Please avoid this place at all cost. The pictures they share online is nothing like the room you will receive in person. The room was really small and the bathroom was literally on the right side of my bed. It felt like I was in prison.

However, Expedia has tried multiple times and the hotel is refusing to give me a refund for the nights that I did not stay in their property. Please avoid this place, they will rip you off. It’s a tourist trap. They will just take your money.

It was a nice stay, the pool wasn’t too welcoming, but we didn’t plan on getting in. The gym is a little dated, people that were working out had a loud speaker full blast at 6am and woke us up 3 of the 6 nights we were there, so walls were not so thick and you can hear neighboring rooms and we were directly above gym so that was the only uncomfortable thing. But it was mainly that people have no consideration or common sense of hotel peace and quiet. We did report to office. So just take that into consideration, noise level might not be good if you plan on staying in hotel room a lot.

The place is weird, filled with sculptures and art, that's not the bad thing, there is a foul smell in the rooms, curtains were broken, so light would come through the window from a 24hr paddle club on the other side of the street, so that was very annoying. i would definitely not be staying at this place again

This hotel has a lot of large, beautiful, art pieces. Our suite was beautifully spacious, the showers were nice, but overall, in bad condition. One of the bathrooms smelled like sewage and the smell would spew into the hallway. The kitchen stove & oven were not usable, also smelled horrible. The microwave worked but sounded like a freight train. The fridge/freezer was useful. Our floor was not accessible by elevator. We had a few flights of stairs without handrails. They offered laundry service, but the clothes came back stiff and didn’t smell clean. They also failed to send out a load and offered to have it ready the day after our departure. I think this hotel would highly benefit from spending on some renovations vs so much cluttered art pieces.

Water would drip from the sink onto the floor, one of the showers would leak out to the bathroom floor. Sheets had a stain and we found dirty boy underwear in the closet.The day of our big event, we got trapped in our room, we couldn't get out, maintenence had to basically undo the whole door and crowbar the door open. 1.5 hours later we got out. This place is affordable but like my kids said \"you get what you pay for\"

Uno de los baños esta a sucio, la cadena de la puerta no sirve, la ventana del cuarto principal no cierra y da a la calle por lo que resulta ruidoso y frío. El segundo día no lavaron los trastes y dejaron tapado uno de los baños. La forma de hacer las camas dificulta mucho abrir las sábanas ya que las meten entre la cabecer y el colchón, hay que hacer mucha fuerza para destenderlas.

We stayed in room 3054. We had booked the studio because my husband was doing a course for a week there the location is great because you’re close to everything within walking distance of many major restaurants ice cream. Pizza, etc. the one thing about the hotel. It’s very different with all the sculptures and paintings, but it could use an upgrade. The floors are coming apart with the laminate. It’s older but unique.

This is a well-known gem in Zapopan with loads of character. It’s like staying in a European gallery, with a very large collection of interesting artwork and sculptures. Our suite was clean and had a kitchen though you have to bring your own utensils. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has its own secure underground garage as well as parking in front. Overall, if you need to stay in this area and want a bargain, it’s a very good option.

This was a very interesting property. Covered with artwork and sculptures. It must be a great amount of work to keep this place dusted and clean. Our room was dated and worn. Really could have been cleaner. There was a kitchen but had no dish soap or tea towels or dish cloths. But for the price I think it was alright. We had a suite. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. We had our chihuahua with us and the area was safe to walk him. Lots of good restaurants to choose from.

Started the 1st day of a 10-day stay. No towels or soap in the bathroom, bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable, they cleaned the room in the early evening until I complained and asked to have do by noon, like normal hotels. Just a bad experience all together. The place is priced right, well located, but the previous comments make it a no go for me.

Do not stay here. It’s gross. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. But aside from that, everything else is terrible. The entire place was dirty. The beds themselves were dirty and had stained sheets. The mattresses are hard, pillows are deflated. Bath towels are all frayed and stained. The lights are wired weird so that when the switch is off it turns off the outlet. Oh! And there are roaches! We took a chance on this place and it was terrible.

I didn't like the broken windows the amount of pest arou d the broke. Windows the easy access from windows to street. Plus the pool was really dirty and not accessible easily. And too crowded from the art gallery. Great pueces but overwhelming to eyesight. The personnel was outstanding though, they have excellent customer service.

Room was clean and furniture was nice. The room was licated a floor level and i would have liked that the bottom of the door was sealed to avoid critters from outside to coming into the room. To be honest this hotel was very bad. They don’t clean right , the tv is so old it’s not a smart tv, the water is cold, they don’t have good customer service , the light went out 4 times, the pool is dirty, a person came into my room by accident one day and wth. Just terrible

La construccion del hotel ya es vieja y no se le da el mNtenimiento adecuado por lo que las llaves y regadera estan oxidadas con sarro, aunque los pasillos tienen mucha decoracion fina (cuadros, estatuas, etc) el lugar es comodo pero el servicio es malo, no te dan jabon y shampoo y agua mas que la noche de entrada, despues te cobran. Unfortunately, I got bad experience by cutting myself an a broken glass table. in my room! I reported it to the front desk plus I got flea bites all over my body, I was trying to charge my phone, looking for an electro plug behind the nightstand I saw descanting bugs. Sorry but I have to be honest. Maybe deep cleaning will help for this issues.

The front desk people was terrible, they need more training to work with customers, they are very rude. The room was dirty,The room have cockroaches, I found 3 big ones, obe in the bathroom , one in the kitchen and one y the dinning room, the kitchen is not equipped at all? That’s is a big lie, there is no a nife, only a mini frypan and a small pot, the noise was constantly annoying us, the wifi is the worse you can have, the personnel do not comply the request for a suite in the first floor for a limited mobility person, (I reserved and paid the suite one month before the stay and write the hotel for the request) I been staying in this hotel for 10 years twice a year for 2 weeks each stay, but Since they change of administration the hotel is lousy and do not worth the money. They raise the stay and now they charge $$$$ for breakfast I wont stay there any more. I will Go to staybridge in plaza del sol.
