Small, but perfectly formed - this hotel right by St Pauls is a hidden gem. The rooms, though compact, are stylish and well laid out. The bed is everythign you expect from a Hilton, and the fit/finish are wonderful. We have stayed a few times now and this is our home-from-home in London. The staff make it welcoming, and really care about their guests. And without doubt this is just about the best hotel breakfast we've ever had in London!

The room was superb and the room amenities.The hotel is in a great location.
The only downside was the staff member that served us at check-in; she asked to see some ID which I've never had to do for a domestic booking, and was presumptuous. When I addressed this, the customer service deteriorated and regrettably we weren't asked any common courtesy questions or given any basic explanations about the hotel facilities. Thankfully the Duty Manager stepped in and rectified the situation.

Courteous staff, nice touches, lovely decor - room comfy but a little on the small side and window with no view (with opaque window covering) great location just next to St Paul’s. Bar and coffee shop great. Would recommend for a city bolt hole! Had a gym but didn’t use.

Upon check-In our rooms were available after a long flight. The room is cozy and a little small but they make up for world class service. The dining restaurant is called “Found” and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices (hot or cold). We can order eggs made to order. Our last night we had one cocktail with wonderful service and a variety adult beverage menu.

decor was of a high standard and bed lining was luxurious. Breakfast was fabulous lots of choice and excellent quality, loved the smoothie and breakfast standing fruit and cheese. Especially loved the polish toffee at reception staff are excellent

Many thanks to all the staff at this charming boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived, Natalia at reception greeted us very kindly. Everything has been taken care of, absolutely every detail. The lighting in the room is perfect (you don't need to insert the key card for it to work), the beds and pillows are comfortable, there's a Nespresso machine, and outlets everywhere. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities and is very nicely decorated.
It's a quiet and peaceful hotel; you can't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, so you sleep very well. The cleaning service was also perfect.
There's a lovely little coffee shop at the entrance, but we had a very good breakfast included which its served in the bar at the back, everyone, like Rafael, was very friendly.
The area around is very nice, clean, and safe to walk around at night, with restsurants and bus stops right in front and a train station just a few meters away that goes to Gatwick.
100% recommended; we'll definitely be back soon.

The Hilton Lost Property is the PERFECT location th stay when visiting London. The Property is conveniently located within walking distance to many of the \"must see\" attractions in a safe and secure area of the city. The staff was friendly and and welcoming at all hours of the day and night. When arriving in London from Paris via Eurostar, our taxi driver told us \" You are staying in the best area of London\".

The hotel is in a great location (1 minute walk to St Paul's Cathedral and the London Stock Exchange). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that serves some of the best coffee in London! The rooms are very nice, fairly priced and very quiet!

Great Spot for Solo Business Traveler.

Very tidy, well staffed (not a guarantee these days) and friendly. Excellent bed and the perfect weight of duvet - not too heavy, not too late - and softness of pillows. Every conceivable amenity within a 10 minute walk. Only wish is that the windows of my 4th floor room could be opened for a breeze, but the strong AC easily tackled the London heatwave.

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. We booked a Standard room and couldn’t find any faults at all.

The room was thoughtfully equipped with two complimentary water bottles, slippers, an iron and ironing board, and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom had a standalone shower with quality amenities, which added a nice touch to our stay.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to the warm and professional receptionist who greeted us on arrival. Although we didn’t stay for breakfast, everything else was spot on. The location is unbeatable, just steps from St. Paul’s Cathedral, making it perfect for a city break or business stay. Highly recommended – we’d happily return!

I booked a queen room and luckily was there by myself. I would have been uncomfortable if I had to share this room due to the size.

No breakfast in bed, curt staff, bar closed long before advertised hours, nowhere to hang bath towels, small room for the price even in this area. And unsecured WiFi. We were told a couple of times these were teething problems as the place is new but in that case a new hotel discount should be applied and the limitations explained to customers in advance

Wonderful stay, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are equally well put together. We had a room that overlooked St. Paul's cathedral which was beautiful to see and we didnt hear chimes early in the morning or late at night which was a welcome relief. The hotel is ideally situated from most of Londons attractions. We found going to London Blackfriars station was most convenient as it is both a train station and a tube on the central/district line and gets you to most of the places you want. Would stay again!

Disappointed Stay

Was really looking forward to this stay, however it wasn't all as it seemed. The service was initially great when we checked in, however due to our plans, we had to check in, drop our stuff off and head out for the evening.

When we arrived back to the room, we started to notice some elements of the room weren't 100% clean, such as the sink, shower head, parts of the carpet were dirty and certain things needed fixing. After a busy day, I went to go grab a shower. It was at this point I had noticed the shower head was full of limescale which resulted in it spraying in all different directions apart from down onto me. It was even spraying out, which start to completely drench the bathroom. After 2 mins I gave up, dried off and my partner went down to reception to explain.

There was minimal apology and said he would look to move us to another room, but had to check what was still available. Out came a wad of sticky notes which had numerous room numbers on with issues that needed resolving. He said to go back up stairs and he would visit us to see what he could do.

After about 15-20 mins as it neared midnight. We packed all our things up and moved to another room. This seemed better but still not the greatest as it obviously hadn't been prepared for guests, no coffee pods or tea bags, only one set of towels and even things like the hanging peg on the wall to hang coats on was angled and about to fall off.

I wouldn't unfortunately go back after all of this.
