Wunderino Arena ist bestens, nach dem Spiel gibt es an der Bar lange Schlangen und nicht viel Auswahl an Getränken.

Breakfast room was too small and crowded and it was not so well organizised. My room key stop working before 11 even my check out time was 12. I have to go two times in reception to make it work. The staff don't know how to use keycard system.
