The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned. Garbage was overflowing, so we called the front desk and they said they we were on the list to be cleaned that day. Does housekeeping not come daily anymore at hotels? They came when we left and emptied the garbages, gave us new towels but only made 1 of the 3 beds. We were gone hours so it’s not like the didn’t have time to make the other two beds. On our last night we went to the pool and hot tub with our kids. When we got out all of our skin was itching and dry. My bathing suit was ruined from off balance chemicals. It bleached my black bathing suit to brown. We talked to the front desk and they had maintenance check the chemicals. We were told they were higher and they would give us 10% off our stay. However later after we checked out I received an email from the hotel saying the chemicals were within safe limits. Considering it ruined my bathing suit and all of our skin and hair feels dried out, this cannot be true.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I’m truly satisfied with my choice. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities.

What really made our experience special was the professional and friendly staff. I would especially like to thank Haena at the reception; she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to all our questions and requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly choose it again on my future trips.

The hot tub damaged my swimsuit and irritated my skin. It also damaged my diabetic sensor from the imbalance of chemicals. Jerk bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom products were so poor even for hotel standards. The alarm block wasn’t functional and the wake up call I requested never came.

It was awful. The room they put us in had an awful smell in in and I found out that there was a huge vomit in the corner that was not cleaned up. It was soaked into the dark carpet and splashed all over the wall. Absolutely disgusting.
They did switch our rooms once I complained. Terrible experience. And then the hotel and management did nothing about it. I would not recommend this hotel. Not worth it. Find a better hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, I found it to be even better.

The cleanliness and overall organization were excellent and really stood out. The spray park was a very special and fun feature for my two daughters—they absolutely loved it!

Breakfast was also very good and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and seemed very new! The bed was the perfect firmness and softness.
The water pressure in my suite was quite low but as soon as it was communicated via email (as they checked in), Ashkat called within 2 mins, and proposed that they check it out. They are very quick to address any concerns which I appreciated!
I stayed two nights and the breakfast had scrambled eggs with bacon one day and with pork sausages the next. Other breakfast items included an assortment of bagels, fresh waffles, cereal bar, yogurt, fruits, etc. It was a nice spread.
Parking is ample.
I did notice though that Ashkat, the front desk, was usually alone in the evening hours and was managing multiple phone lines and a constant flow of people checking in. He was extremely apologetic, speedy and accurate and incredibly friendly. It would be nice to monitor peak times to ensure sufficient support for the employees.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this one tops the list for service, comfort, and overall quality.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Someone even called us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel a bit like VIPs.

The amenities were fantastic, including a pool, hot tub, and an indoor water park. The gym was also well equipped and had everything you could hope for.

The location has eveything you need for shopping and dining within walking distance.

Breakfast was a highlight all on its own, with a great spread of bagels, English muffins, waffles, eggs, cereals, fruit juices, coffee, and a yogurt bar with toppings. They even kept things exciting by alternating between sausages and bacon, because variety matters.

The rooms were spotless, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the space was generous enough that no one felt cramped.

Overall, it was a stay that made relaxing very easy.

A special shout‑out to Sukrit at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and a pleasure to chat with, as well as Pete from the cleaning staff. The kitchen team also deserves praise, always smiling and genuinely welcoming.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had stayed in the place for a night. The room is very big and spacious. Also clean. The hotel is situated in a plaza where everything is close by. Overall it was a nice stay. We had stayed in a quite a few Fairfield locations. But this was the worst one when came to breakfast. They had minimal options. This is the first place where they didint offer bread. It was only bagels eggs and bacon along with cereal and waffles. I think breakfast options should have been more. But other than that no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great. We enjoyed having a patio. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Overall we had a good stay, but a major downfall was the pool. We booked this place as a staycation with the kids because of the pool but the spalsh pad was legit cold, like cold water from the tap cold so we couldnt spend time in there and the pool was chilly. The kids could last about 5 mins before having to go to the hot tub to heat up. Breakfast and the hotel itself, including the staff were great though. When i asked about the pool temperature, they said thats just what it is. We were hoping to have this place as a staycation every couple months, but i think we'll look elsewhere. It really could have been an exeptional experience if the pool was a bit warmer.

We had an absolutely amazing stay!! We are local and just escaped for a one night mid winter staycation - the service was incredible on arrival, the staff member that came to set up our crib was so kind and lovely, the pool is warm - that waterslide is FAST! Splash park was a hit with our toddler and the continental breakfast was packed with variety, we were so impressed
