I enjoyed my long stay at nhow. It is conveniently located near bus lines and a few short stops away from the St. Pancras International train station. The staff from check-in to check-out were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and always clean. I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water in the room as well as the tea, and the mini fridge. I dined at the restaurant for lunch and the food was pleasant. I also enjoyed the basement gym to workout. I'm looking forward to my next time in London to stay at nhow again.

Room & bathroom exceptionally clean. The only negative point was blocked toilets in the basement loo's. No signs to explain, and they smelled. There was a bad smell in reception area too, not sure if this was the drains or not though. Lovely hotel though, great facilities. We had a premium room upgrade which had a massive bed, so comfy too. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar as we were out enjoying London, but looked a nice space & seemed a good selection.

First off, the hotel is just so cool. Very theatrical and hip. We stayed in a studio and it was amazing. Huge with fun little accents throughout, including a stunning soaking tub with bath salts. But what made our stay truly wonderful was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my partner had an unforgettable birthday. I won't say everything they did because that would put them on the spot for doing it for everyone, but suffice it to say, they deserve 5 stars for effort and execution. What a great, great hotel.

I also had dinner and paid £20 for a tikka dish which only had 2 bits of chicken in it. Aside from that, they were super nice and wanted to fix my issues at checkout.

The sink in the room was blocked from the moment we arrived but because we were only at the hotel for one day I couldn't be bothered to complain until we checked out the following morning. The shower drainage was also very poor. A 5star hotel should not have these issues guys 😮💨

Room was ready for me when I arrived, £50 security deposit was requested. My room was clean, comfy and with funky decor. Massive bed with plenty of pillows. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower, water pressure 7/10. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided. Two large & two small towels, plus towel to stand on. Mini fridge with two free bottles of water. Blackout blinds and functioning aircon = a great sleep.
Access to on site gym which is small but useful. Equipped with various cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and a bench. Free water in the gym fridge too.
Daily room service if required, staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Poor wi-fi. I couldn't connect to wi-fi at first, a friendly chap from maintenance came to help, we got it working by the door of the room, but once I used it further in the room it couldn't connect or kept dropping out.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was an easy 5-10 walk from the tube station. It's actually right between 2 -Angel and Old Street on the Northern Line and both are an easy walk to the hotel.

Great hotel, very trendy, large spacious bathroom, loved the theme. Fairly close to the angel station. Only complaint was that the beds were not comfortable. Too hard which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
