The room is spacious, clean and the bathroom is a nice size with a decent shower. The bedding was clean. There is no kettle with cups to make tea or coffee. Not sure this place qualifies as a four star hotel

My room was enormous as hotel rooms go. The hotel is rather small and intimate. It's located in a nice section of town across from the old Opera House which is worth touring. There is considerable night life in the neighborhood with many small bars, cafe's and restaurants nearby. I would have no qualms about returning whatsoever.

The property is in good location and in less than 20 minutes you can go to centro by UBER. The breakfast is good. There is also a convieiet store at the gas station beside the hotel. The only issue that the drinking water at breakfast is not tasting very good. No free water bottle provided at room.

We stayed in two hotel in Manaus—both in similar location and similar price. Blue Tree was a much better option—rooms are cleaner, food is better, and it’s closer to shopping mall and good restaurants. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Internet is good.

The first room I was checked in to already was occupied. I opened the door to find someone sleeping in the bed.

There was no wakeup call!

I used this hotel just for my connecting flight the following morning(7:40 am). Due to jet lag, I could go to bed at 3am. Even though, I asked the front desk to make a wakeup calls both at 5am and 5:30am, but they did not. I missed the flight. I even wouldn't think about this devastating hotel.

Overall, my stay was very good. Breakfast was amazing. They had different local fruits to sample every morning and that was a really nice touch. The hotel was clean and located in a convenient area-- a 10 minute walk from a supermarket and the mall. There are also some restaurants nearby.
There was construction going on at the hotel during my stay. This was mainly inconvenient because the pool was partially obstructed by some cables for the entire time that I was there and was completely shut down for at least 1-2 days.

We stayed on our way back from Rio as had return flight from Manaus. Came to Manaus to visit amazon. Excellent hotel. Only draw back is that Teatro Amazonas & Market(vegetable, fish,meat) is not wlking distance.

If you are going there for work, please pick another one. Pretty much everything is terrible at this hotel. The bedroom smells bad, the bed is terrible, there is loud music, every single day, from the gas station beside the hotel, which seems to in inside the room and you cannot sleep well.
I will never be back to this hotel. The worst ever! Not only in Manaus. The worst ever!!!

This is an \"OK\" hotel in Manaus. Was there on a business trip and found the bed and pillows to be extremely uncomfortable. There are only 2 elevators for an 18 floor building and they were always busy (particularly terrible when 1 was out of service). The in-room a/c worked well but they don't air condition the halls or elevators so it can be oppressively hot. The upper level rooms had amazing views and big windows. Breakfast was pretty good (fresh fruit, eggs to order etc.). Meeting rooms were fine- nothing special.

Good hotel in Manaus

This was my second time to stay this hotel. Clean hotel room in safe area. This hotel is good enough for business travelers. There are 2 downside for me. 1 - My room was in 4th floor and facing gas station. I could hear people's voice and noise from cars and motorcycles at late night. 2 - These are many small bugs in the sink first in the morning. I saw it when I stayed last time also. After I started to use the tap water, bugs disappeared. They run away and know where to hide. I need to have video recorder in order to let hotel staff know.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in Manaus. This is not a laxuary hotel but has everything to stay for business. There are some restaurants in walking distance Highly recommend to business travelers.

Great location

It was great experience to stay at Blue tree Manaus. Close to many restaurants and you can go to the best shopping mall in Manaus on foot. Breakfast is good. This is not a laxuary hotel but good enough for business travelers.

Arrived 11pm from airport. No staff available to help with our many bags. Elevators too small and slow. Room was clean and spacious but curtains thin - letting in morning light. Breakfast very poor. Stale coffee, poor quality fruit.

good hotel but no hot water

We stayed at this hotel on our way to and from a jungle trip. The only issue we had was there was NO hot water. On the first night e stayed on the 18th floor and was told it takes a long time for the hot wter to get up from the basement. On arrival tye second time I asked to ave a room that ad hit water and go the 7th floor. After running the hot water tap for 20 minutes and still no hother water I gave up.

Short stay in transit. The hotel was surrounded by fans of a music star staying there. The hotel was more than twice as far from the airport as advertised. Clean and good service but the people in the next room were noisy drunks who left their door open and played loud music.

Hotel is in a good location, with many options to dine and shop. Easy access to all industrial zones. However if you are expecting to work be aware that Internet connection is extremely slow, impossible to work.

Conveniently located and good value

This hotel was suggested by my girlfriend who lives in Manaus and it is located in a nice neighborhood. I felt safe to walk around the area to go to a store or pharmacy nearby. Manauara mall is less than a mile away and excellent restaurants are nearby in this neighborhood like Churrascaria Bufalo - a very nice all you can eat rodizzio upscale bbq place and Taboo night club is also near by. The hotel itself is clean, ask for a room in a high floor so you have a view of the city skyline. The staff is friendly and take care of your needs promptly. The only issue is that not everyone speaks English, but noticed that's how it is in general. The room includes breakfast buffet and is fine, at least better than what is offered by 3 star hotels in the usa. However, when we ordered room service at night we had a terrible salad that we had to return and complaint. Finally, remember Brazil uses 220Watts electrical outlets, bring an adapter as the hotel has a limited number available or just go to the computer store in the strip mall by the gas station next to the hotel, you can get one for about 2 US dollars, buy a few for your pc and phone.

By the way Manaus is a very modern city and unexpectedly metropolitan and trending. Enjoy this good value hotel.

I stayed here for two separate nights before and after a jungle adventure. I chose it because it was close to the airport and had decent reviews. Upon arrival I had to wait for the receptionist to finish eating then was told to wait whilst he found out where I was. They even wanted to charge me R$10 to charge my phone in the reception area as my room wasn't ready! Room was clean and comfortable but if you want to be treated with some respect you'd be better off waiting at the airport for 6 hours then staying here.

had a great time at the Blue Tree, they had not received my booking from hotels,com yet but wasn't a problem, and got us our room right away. we only stayed for one day, but the room was great and had delicious food for room service. Didn't take long after we called our food was at our room. loved the Hotel, only down side is if your looking for a great pool, not going to be here. its nicely located on the roof and gives a great view, but is extremely small. nicely located within walking distance of Manuara mall, and hands down I take this hotel over the Caesar Business hotel any day.

the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. By taxi, the hotel is only 10 min. away from the city center. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends. We hat the opportunity to extend our stay by a \"very late check out (midnight)\" for 30% of the daily rate - that is not typical in hotels - we were delighted. The reception was friendly, but not very comptend when it came to services outside the hotel - such as giving direction on where to find what.

O quarto é amplo, o café da manhã é sempre o mesmo, sem muita novidade para quem ficou 7 dias hospedada.
E a academia está carecendo de uma reforma urgente. Os Aparelhos já estão ultrapassados e o pior, mesmo lá estando por 7 dias, o ar condicionado não foi consertado. E não vi qualquer movimento para conserta-lo.

O atendimento é nota 1000, o café da manhã também, porém tenho 2 observações a fazer: Os azulejos da borda da piscina estavam demasiadamente sujos, e o ar condicionado do quarto ficava pingando água para dentro do quarto sempre que ele era desligado.
Fora essas 2 observações, tudo ocorreu perfeitamente, todos os funcionários são muito solícitos, só tenho elogios.

Hotel atende de forma geral. Tive um problema com ar condicionado que foi relatado no dia seguinte. Quando retornei foi dito estar resolvido, mas estava agora sem funcionar.. O pior foi chegar cansada do dia e encontrar o problema não resolvido. Felizmente a equipe disponibilizou outro quarto que apesar de não refrigerar muito estava possível de passar a noite. No mais destaco a gentileza da equipe, localização e limpeza.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas a região é um pouco barulhenta. O staff da recepção é bem simpatico e atencioso. Mas, precisei de um travesseiro extra para o joelho operado do meu marido e precisei pedir 3 vezes, e so recebi quase 2 horas depois, depois de muito insistir.
O cafe da manha é OK. Nem ruim, nem espetacular. O apartamento é confortavel, mas necessita de algumas melhorias.
Nao tenho certeza retornaria ao hotel!

Vamos lá. Estávamos bem apreensivos ao reservar esse hotel, devido as más avaliações. Não entendemos, pois o hotel é muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, quarto massa, chuveiro com vazão muito boa, cama confortável, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade. Café da manhã maravilhosooooo. Estacionamento, cobrado a parte, mas coberto e com muitas vagas. A localização é muito boa. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar no Blue tree.
