Its is close proximity to Kingscross with oots of shops around.
Breakfast was crappy and not value for money moreso it was between 7 and 9am which is awkward.
Wash hand basin was leaking with no fixing.
Hot water was not running hence we could not have our shower.

The room I was given had no TV working which was a pain, however the receptionist was very helpful in trying to get it sorted and when he couldn’t gave me another room with working tv which I did appreciate. I marked down due to having to pay a security deposit despite having paid in full for my room and two days later I’ve still not had this returned which is really not fair

We paid for a deluxe double room. I have absolutely no idea what was deluxe about it. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staircase was so narrow you couldn't carry a suitcase up beside you but had to hold it in front of you instead - not easy! We were in transit and had 4 suitcases but the room was so small

Front door was broken upon arrival. They were opening and closing the doors to check if it was fixed, but kept me waiting outside on a cold day rather than letting me in into the warmth first.
Paid for a premium room which mentioned robes, hairdryer etc but the room had none of these (don’t feel you should have to ask at the desk, if this is the case, when it’s been paid for!)
However they did allow me to store my bags early and the desk staff were nice

It was a great stay for a 2-night period. The place was clean and compact. The staff gave us the essentials. I would recommend it if you need a short stay near King’s Cross station.

My room was right next to reception, I could hear reception speaking on the phone from my room, so that wasn't great. The room doors made a huge noise when they close, so got woken up twice for rooms next door opening and closing their rooms. Bed was comfortable.

The checkin staff was very friendly. The room was small (as expected), but it was clean, cozy, and updated looking. It was a perfect spot for a quick night before an early train. The stairways were very narrow and a little difficult to get our large suitcase up and down but manageable. Would stay again.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, we were on a really short trip and needed to be close to King’s Cross.
The room was small - but we knew that, and it was spotless, comfy bed, nice bathroom. If you’re going to be exploring London and need a base to sleep. This is a great cheap option. We probably spent all of 8 hours in the room.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel and I was not expecting that, however my room was on the underground floor (B level) and I could hear doors closing and opening all night long and people being loud. I thought it was another guest but in the morning I realized the employees break room was besides my room and they were the ones making the noise. I did not sleep at all.

This hotel fitted my needs perfectly. It’s easily walkable from St Pancras International and King’s Cross Underground. The bed was comfortable and room was just the right temperature for sleeping. The en suite was noticeably warmer, which I really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The first impression is not good as you have to be buzzed in “for safety”. I did stand there for about 2-4 minutes before the desk staff buzzed me in. I was a bit worried. However the room was clean and nice! Great eating options around and it was a 5 min walk from Kings Cross Station. Staff were excellent. A serviceable breakfast was served. I would stay here again if lodgings near Kings Cross were required.

Better than expected! We booked here very last minute after train delays/cancellations left is stranded in central London. For a budget hotel this was a great little spot, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, fresh breakfast. We booked the best room available, I'd say it's worth the extra few quid. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I found it convenient to trains but, i woukdny go back there and i think their write up online is somewhat deceiving. They had no AMENITIES, i couldnt even get a cup of tea, abs there absolutely nowhere to sit and be comfortable, if you were waitung for something. I certainly WOULD NOT go back thrre again. And i dont usually use Expedia or Trivago to find hotels. As stated, the write up online was deceiving.

If we had known that the rooms are TINY, the bed takes up almost the entire room, we would have avoided the initial shock. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, the room had all the basics required, it was very clean and the area had lots of good places to eat. The proximity to St. Pancras station and the Eurostar trains to Paris was the reason that this was our choice, it is an easy 5 minute walk.

Easy access to kings cross/at pancreas stations. Room was surprisingly roomy and he bathroom was ample for one. Complimentary water and ear plugs was provided. Air con wasn't too noisy and worked a treat in the city heat.

Some more surface area and a towel rail in the bathroom would have been nice. The PERFECT hotel for staying in London if you want to take advantage of the Underground and enjoy the city. Located a couple blocks from Kings Cross St Pancras, it was so easy to hit the ground running every morning and great to return to at night. Lots of good food options nearby as well.

Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and so helpful, just overall a great experience. Online check-in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quite small, but that was expected for a single room. Still, the room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was again small, but clean. However, the shower was tiny and felt slightly claustrophobic while using it, so keep this in mind. Also, the room was noisy in that you could clearly hear the people in different rooms, which could be disturbing to some. On the other hand, the location of the hotel is truly what you are paying for, as it is a 5-minute walk to King's Cross St Pancras, which is very convenient if you need to catch public transport early in the morning. Another positive is that it is close to food locations such as McDonald's, and it is also a short walk away from Tesco Express. Overall, I think that this is a decent hotel, especially if staying for one or two nights and looking for somewhere close to the train station.

Wish I had read all the reviews before booking. The place has no lift and being that we were traveling via the trains for a week I had a heavy luggage. The floor and phone area was gross with a red syrup substance clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. The noise from the halls and upper rooms kept us up all night...not to mention the curtains are practically on the wall side of the bed that they were hitting me while trying to sleep. Wouldn't stay here in the future. The check-in guy was nice and the pressure in shower was very good. That's it.

The room is small but has all the essentials. However, I booked a Deluxe room and it didn't come with any of the extras I paid for. Breakfast starts at 8am so if you have to catch an early train or have a meeting first thing, you miss the breakfast you paid for. The rooms face a very noisy main road and didn't have any sleep.

Room was very small and in the basement so window had no view. The bathroom was tiny if we were larger people you would struggle to sit on the toilet due to the small space it was in between the shower, the wall and the sink. There was no bin in the room so we couldn’t throw away the food we bought. The breakfast was poor the omelette was dry and flavourless and there wasn’t a lot of choice for the continental options.

Straight to the point: The online check-in was a waste of time. Had to do it all again in person. Friendly receptionist had no idea what the online check-in was for.
Good bits: Fresh look to the rooms, clean bedsheets and towels. Ceiling window with electric blackout blinds was a fun feature. I think other guests can see me in my bed though.
Take note: Limited space between furniture and space in the shower cubicle. Will struggle for plus size people. Opt for a larger room.

I ended up upgrading my room to a deluxe twin because the room I originally booked had a skylight and not a window. But if you like to sleep in a dark quiet room it would probably be a great option! The rooms are clean, well designed and the staff were really helpful, they even took pity on me for my 24 hours of transit and delivered some wine. The property is also in a great location. Will be staying again

I was accused of taking a laundry bag from room after I checked out but in all honesty I have not taken or even seen the laundry bag in the room , I hope that my honesty can be proven and that I will not be charged as I am offended by this accusation , never has a hotel accused this of me and charged me ?!
