given a dirty room, new room was clean but toilet broke on the 3rd use. we were already unpacked and late very disappointed. laundry room door looked broken in door didn't lock. breakfast bagels, or and coffee good. omelets tasted a bit off.

Just a place to stay for the night. Nice and quiet on the third floor. No complaints except I wanted a cup of coffee for my morning drive and it was all gone. So I got the decaf and it was cold. Oh well. Everything else was great.

The room layout was excellent. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the bathroom not working correctly, the ice machine in the building we were in was disconnected and the elevator was down causing us to have to cart 5peoples bags down the stairs. I don’t think we will stay there again

Room was nice and clean and spacious. Sheets were clean, pillows were clean, towels, etc. Befs are medium firm, pillows too, I had a comfortable sleep. Loved the little detail with my name on the TV screen when we walked in. It’s just the little things. I’m not sure why other reviews are bashing, particularly the customer service, but I had a great experience. Seemed that the other guests I chatted with did too. Correct, no ice bucket nor cups, but also I had my own water and snacks. I’m sure if I had requested they’d make available for me. Peaceful stay. It’s a perfect lil spot, I frequent Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree and this is great. I’ll be back.

Good Location and clean space. We got there 2 hours before check in and they charged us $30 extra dollars to check in even though the place was empty and had few cars in the lot. There was no note of that pricing when I booked and find it odd as I have NEVER had a Hilton charge if there was a room available. The staff was not the nicest and we had to wait at the reception for a while before we were helped. The front dest was just empty and when I finally said \"hello??\" a rude voice replied \"Give us a minute.\" So the staff was not great. The rooms did not have cups or ice buckets, so that was annoying. It was very clean and looked new. It is a good location for where we wanted to visit.

The air conditioning and mini refrigerator are very noisy, especially in the rooms on the first floor. I was assigned a room on the first floor, and I couldn’t even take a nap because of the noise. My 3-year-old even got scared when the main AC unit turned on, because the whole room was shaking a bit. We got changed to a room on the third floor, but the refrigerator in this room was noisy too. One star for parking, one star for the front desk for changing our room, and one star for the location.

Expedia lists the room as having an indoor pool which it does not. It also says in-room microwave, which did not exist either. Everything was new and clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

What I don’t like is places that except pets and the pet owners don’t take care of their pets? Someone left their dog in their room and left the premises. The dog whined the whole time their owner was gone. Ridiculous!

This property used to be old apartments which is great because it had a tub, most newer hotel do not have tubs. Rooms where spacious and clean. I stayed in 2nd building which was off the main street. I liked that. It was easy trip up the road to Pappy's & Harriets. I slept well in this place. It has a microwave and refrigerator. I would have given it a 5 star if property was newer.

process even though the lobby was full of travelers when I got there. The rooms are lovely, clean, new feeling and I slept well. All you can ask for. Great experience, best low key spot in Yucca Valley. Plenty of parking, nice staff, and AC blew consistent and cool all evening.

The room was huge & had an echo when talking. TV was 4k, large screen. Air Conditioning was hard to use. No coffee maker in the room. No microwave other than one downstairs in breakfast area. Had to ask for ice bucket to use in the room. Pet area was very small & not kept well. Went down for breakfast at 6:30 am. Regular coffee was not ready. Only had cereal & yogurt available to eat. Suppose to have everything ready by 6am. Believe they may have been understaffed. Just didn't have the feeling that we were welcomed

Clean basic hotel. If you’re looking for a place to crash for a short while, this hotel would cut it. However, and I’m afraid the reviews were right about the noise. The walls of this place are SO THIN, you can literally hear everything. I had earplugs, but even with them on I couldn’t sleep at all.

This is the second year I stayed at Spark by Hilton. I will say it was a great landing pad for my during my visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The rooms are very nice and it was easy to relax after days of hiking. It is super convenient to have the complimentary continental breakfast. Overall, I had a great time and will be back again next year!

There was parking, but the spaces were very tight. The staff seemed pretty bored, one of the front desk workers was on her phone the whole time and never acknowledged my existence. The room was ok, but pretty bare and not very cozy. The bed was ok, but the chairs were very uncomfortable. The noise level was also pretty awful. We had to run the fan all night just to drown out footsteps, doors slamming, and other noise from the surrounding rooms. There were big puddles of water on the stairs. The breakfast was very limited, with some bagels and fruit, but that was about it. Definitely not what I expected from a $200/night Hilton-run hotel.

3 room suite. We arrived closer to 4:00pm and according to the front desk staff the room was not ready yet due to the previous guests leaving their luggage. My bf requested a discount and I didn't want to cause issues so I suggested a late check out for the next day.

The front desk staff said she would speak to the owner. The owner called himself the \"manager\" and he agreed he would give me until 2pm check out the next day which I thought was fair. I requested a print out of the 2:00pm check out in which he agreed. We went to get food and even had our luggage held in their room while our suite was \"not ready\" which had printers set up next to the check in area.

By 615pm suite is still not ready the manager offered us refreshments and drinks while we wait. I confirm that we can check out the following day at 2:00pm like he said earlier and he checks again that supposedly I'm not a diamond or gold member which I never said was (I don't even know why he had the idea that I was) and the best he can do is 12:00pm.

REALLY!! This is when I go off on him and he brings up me booking through a 3rd party. He was the one late on having my suite ready! And to the owner Alex**No WONDER YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED. The staff seem to hate their jobs and you have the nerve to raise your voice and be disrespectful TO guests and your employees! It literally blows my mind how disrespectful and uncomfortable I felt.**NEVER again will I book here. I will book closer to JT or pay for a nicer hotel.

The room was in good and clean condition. Although there was a \"kitchenette\" - a small microwave and a \" cooking\" unit that did not work - no plates, cups or utensils of any kind were available. Hotel and room were very clean, and it had a really cool shower. Desk staff were indifferent, wouldn't smile or say hello when we came in or Thank you when we left. No microwave or coffee pot. Not even plastic cups; I had to go to the lobby to get a paper cup so I could drink water. No ice bucket. Used to be a Best Western, and I stayed there 2x. But I won't go there again.

Some of this may not be the Hotels fault. There were no cups or silverware, Bowles etc. in the Kitchen. Stop putting Kids on the second floor. Maybe no insulation or something to deaden the sounds from the room above. Families with kids belong on the first floor.
