Noisy, bar downstairs open until 11pm. Guests talk on corridors late into the night, rooms are dated. Kitchenette does not have an extraction fan.

What an amazing place

We had an amazing stay at the Inn. The front desk was simply fantastic - helpful, quick and always ready with answers. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - right across the road from Sam's bar, Toasty coffee place and the village with shops and restaurants. We haven't used the car in 4 days! The room was spacious and comfortable, the views were excellent, and the electric fireplace adds a nice touch. We didn't hear a single person in the other rooms, although the hotel was packed! Very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay as you can go back for lunch which is a bonus! The front desk area could do with a bit of a sprucing up, the floors could be polished. Looks worn but the room was fine. Parking is really tight, should unload car in front entranceway as opposed to garage as we could barely get into our car.

I had a great 6 day stay at the Inn at Big White. My room was old decor and the lighting was a bit dark but generally I was only there to sleep anyway. I was located on the first floor which was next to the bar area and noisy but it seemed to get quiet by 9pm.
Staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Ski locker and garage were easy and best of all the walk into the centre was 1 minute.
I had to do some work video calls whilst I was there and the wifi was fine.
I would stay there again.

Central location, pool is nicely heated and access to pool is indoor which was nice for the cold temperature outside. Although it is not really ski in-ski out the access is not too difficult but you do need to cross a road skiing into the building as well as skiing out. Nice hotel rooms with some ability to make meals in the room. I would stay here again!

Our family experience at Big White this last week was an amazing. We were on a budget and the “Inn at Big White“ presented exceptional value. The front desk were well informed, made numerous recommendations, and were well organized. The pool and hot-tub were wonderful ways to end each day. The Inn’s pub - “Blarney’s” was one of the more basic eateries available in town so keep it simple (breakfasts and a post-ski pints recommended). I run from any hotel testimonials that say “clean” because I expect this, but for an older hotel (especially with a pool, hot-tub, games room) it was *spotless*. The cleaning staff were really well selected. Any families should really stretch the budget and take advantage of the kid’s ski school in town - like the Inn at Big White - worth every penny. Instructors vetted / trained to high level with astonishing results. Thank you for some amazing memories!! See you again soon 👌

Great ski in - ski out hotel.

Fantastic location for ski in , ski out. Spacious rooms and easy secure parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed there two nights and would certainly stay there again. Big White is one of my favourite places to ski because of the champagne power.

The staff was so helpful and friendly for our whole 3 night stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful spacious room which was PERFECT as it was our son's 4th birthday. We spend his 3rd Birthday at Big White also- this will now be a Birthday tradition. The tubing is always so much fun! Hot tubbing was a great end to the day:) Thank you Inn at Big White for such a great weekend!

The Inn (for the cost) was anything but acceptable. My room was beyond dirty (looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a week) there was pop bottles left by the previous people under the curtains, something red stuck to the ceiling. The dishes provided were dirty as was the kettle. I brought these things to the hotels attention and they only did the bare minimum to rectify the situation. I had a piece of paper shoved under the door stating that the management wanted to discuss the situation with me, I stayed for 3 nights and no attempt was ever made until I checked out. No compensation was ever made nor was it offered.

Really loved Big White and Big White Inn. The inn is just across the road from the main centre, so it's very easy to access, but I wouldn't call it ski in/ski out. The inn is a little older and tired, but super comfortable. The room had a fireplace and a view of the hill below. One of the chairs goes past the window. The food in the pub downstairs is pretty good, although very busy. Reservations are required for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The room is quite dry, had very dry skin at the end of the trip and a sore throat each morning, but that's not too unusual in the cold, dry climate.

We had a great stay, it's a great spot.

It's a hotel that does what it says on the box, its located in the heart of the villiage, very warm and clean rooms, we had a kitchen room which was a good choice, staff were very friendly and helpful, it's a young staff so minimum effort really but effective enough, pool was a nice temperature but the changing areas were basic and a little tired, cold showers but perhaps didn't wait long enough, outdoor jacuzzi nice and big. I would consider it again but probably wouldn't be my first choice, I wouldn't use it for a romantic stay but for skiing was absolutely fine... hope that helps

We went up for a long weekend of skiing. This hotel is perfectly situated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel common spaces and rooms are clean. The room was well layers out. The bed was a bit worn and uncomfortable but we were otherwise satisfied!

Budget property in Big White

Spent 3 nights for skiing. Nice underground parking. Ski storage on parking level and exit to the outside. Not real convenient for ski in/out but wasn't that far to walk to the village (100 meters). Room nicely appointed with table and chairs plus 2 comfortable arm chairs. Couldn't adjust the heat in the room, could only turn the gas fireplace on and off as needed. Room way too warm even without turning on the fireplace. Lots of drawers for clothes, a few hangers. Medium size vanity counter in the bathroom, tub and shower combo. Kitchenette was handy.

A lovely hotel

Had a great 5 nights at this hotel. The room was large and clean, and had a desk and several chairs which was great (this is true of the room I stayed in at least). There was also a gas fire effect heater in the corner which kept the room warm and cosy. Great flatscreen TV, view onto the pool.

I was very happy with my stay, the only gripes I have are that there is only one lift which the staff including cleaners use too (no dedicated service lift) and it is very slow so you'll be waiting around for a lift to grab your skis and might have to squeeze in with the cleaners' trolley. Also I once left a tip for the cleaners and came back to my room only being half cleaned which was strange - I left no further tip after this!

The pool and hot tub are great, nice and warm and open for most of the day, not just the evening like some ski hotels I have stayed in.

It's not quite ski in ski out as you have to cross a road to get in and out of the hotel but this is probably true for several hotels in Big White.

There's a large ski and snowboard storage room but no boot heating/storage that I could find.

The in-house restaurant and bar the Blarney Stone is also fab, some great food to be found there.

Great place, warm and very friendly.

I had a wonderful three days at the Inn. Went from Victoria to meet up with my son and his young family who came from Toronto, and had rented a condo.
My room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. While not overlooking the main mountain area, the views were still great and though not used on this visit, the fireplace was a cozy touch. TV and wifi reception excellent.
My decision to stay separately was a great choice, peace quiet and the opportunity to ' 'babysit' my younger grandson in the fantastic outdoor pool! Had we had more time, the the older grandson (6) would have explored the games room more fully!
The staff are wonderful, so warm and friendly, BUT the all out winner is the in room COFFEE.

Average hotel, great location

The Inn at Big White is an average hotel in a great location. The front desk staff was helpful, and the room was okay. For what is was, the price is a bit steep. We found the check in and check out times were unusually restrictive (check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am). The rooms were not equipped with enough bedding (though the front desk found us some when asked) and the phone in room was not working. Housekeeping left a note that they couldn't clean our room as \"valuables\" were left on the bed (some clothes). I have never seen that before. The location was great though as it was right in Big White Village.

Hotels Blarney Stone pub a great asset, good atmosphere and great food.
Outside hot tub and pool fantastic, small gym if wanted.
Rooms very large and well appointed, sleep 4 adults and space for kitchen and fireplace.

Would recommend The Globe for healthy delicious Tapas 2 minutes from hotel.

Really, the hotel staff couldn't be more accommodating. They are just great - always happy to help.

The hotel itself is a little long in the tooth - but the location for skiing couldn't be better. It's not exactly ski in and out -- more ski out and walk in. You can ski out to the bunny hill from the ski-locker door. From the village center, you have to remove your skis to cross the road to the hotel. Still very very convenient.

We didn't have breakfast in the restaurant - we're a microwave oatmeal type of family. But we did have several suppers. My family really enjoyed the \"Indian-fusion\" menu, the piano player, and the vista from the restaurant windows. The samosas are good and their vindaloo beef made my ears burn and my mouth smile. My daughter liked the pepper tuna salad. The bar proudly serves the famous Okanogan wine and beer. I don't drink wine but I recommend the Okanogan Spring Pale Ale that was on tap when we were there.

Big White is a great family ski resort. There are runs that are fun for almost everyone. It has some of the best late season snow. It snowed about a foot during our mid-March stay.

My son and I recently spent 3 nights at the Inn at Big White over New Years. It proved to be a very friendly place with a great outdoor hot tub/pool. Room was great (TV could be larger) and the mini kitchen a bonus. For the $ this is a good spot for a ski holiday.
