Quick check in. Really professional and efficient service from Abu at Reception.
Room very nice and exactly as requested. Needed sheet and duvet for sofa bed - this was provided within three minutes of request.
Quiet, comfortable beds and good two nights sleep.
Really good price compared with local, similar hotels.
I’d stay again without hesitation.

These staff were very welcoming and warm. The room was lovely, clean and tidy for us arriving.
The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries.
The only down side was the shower location, when it was on the glass only covered half the spray from it. Meaning it soaked the floor around the toilet and the mat.
Other than that, great location and very nice hotel for the price. We'll definitely be back.

Clean and accommodating hotel at some walking distance from Kings Cross. The walk is annoying given the uneven pavement most of the way. Once there, the hotel is ver fine and accommodating. Restaurant / bar isn’t cheap but it’s onsite. There is a restaurant / pub district about 3-4 streets away. Alas, on my recent stay, hot water shut down in AM

Room was good. Not big for 4 people but we didn’t expect much different in London. Air conditioning was pretty ineffective though so the room was super hot. Breakfast was extremely busy, staff worked very hard to keep replacing food and the choices were good. Bar staff very friendly.

Good location, 10-15 minutes walk from king cross. Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful. We had an issue with one of the beds when we got into at night time and they sorted us out but it meant we had to move room at 10.30 at night with two kids.

It’s not as close to King’s Cross as I expected. So that was my mistake. Solid 10minute walk.
Shower was good, I liked the bench seat after a long day, nice to sit in a shower. Are some aging issues like shower head hose flex ripped and cracked, but I used the waterfall shower option. Some flaking plaster above the toilet, but again, just cosmetic.
Reception staff were really helpful, like storing bags, and were quick to resolve issue of just 2 towels for 4 guests.

Nice, clean hotel, about 15 mins walk from Kings Cross. Big issue was the poor air conditioning in the room, the room was too warm and the air con was not blowing any cold air out. This was mainly after we had gone to bed so didn't want to ring down to reception to report as the kids were asleep, however we always try to pay extra and book a hotel with air conditioning so feel the hotel didn't give us value for money.

Standard wear and tear - broken door lock and a very squeaky bed frame. But the room and the property were very clean. Staff was courteous but seemed entirely unprepared for the rush of Easter weekend and we waited in line at least 15 minutes to check in. This is a great location half way between Blackfriars and Kings Cross - just take the bus!

Location great for purpose of trip near King’s cross. Did not like that room doesn’t have safety latch on inside of room. No one at front desk or housekeeping answers phone. Shower drain didn’t work so we had to set up a makeshift device so water can drain. Lotion was empty. All in all room did not appear ready for guests.

Great hotel on the outskirts of London. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but can easily walk to busier parts which takes around 20-30 minutes depending on how quickly you can walk. We walked to the hotel from Kings Cross train station, which took around 15 minutes. Perfect stay for a theatre trip weekend. Would stay again.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We enjoy all kind of food and we have hard time to enjoy food there. We even skipped our paid breakfast and ate outside.

Staff was just okay, not friendly but not rude. The surrounding of the room we stayed was a bit noisy. If you come with little ones, I would not suggest here.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a frosted glass door which was a bit awkward if you needed to use the bathroom during the night. I did appreciate the housekeeping staff. They helped us out after my daughter was vomiting due to a migraine. All in all, it was a good hotel.

The room I stayed in definitely could have used a makeover. The lobby looks gorgeous, however, the room had carpet stains, and the walls were scuff marked and paint missing. For the amount spent at this hotel I dont think the room was worth it. The pillows were also cheap. They felt like plastic and after 30 min of laying down were flat and hard. Not worth the price of the hotel.

Hotel is located close to Kings Cross station. Either a 15 min walk or a 8~10 min bus ride. Easy to get to downtown London via the bus which is a 5 min walk.

The location is in newly developed area of King’s Cross and is very modern. Bar food is average at best and we had to go out to eat better. I ordered a lamb kofta meal (cost 39£ ) on the 3 rd day of our stay and I could not eat this meal, at best it resembled something that was found behind an oven with salad heading south and cold chips, after waiting 25 mins. We have stayed in many Crowne plazas and the bar food here needs significant review towards improvement . We reported our concern twice and no offer of refund. Otherwise the staff here were super friendly and helpful. We won’t be back here again.

Fantastic room, but since we stayed over new year there was a queue for breakfast both days. However, there was enough food when we got a table. Also had to take stairs due to amount of people. It was unfortunate that 1 lift was out of action over such a busy period.

A very easy check in. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and felt fancy for the space. We were staying in the hotel for an occasion and they went the extra mile to make it super special which we really appreciated. It was a shame the family room was two doubles (my children really don't like to share a bed so as adults we had to sleep separately to divide them up) but that's my only constructive feedback. We had the breakfast option, which had lots of selection. On the check out they let the kids keep the keys as a souvenir which they are thrilled with. Thank you for a lovely stay and some lovely birthday memories.

Hotel is ok, rooms are a bit dated and carpets a bit musty. Window wouldnt open so no fresh air. Other than that rooms were ok, staff were pleasant and only a 10 minute walk to the tube. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with about a 20 min queue to be seated. Staff xoped really well and good selection condlsidering how busy it was. Not a bad place just as a base

I loved my room on the 6th floor with direct view of the Post Office Tower. The bed was unbelievably comfortable - such a thick mattress! The room was spotlessly clean. The only weird thing was the hairdryer is fixed into the drawer of the desk which is fine however there was no mirror . The nearest one being at least 6ft away and attached to the wall so I had to style my hair with no mirror. Result - not great!! But otherwise I would definitely stay at Crowne Plaza again. The room was really quiet too.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 older children age 14 and 12 and couldnt fault the cleanliness and room quality for a 2 night stay. Plenty of breakfast choice, central location , good pub opposite. so much choice when looking - 10 min walk to russell square station so would highly recommend for the very reasonable price !!
