The front desk clerk was not helpful in regards to suggestions for arranging transportation to the airport in the morning. The moulding around the door to the room was broken & part was missing, unpainted drywall patch on walls, fabric on chairs was dirty and threadbare, multiple layers of fitted sheets on bed. Door locks were questionable. When checking out at 4:20 am that door key was to be left in room as there was no front desk coverage or a key drop. Would not like to ever stay there again!

Property had nice little green space with picnic bench. Easy access to all restaurants. The only not so great was old fashion keys to first enter the stair gate and second key to the room with only one set provided.

The drug addicts lounging in the parking lot in the morning as I left were disturbing and one man approached me asking questions and seemed to be trying to recruit me for something (pimp? Dealer?), it was disturbing and I didn’t feel safe. I left immediately.

The door handle was falling off, there were stains in the coffee cup, coffee wasnt replenished on our three day stay, the mirror was dirty, there was no laundry bag provided or lotion or shower cap, no hair dryer, two of the light bulbs were missing from the bathroom vanity, one of the lightbulbs was dead, they didnt vacuum between nights, the bed sheets were ripped, there was garbage in the dresser drawer and under the bathroom sink from previous occupants. The pictures were hanging crooked, the phone was sticky. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and efficient.

As we only needed to stay a few hours to sleep before a very early flight it was ok but I wouldn't want to spend any longer there. The room were clean for the most part, but some parts were very run down. They had fresh paint, but broken floor tiles and toilets that did not flush properly. It looks like they are trying to update the place. Staff was pleasant if lacking a little in training.

The property was old and decrept. They had a truck parked under the entry porch blocking it's use. Only half of the eight lightbulbs in the room worked. The was no microwave in the room. One electric plugin did not work, and the one in the bathroom only worked if the light and fan in there was turned on. The stairs were very steep, there was not a proper landing space at the bottom, only about a foot to the door. Could not park my car where I could see it from the room. The Website sad they only had 3 rooms left, but I only saw one other guest or guest car there in the 2 days I was there. The website lied. The picture of the picnic table looks like from a park someplace -- I never say that there. The price advertised $54 a night, the charge was way more than that. I would NOT recommend this property. I must say, the registration girl did speak good Engilish and was some accommodating.

Room filthy. Towel rack pulled out of wall when trying to get the towel. Door did not lock it had been kicked in . Tv did not work. Refused to stay in room . showed another room but wanted to charge us $20more because we had a pet. Was some what better but still not acceptable . we will never book through this site again.

The front office is closed between 12-3. You can’t check in earlier or even talk to someone unless you call.
Tried to check out and again the front office was closed. I needed to drop off the keys. No mail slot. I had to go back to the room and leave them there. Then phone them to tell them where they were. The room phone was broken.

No trees at the front, this the picture from the back showing some other place's trees. Extremely dirty and dingy place. WIFI doesn't work but staff keeps insisting it will work if you login in their (dirty) lobby, then somehow it will keep working even if you go to your room. Ridiculous.
Dirty smelly building. Never stay there, your will regret it, like we are. We were fooled by the picture. It looks in the picture like it is somewhere in the country in the middle of a green space. Front and back there are dimly lit parking lots.

Nice hotel close to fast food and gasoline station

You get exactly what you pay for. Since it's on the cheaper side (compared to the other hotels in the area), the hotel and the room looks a bit older. Room had TV, fridge, microwave, aircon and a sofa. Wi-Fi was really disappointing because even though they restarted their system after I talked to the front desk staff, we still had trouble connecting and it was super slow.

Very Poor Value for $153.00 for a 2 person room

When we arrived at 1 pm we were told that we can not check in until 3 pm. When I completed the check -in process and requested a copy of the statement I was told by the clerk at the counter that they give it to you upon check out. when I checked out in the morning the clerk at the counter stated that they do not give customers a copy of the bill that a copy would be emailed to me by Hotels.com

Building is obviously old and could be updated. The room was clean however blanket on one of the beds was badly stained and perhaps shouldn’t be used.

The room served its purpose for an overnight stay but if I was going to stay in Kelowna for a longer visit I would stay somewhere else.

There was a strong bad smell and the door wasn't often with key but oftened by force withfully. My wife stayed at car instead of the room.

When I got to the lobby there was a sign that said \"Be back in 5 minutes\". I waited almost 10 minutes then phoned the hotel. When the person came to the desk, no apology was given. I booked in advance and requested no stairs because of wheelchair. There are stairs to every room. No apology. I cancelled room and refused to pay.

Bathroom was grubby with marks and water stains on the door. Couldn't get the TV to work and no instructions or wi-fi passwords was provided. just enough sugar/creamer in the room for ONE coffee - just as well since this double room had only one cup. Complimentary coffee in foyer, as advertised was non-exsistant, though the equipment was there. The room door didn't lock. All double rooms are on the second floor, which caused difficulties for my 80 yr old mother.

Not \"smoke free\" as advertised.

We specifically needed a smoke free hotel because of allergies. There was an odd smell in our room like they tried to cover up smoke with too much Carpet Fresh. At 2:30 am someone set off the fire alarm and it continued to go off for over an hour with no sign of firefighters or staff to say it was a false alarm or that it was even all clear. When the alarm first went off I went into the hallway and it was like walking into an ash tray with the smell of cigarette smoke. It gave me an immediate migraine. Seems that they are not very good at monitoring their facility or enforcing their own rules. We refused to stay another night.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The overall cleanliness was not good. The carpet was really dirty and I had spilled water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up with one of the white facecloths it was filthy so I can just imagine how dirty the cloth would have been if I had wiped the whole bathroom floor with it.. The lady at the front desk was most accommodating when she realized I would have trouble with stairs and put me on the ground floor and I was greatly appreciative.

Stay away from this Hotel..

Just a head up to you all, please do not waste your money & vacation memorable time by staying in this hotel. So old, dirty, stinky I ever seen. Before I booked that hotel, I read some reviews & thought it'd be good to stay. But by the time I entered the hotel, I was so upset. How they do the hotel business in a beautiful city like Kelowna? God knows. I don't recommend anyone to spoil your time there.

I did not have an enjoyment stay at the hotel. The front desk closes at 12am, if you arrive late, you will not be able to check in. The most horrible thing was the shower. The temperature goes to burning degrees when somebody flushes the toilet, or the neighbour starts to use any cold water. I almost burnt off my skin!!!

Hotel staff was friendly and very prompt in checking us in. Location of the hotel was very good. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but seems to be keept fairly clean. All in all we were very happy with oir stay. I guess my only complaint is i found the beds to be rather firm, but my husband loved them.

Short front desk hours. We were unable to access the room we prepaid for because we arrived after 11:00. Still don't know what the inside looks like. The Ramada down the street is excellent, we stayed there. Front desk was very helpful and gave us a discount and a late check out as a welcome to Kelowna gesture after the experience at Best Value inn. Definitely NOT best value.

We asked for two beds instead of a Queen and she asked for $15 and pocketed the money.
Basics like a hair dryer weren't provided.
Good location but the money wasn't worth it, so many other hotels to choose from.

When I stay here was very well for a budget motel (as far as price goes) this exceeded my expectations ! I would most definitely stay here again! & the staff were also very very friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised actually :):)
and for some extra info...the area is just on the edge of Kelowna, closer to the airport then the city centre ....it's in Rutland

The hotel was one of few that offered value for the money for a long term stay. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The only issue was the extremely small size of the fridge which would barely hold more than a couple of drinks.

Basic, don't expect a quiet night. Been in comfier beds and pillows weren't great. Heard every noise from other rooms and what was I presume the main door being opened and closing every time. I have to say after that though that the staff were very nice and helpful. wouldn't have wanted to spent mopre than the one night!

This place is a dive

I reserved AND paid for two rooms for our family as we were attending a funeral in Kelowna. Both rooms went through on my credit card immediately. I received two confirmations and two reminders for the two rooms. Upon arrival, which was late Friday night we were told that there was only one room booked by mistake. There was no other room available. The desk clerk, took about 1/2 hour to look into this without even informing us at first what was going on and proceeded to leave the building with a phone and came back later to tell us she found a room that was a monthly rental and the person had just moved out. She said the sheets needed to be cleaned and she would do that but it would be about 1/2 hour. We got the room later and then after 11 pm the family that was in that room was called to say that because another guest didn't show up, they would put them in the proper room now! So after getting settled, the family in that room had to move after 11 pm!

This hotel is old, complete outdated, there was a cigarette burn on the comforter, the carpet was dirty and disgusting. There was not even soap or shampoo, let alone a hair dryer in the washroom! How cheap can you get? Who things to bring soap to a hotel?

Yes, this place is cheap, but it's not worth it. Spend a few more bucks and get something that doesn't give you the creeps...
