No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings.
With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times.
The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place.

First off, when I got there I was charged extra 102 dollars (later refunded by the manage after I question them) next morning. Room? I paid for a deluxe room and I room fells like terrible quality (worse that 1 start motel in Las Vegas for comparsion). Breakfast provided is good, can complain about it. Hotel extremely outdated. Room was nasty, shower door looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Restaurant is terrible, service sucks. Breakfast food was like it was the same food from prior days. The cheese bread surely was expired, tasted old/past due. Nightstands had no handles, just the screw sticking out. Had to reactivate room key 2x. Hallways smell, outdoor pool..NASTY. Do not get fooled by the pictures online. It looks NOTHING like it. One of the elevators was broken..I can go on and on...Stay away! You've been warned.

Overall experience was very positive. However, management was completely inflexible in negotiating a last minute situation (partial refund or anything else). Also, lots of construction happening in the facility and around. Sauna needs to be booked in advance and privately for no reason (it can accommodate 10 people or more).

Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!

This is a nice hotel but its showing it's age. However it has excellent views and is located in the rich neighborhood in Manaus. The pool also has amazing views. The elevators take forever and one elevator is down, you could wait 5 minutes for an elevator if its busy. Overall its a good place to stay for a couple days.

The hotel is located in a safe area, and we enjoyed the view from our room. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The glass in the shower was noticeably dirty, and the bedroom had a worn and outdated appearance. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, it could be a much better experience.

Incredible pool - not much else.

The infinity pool by the river is incredible. The bar is good, food is average. The rooms are dated and unclean, and you could not leave the air con on, so the room was stifling every time you walked in. The corridors were dark and dank, and smelt musty. Good location but needs improvement.

The location is a positive, but you are isolated with only the hotel restaurant for food. The menu is varied but the dining room is like a diner with paper napkins and everything in packets, including silverware. The infinity pool is well situated but is in disrepair as is most of the hotel. The weather and humidity take a toll on the property but there is a lax attitude towards repair. This is better than staying in downtown Manaus, but it is definitely not a high end hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable but the smell of mildew and the wheezing A/C were a downer. This property has so much promise if even a little effort was put into it. Front desk staff was pleasant, but be prepared to pay upfront for everything. Room service was expensive and took over 1.5 hours and 2 phone calls to get after a 12 hour excursion day. Dinner arrived at 10pm.

The staff was friendly and spoke English which was helpful. The location is nice, right on the river. It is 15-30 minute drive, depending on traffic, to get downtown to see the cultural attractions. There is a restaurant inside but no others within walking distance. We were able to walk to Ponte Negra where they had street vendors. A was a good hotel, but if we did it again, we would stay downtown for more restaurant options and culture.

The only things this property had going for it was the proximity to the river and nice patio/pool area. Otherwise it was LONG overdue for renovations and was not kept very clean. The free breakfast was average at best. The best part was not having hot water in our shower. Telling them about this resulted in nothing being done too. A cold shower is a great way to start the day! I would NOT recommend this place unless the location is the only thing that mattere to you.

The free beverage was only a juice. The free beverage should have been an alcoholic drink like most other places. The hotel is a little run down. It needs some work and upgrading. Especially the air conditioning units. They also need to get new pillows and redo the showers.

Hotel has good spacious rooms with a great view, comfortable with good food. Close to the airport and very well located in Ponta Negra beach for who is also looking for a pleasat stay. Not so close to the Industrial district but very easy to get a ride with car apps in the city, so compensates.

The beds were soft, the pool view was wonderful. The staff and Tour guides were great. They had two spa services on the ground floor which were both incredible and a tour guide company to facilitate tours. Our family did two private tours with an English-speaking tour guide.

Everything is good. Just one thing is not happy: we bought the breakfast when we booked the hotel. Since it was a little early in the morning when we left the hotel and the hotel’s breakfast was not open yet, we told the the receptionist to prepare our breakfast ready to carry on the day before Leave, and they was agreed and made a note to kitchen. However, the morning when we left, they did not provide anything and even said nothing to us. The service still has problem.

It's out off the way, and has access to the nigro beach .it seems not all the rooms have the same standards,just little things but someone couldn't get a hairdryer but i had one in my room. Great breakfast selection

O hotel está muito mal cuidado. Quartos estragados, serviço MUITO RUIM (um petit gateau demorou 45 min para ficar pronto depois da refeição; qualquer pedido no serviço de quarto precisa ligar 2-3x para eles finalmente te atenderem. Já estive por lá alguns anos atrás e fiquei impressionado com a queda da qualidade do lugar.

Quarto em otimas condicoes, apesar do ar condicionado vazar agua, e ter acordado com uma poça no quarto. Cama e vista perfeitas.
Cafe da manha tem muita variedade, mas nao com uma qualidade q esperaria pra um hotel 4estrelas.
