This is actually a motel. It's not stated in the listing. This motel is not suitable for families or married couples. We didn't stay over night because we didn't like the vibe of it during the day, when we checked in, nor at night.
The room was clean but the property looked worn out from the outside. Would not recommend unless you really have to.

This was our send time staying here and while the room was nice, close to parking the room had a musty smell. The bathroom was cramped very small especially for us with mobility issues. No grab bars in the tub area. Staff was however very helpful. We needed an iron and board and they provided one. They provide microwave and fridge but no coffee pot? Otherwise it was a good stay.

The exterior setting of this hotel is truly unique and full of charm. The corridors feature spacious arches, along which lush green vines and small white flowers climb and twine. The courtyard is planted with numerous roses—though, regrettably, by the time I checked in, their blooming season was nearly over—while a large cluster of jasmine flowers continued to fill the air with their fragrance. The rose garden is furnished with tables, chairs, and a barbecue grill; separated from the garden by a low wall lies a swimming pool. If visiting with friends, it would surely be a delightful experience to spend the evening grilling, enjoying drinks and conversation, and soaking in the pool while gazing up at the stars. The couple who manage the hotel appear to be from India. The husband seems to have a somewhat serious demeanor; I noticed some online reviews mentioning that his service attitude was poor, but I suspect this may simply be a case where language barriers hindered effective communication. Personally, I felt they were running the hotel with great dedication and care. However, the refund process for the security deposit was indeed a bit slow; two days have passed, and the $100 deposit I paid has yet to be credited back to my account. I hope they can make some improvements in this regard.

This was our second stay at the property. This time we stayed in the caveroom. The room was ok, the tv wouldn't stream. Maybe due to the holiday there were just too many people on the WIFI but it was a bummer. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. We will be staying again.

The refrigerator had ice buildup and the bathroom sink faucet skirted water everywhere causing a leak under the sink. The caulking around the jacuzzi was coming loose and the jacuzzi takes a long time to fill and it is not hot enough. There is a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Carpeting would be nice as tile floor is too cold and slippery. We reported the water leak and ice buildup up in the fridge but it did not get fixed. I made the reservation via hotel.com and when I checked in I was told there would be an additional $15 charge because I used the wrong coupon but I did not use a coupon. Bed was comfy .

I stumbled across this hotel when planning a road trip. The themed rooms seemed funny and kitschy. My husband loved the idea of them, so I booked it. We stayed in the jungle room. It was very dark and a bit dingy. The light switches were hard to find with some having no apparent purpose. The stone floor felt dirty at all times. My husband was very interested in bathing in the large tub. However, the jets did not work and appeared unclean. Jet baths like this need deep cleaning and can be difficult to do. They don’t seem to be doing that here. The property is cleanish. There are mismatched tables and chairs around the pool that aren’t cleaned regularly. Table bases without tops are scattered around. The hot tub was only lukewarm. WiFi service was terrible. Because we work when we travel, this was a big negative.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The shower and linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. We wanted to like this hotel, but it fell short. The biggest disappointment was the cost. You have certain expectations at this price point and they did not meet them. Not worth to cost.

When we first got to our room we realized we were missing the large towels, which was easily resolved. The spa was barely a bit warmer than the pool. The coffee in the lobby wasn't started until 7am and was overly strong and the cups were small. I got the impression that the staff at the front desk really didn't want to chat with me. Overall the stay was okay. I wouldn't stay there again. We had a king size room next to the laundry room. I was surprised that we hardly heard any noise from the laundry room. We loved the garden.

THE CAVE ROOM: Staff member who checked us in was not welcoming but could have been a cultural difference. Put us in a room that I didn't not request so I was already a bit disappointed. We walked over to our room and noticed so much trash, and furniture that looked piled up for a long time, the pool was dirty and looked like no one has been it in a long while. When entering the room we noticed that there were no towels. The man at the front desk told us that they would bring them in an hour because they were in the dyer. When they finally came they were stained. The hot tub in the room sprayed up and covered our floor with water. We had limited towels, and trying to dry the floor we discovered how dirty the floor was. The sheets on the bed were for a standard bed - not a round bed so they did not fit and came up as soon as we sat on it. The restroom door was falling apart and wasn't even made of wood or particle board it was light like foam. so strange. electrical panel and a light were exposed which made us nervous with all the water around. It was awful. We left as soon as the sun came up at around 5am, no one was at the front desk. The photos look cool - but must be so old because it was NOTHING like we expected.

The photos were deceiving! We had requested the cave room and ended up in the jungle room. The plants were extremely dusty! It was very dark and light fixtures didn’t work! We requested an early check in and we ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes to have the room cleaned. WiFi was spotty which made it difficult to do any work ended up using my hotspot.
As much as I would like to recommend for the experience. I wouldn’t recommend for the price. Will not recommend at all.

This was my 3rd time here and I won't be back again. First time was fine, and even economical. I enjoyed seeing a movie at the theater right next door.
2nd time started off OK. Bed and room were good, but then I filling the Jacuzzi bathtub and went out to my car to grab some different shoes. Came back to the room and my key card didn't work. Having running water going, I quickly went to the front desk (roughly 9am) and NO ONE WAS THERE!
I frantically rang the bell and shouted out, but nothing. Alas, about 7 minutes later the front desk manager dude casually walked in and I went off about the situation, and trying to impress upon him that I immediately needed in the room so the water wouldn't overflow. He got me a new key and I was back in time to prevent a disaster. HOWEVER, the Jacuzzi jets wouldn't turn on and I had to bother him again to get it working. Also, the more than adequate TV didn't turn on, which was irritating. When I went to check out, the dude had a bit of an attitude. I left with a bad feeling and contemplated cancelling my reservation exactly a week later (which was this past Friday/Sat. He remembered me and apparently gave me and my 2 friends the absolute worst room they have. Both beds were not very comfortable, the shower didn't have much pressure or get very hot, and the fridge/freezer had a broken part. Way too expensive for that situation to occur. To add insult to injury - the $100 \"temporary deposit\" ended up becoming an actual charge that I now

It’s good. We’re interested in the hotel because of the view and the hot pool. But our room has no view at all, just facing the parking lot. The hot pool on Sunday morning not hot at all. Take a long time to wait to warm up the pool. But still not hot but just warm like water. Otherwise everything good but not exceptional.

I have slept on more comfortable beds at hotels, but it wasn't awful by any means. The pillows could use a much-needed quality upgrade. The room has a mini fridge, which is an important addition.

This is a budget motel with dated motif. Our room was clean, but it was evident that supplies (linens, furniture, pool furniture) had been in use for many years. Staff was highly responsive and most friendly in responding to requests. Location is safe and proximal to stores, fast food and basic services.

Underneath the bed was another guest's pair of used socks. The wallpaper was peeling and showed signs of mold beneath it. But the hot tub worked very well and was clean!

However, we requested the Jungle room, called a week prior to confirm, and then showed up and was told it was not available.

The room was very clean. I stayed in the cave room and I loved the hot tub jacuzzi with jets. I watched movies while relaxing in the tub. The grounds and rooms are a bit outdated but I had so much fun. It felt campy and a little like an older disneyland ride. It was perfect for a getaway or getogether with a few friends as long as you dont break anything... lets be respectful and keep this place well preserved. The staff person , Mike, was so nice and welcoming. We had no issues during our stay except for slow internet . I brought my streaming box so I used my cell phone as a hot spot and watched movies that way. I would give 5 stars if they got nicer newer bedding and chairs and fixed the towel holder in the bathroom and had faster internet BUT it was clean and very fun and unique in a great location near many restaurants and vintage shops and the national park. I will go back again and see the jungle room. I did not check out the outdoor pool because the weather was chilly.

We found this hotel and gave it a chance since the themed rooms looked quirky (looking past their old, dingy appearance). Despite calling and confirming a specific room with the owner, when we got there he stated the room was unavailable. He became very defensive and denied any possibility that he noted the wrong room, adamant that I had made the mistake and definitely had requested another room (I am Persian and it was the Persian room lol). He then cancelled our stay and told me I will have to call Expedia to get the refund.

The hotel itself did not look clean and we were treated very poorly. I do not recommend staying here.

The coolest hotel room I've ever stayed in! The themed rooms are amazing. We stayed in the cave suite, and wow! It was like being on a Jim Henson set. And the big jetted tub was the icing on the cake. Everything was clean and well stocked with towels and other toiletries. The staff was friendly and the check in and check out process were quick and painless. And my deposit was promptly refunded with no hassle. Will definitely be staying there again, we can't wait to check out the other themed rooms. Thank you America's Best Value Inn for an awesome stay.

The rooms smelled so strongly of chlorine, it made me dizzy and sick to my stomach. I tried multiple. The hot tub was so filthy and disgusting. The floor was so stained and dirty and half the towels were damp and the other half were crusty and dusty. I sat outside in the night to get some fresh air and woke up at 6 am to get out of there as soon as possible.

The trip as good and the first room we erected in was clean. On the 2nd night I had gotten the jacuzzi suite and there were 3 large dead cockroaches. Me and my boyfriend were given the suite next door which was cleaner. I was still very grossed out about the suite we were originally given.
