Quite comfy secure studio across street from Moorgate Station. Tesco Express across from property on side-street which will be needed on check-in as only starter coffee/tea supplied. Basic kitchen supplies (dishes, glasses, cups, silverware) with hob, oven/micro, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, clothes washer, iron, ironing board, laptop safe. Nice stay with easy access to tube, and some restaurants/pubs nearby. Bathtub is slippery and tub mat would be nice addition. Bed was comfortable and on the softer side. Would definitely stay again next trip to London.

Room was very clean, host was extremely responsive and accommodating with the check in / out process. Helped me figure out where to keep a bag during the day. Note this is an apartment building with a remote check in process. You can store a small carry on bag in an automated cabinet on the first floor.

The remote staff were very helpful, but it was disappointing not having the Netflix app installed on the TV, which is fairly standard—especially considering the price charged. Although we were told there was another way to access Netflix, it unfortunately didn’t work, and we didn’t receive any response when we asked for help with this.

The room itself is absolutely fantastic: brand new, modern, and fully equipped. In the evening it can feel a little dark, though, if you prefer brighter lighting.

Unfortunately, my husband experienced very cold water when trying to shower, which wasn’t very pleasant. Additionally, the building seems to shake every time a bus passes by, which kept waking me up during the night.

That said, the location is perfect. Overall, I’d rate the stay 4 stars.

Poorly designed, slightly \"tired\" accommodation in excellent location. Roman blinds didn't work properly, no small glasses for whisky. Full length dress mirror detached from, and simply leaning against, wall. No storage for ironing board. One very cheerful and helpful lady cleaner was only staff member we encountered. Whilst additional bedside light was provided when requested table lamps were lacking.

The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time.

Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. Note that this is in a more business/office district so many shops and businesses tend to be closed on Sunday.

We had few little hiccups with the check-in process and bag drop-off since it is mainly a self-served process and there is no reception person/desk. Easily resolved through a call to customer support, but don’t expect to speak to a person once you get there (at check-in or arriving early).

This property is listed as having an elevator, which it does. However, there were steps AFTER we got off the elevator. One of the reasons we chose this property was the elevator, because we have heavy luggage. Management responded by referring to the elevator, and did not respond when I sent a photo of the stairs

A great location and comfortable room but a lot smaller than was expected. The room was suitable for a short stay but communication was lacking in a number of ways. Following successful checking in we went for dinner and the code would not work on our return. It took over 15 minutes to talk to someone to assist us with getting acces. Additionally, there were no instructions about wifi access readily available - took 2 days to respond to this request for information. Also note that there is no ability to leave luggage if you arrive earlier than 4.00pm check in noting there are no staff you can interface with prior to checking in!

Room was clean but the whole vibe of the property and surrounding area is very sterile. No front desk to talk to, no wiggle room to check in early if room is ready, basic amenities which is fine but the room lacked any charm. I had a large studio, definitely not large and certainly didn't look like the picture, and I was on Floor 1 which meant I heard all of the noise of the traffic on the road. Didn't know how to use half the appliances in the kitchen. The coffee machine leaked all over, no paper towels available to help with the mess. No cleaning during the week was also annoying I thought. And the area around is DEAD after 6pm and on weekends, which was really frustrating for someone new to London. Which way do I walk? Where is safe? Can I get some recommendations for where to get food? With no one to speak to, I didn't care for the experience of staying there.

Had a great stay at the Moorgate. Was slightly nervous about there not being any reception for check in but we got the codes for the property on time. The day after check in the business also whatsapp'd us to make sure everything was okay with the room which was a great touch. Really close to Moorgate station with Liverpool street station only a short walk away. Lots of Cafe's in the immediate area and restaurants on the other side of Liverpool Street station. Room was clean and had all the amenities we could have needed.

The picture does not match reality. There is no reception, and support responds slowly. There was no hot water in the building for at least a few days. We were forced to relocate, which was extremely inconvenient and too far from ideal conditions.

Adorable space! Will absolutely utilize this company again. Everything needed for the small kitchen was provided, a small oven, range and dishwasher!

My only complaint is that we rarely had hot water for showers on our five day trip, no matter the time that we showered.

Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay

Our room was quiet, elegant, comfortable, and relaxing.
The kitchenette was well-equipped, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the bathroom was thoughtfully laid out.
Personally, I would have preferred a microwave to a full oven but there was an electric teapot, hair dryer, iron, and even a washing machine and a dishwasher.
We will definitely return!

Stay was OK . Room was poorly thought out. Too small for a table and chairs. Kept tripping over it squeezing past to get to bed. Not that we used it, but TV was on a wall bur nowhere to sit and watch it.

Bed was very comy and shower was excellent .

Overall good place to sleep, but wouldn't want to spend any time in the room.

I stayed at the Moorgate for 8 nights. I had originally planned to stay here for 4 nights and the rest of 4 nights somewhere else. I ended up extending my stay. Service was great. There was a problem with hot water on my last day, but the staff did everything to resolve the problem. Other than that, I did not have any problems. I booked a superior studio. It was quite spacious. The kitchen appliance was good quality. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. I was told that the Moorgate’s been open for about a year. I hope that the Moorgate can maintain this level of cleanliness and professionalism. I suppose the location is not perfect for travellers but it was fine for me. It is approximately 3 minutes from the Moorgate tube station and approximately 10 minutes walk from the Liverpool tube station.

The apartment has a large living area with a beautifully designed decor. A great bathroom. A modern kitchen with dishwasher and as well as a washing machine which allows for an easy and independent experience, much different to what one usually gets in a standard hotel. A big confertable bed too. Everything seemed to be almost brand new.

The Moorgate reviews were exactly as we expected. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of financial district located at a very busy intersection. You can barely hear noise outside! The rooms were well appointed with the amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, etc) needed for longer stays. The bed was very comfortable and overall good light into the rooms with blackout curtains (mostly covering the windows except the tops letting minimal light in). Would highly recommend it for business or pleasure travel!

Overall this place is perfect for what it is. The only issue we really had is the kitchen had power outages intermittently even when we made sure to keep everything turned off. Besides that, what you see is exactly what you get with a very simple and easy format.

Stayed here from a Saturday to the following Sunday while on work. My wife and 11-month old travelled with me as well and explored London while I worked.

The Moorgate was the perfect place to get to work quickly - walking distance to the financial district - and the perfect place to explore the city of London from. Arriving back \"home\" after a day of work was a great experience into itself. Immediately felt relaxed as soon as I came in from a long day at work - really great ambience from the entrance to the lobby and then into the room. A great home away from home.

The Moorgate staff were very helpful leading up to our stay as well as during. Very responsive to answer questions - we weren't sure if they accommodated children (they do!). They provided us with a sleeping cot - our little one loved it. While we were there - we just asked if they might also have a high chair - we had a travel solution, but it wasn't ideal. They didn't have one, but the next day - they knocked on our door and had bought us one to use. AMAZING service. Way more than we could have asked for and expected. It was so helpful for us to have that to help for feedings. They were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations as well as ordering taxis as well. Just really great service overall.

The place is amazing. All the details - the gold trim, the ambient lighting, the overall design - really just helped make the place feel like a home away from home.

Wonderful & convenient apartment hotel

This apartment hotel was really nice & had great extras, especially in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable & the air worked great! The kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking & even had a dishwasher & washer/dryer for clothing! They even gave you some snacks, coffee, tea, etc. Very nice!
The neighborhood is a bit dead on the weekend, not many food choices for a quick bite, but there are so many tube lines right there, that you can easily pop over to a busier area to eat.

Check in & check out were very easy- I just wish the lobby was less scented, since I am someone who is very sensitive to fragrance. Luckily, it did not come up to the rooms.
