Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.

The Zetter was wonderful! The staff were extremely attentive. The rooms are large for London (sitting area and very large bathroom). The lobby/lounge area was amazing, especially the fireplace. The neighborhood was safe and clean and the Farringdon underground station is a five minute walk. The food at the Zetter is first-rate and there are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location 10 min walk from Farringdon. Its further enhanced by the superb staff whose service is second to none. The breakfast is of a very high quality. Its located 2 min walk from the incredible St John's Priory

The hotel is very eclectic and fun, the room was small but with a four poster bed and the shower was excellent - really powerful. It was a shame that scaffolding was up but the hotel had told us prior to us arriving and there was no noise. Location is good too. The only downside was breakfast. The buffet selection was very poor with nothing being replenished. The cooked order was good but not what we’d actually ordered. We didn’t flag it and just ate what arrived as it had taken a while. So to sum up, a small boutique hotel with funky furnishings in a good location, just breakfast that we felt was below par.

To save money, room cleaning is ‘on demand’. So if you’re staying more than one night make sure you pack your own shower gel and shampoo unless you want to call reception to ask for more every day.

Loved The Townhouse. Our room was cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. The bath was so large and brilliant for a soak after a day’s sightseeing. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast which arrived cold! We were given it for free when we informed the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time here. The space was cute and quirky, the restaurant was cozy and delicious and all of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Its in a quiet location - out of the city center but walkable to the Tate Museum an other interesting things.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets incredibly soft. The suite had an amazing tub for a good soak. And I loved that the suite had a radio in the bathroom and a Sonos system in the living area for rocking out. Large size REN Toiletries was something that made me feel pampered. My only complaint was the street noise. With single pane glass, I could hear every conversation on the street and every tool dropping at a nearby construction site. In fact, I thought the window was open to have heard so much! Hopefully the Townhouse suite can get that window makeover, and I would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, with quirky rooms, and attentive staff. Their crumpets are amazing and the lounge was buzzy with people all day which was nice. My room was a little chilly at first, but staff fixed it promptly. Also the complimentary toiletries are from REN and are super. Highly recommend and will be back!

Gorgeous city centre hotel
I have stayed at the Zetter Townhouse as a business traveller and while on holiday with my husband. It is a great find! Close to the City it is ideally placed for a work trip. Alternatively for a romantic break, it it perfect. Rooms are quirkily decorated, as if you are staying in the home of an eccentric relative, but are comfortable and warm. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
