No recibí vista al jardín como dice mi reserva. La vista era a un techo horrible. Las habitaciones son anticuadas y viejas pero por lo menos están limpias.

El hotel no tiene un ambiente de relax porque hay niños y ruido en todas partes, en especial a la noche es imposible dormir con el ruido de todo el edificio, ascensores, baños, fuente de agua, puertas, gente caminando, todo se escucha desde la cama.

El aire acondicionado no se puede manejar desde el cuarto porque es central, pasé calor todas las noches. El último día decidieron prender el aire.

La televisión era vieja y aunque subas al máximo la luminosidad igual es super oscura y no tiene la opción de conectar a plataformas para ver series.

No recibí nada de lo que prometieron con expedia vip, ni las bebidas ni el upgrade ni ninguna de las otras cosas.

La recepción y areas comunes tienen olor a viejo y humedad y siempre el ruido es muy elevado que no se puede ni hablar.

Estuve en todos los hoteles de categoría de Foz y este no recomendaría, precio muy elevado para la calidad de lo que ofrece.

Al final de la estadía en la factura habían cosas que no consumí pero lo aceptaron y no me cobraron, asi que hay que estar atentos a esto.

Great resort, perfect for visiting the Falls.

This is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls.
The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected.
There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price.
Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Majority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room.
The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater.
Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

Staff universally helpful. Food disappointing. Caesar Salad (with Chicken) inedible. Caesar Salad with prawn excellent (prawns).
Why did the room cleaner not report to management the fact that I left my mobile phone charger cable in the room (363). It is called stealing. Pity that these acts unfairly tarnish the rest of the staff who worked enthusiastically to keep all their guests happy.

The hotel facilities are great, although a little dated, but nevertheless big, spacious and with a wide range of things to visit and do.They have about 3 different places for kids to play, a beautiful pool with water slides, an indoor heated pool, a tree house, an arcade and trails, among other things to do. They also offer complete activities for kids of different ages, starting at 09:30 in the morning and ending with a show at 21:30 for the whole family.
They also offer many activities for adults, such as a nice gym, pool activities, climbing wall, soccer games, trails, canopy and others.
Breakfast is really good with a lot of things for you to chose from. If you go with the half board option, dinner is also included and although the food is not amazing, you have enough variety to find something you will like (menu changes by day). Half board is definitely worth its price.
The hotel is very well located, close to the Brazilian waterfalls and the Argentina-Brazil border in case you would like to visit the waterfalls on the Argentinian side (recommended!). You also have a nice mall about 400 mts from the hotel.
All in all, this is an amazing hotel if you are planning to go with your family, especially if you have small kids: they will just love it.
The hotel staff is just great, they are always in a good mood and willing to help.

Bed was a bit hard, with too soft pillows. Service was ok, but it was hard sometimes finding a waiter or staff to help make reservations. The facilities are really nice - as is the food - and would definitely have lots of things for kids to do. Pool is nice.

The hotel is ok, but it is definitely more appropriate for families traveling with small children. There were always children playing and screaming - all fun for them, but not so much for couples. The hotel needs a renovation - the decor, carpets etc all feel very dated. And the food was good in the buffet, but very average in the specialty restaurant. The beds were very uncomfortable.
However, the location is great for the airport and traveling to the waterfalls (Cataratas). But I would stay somewhere else if I was traveling as a couple.

Nice hotel with surprising perks

This was a great family hotel choice for visiting Iguazu falls. We have a 1 year old and the hotel amazingly had a \"babies room\" with high chairs, milk, water, fruit, microwave, stove, cooking equipment - basically everything you need for a baby!

Also, they had an amazing mini-zoo in the grounds and this whole area that seemed underused with ten pin bowling, a cinema, disco area. Great facilities and great choice except the pools aren't heated which meant it was too cold for our little one, and the Italian restaurant was closed the night we wanted to go with no explanation.

Disappointing stay.

I moved from the Argentine side over to the Brasilian side so I could see that side of the Falls and also avoid any customs/immigration lines for my flight out. I picked this hotel because price was good, ratings were good, and it appeared to be close to both the town and the airport. I found the rooms to be basic, and the wi-fi wasn't so good (and they limited the number of devices to 2!). The restaurant was non-descript. The staff was friendly, but they put wristbands on hotel guests (it's a bit of a unique resort/convention center but that struck me as VERY strange and unfriendly). It was close to a taxi stand but not close enough to walk into the town. I made the right call getting back on the Brasilian side the day before departing the area, but I wouldn't stay there again; I'd likely get into the town where I could walk around for restaurants and shopping.

This is an amazing hotel and property. Not only was the facility clean and beautiful, but the staff was so helpful! Be sure to take the time to walk the nature trails. You will see the beautiful grounds, which include fruits and veggies that are grown on property for use at the hotel and you might even spot some of the beautiful area animals.

Perfect nature getaway

I recently attended a conference and stayed here at the Bourbon Cataratas. I especially loved the park and the mini zoo at the hotel. It is definitely a place i'll come back again with the family next time round. Also being situated near the Bird Park, Falls etc made it an even more attractive place to stay for a family getaway. My only regret is not having had more time to explore the natural surroundings of Iguassu and to know the language would be an added advantage.

We had a good time in Iguazu and this hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable.

Good base to visit Iguazu

The hotel is lovely. We didn't realize until the last day how nice the grounds were -- including quite an extensive \"eco-trail\" with toucans, macaws, marmosets, and dwarf deer. Beautiful stuff. The included breakfasts and dinners offered a pretty good array of choices and pretty good quality; very good value. The location is roughly midway between the two big attractions in the area (Iguazu Falls one direction and the Itaipu Dam in the other direction), which was very convenient. You can't really walk from the hotel to anywhere else (e.g., to other restaurants or a grocery store), so having decent meals at the hotel was important.

Pretends to be a five star but..

I was forced to stay here because its where my conference was based. For the most part it was a 5 star experience. Common complaints for Brazilian Hotels: small room for the price and the nice breakfast buffet was totally without Brazilian character. Big gripes: they advertise free Internet but it turns out you get 2 hours free from your first daily log-on. After tha you have to pay. A lot. Not cool
Especially if you're there trying to work. Maybe ok for tourists. Also, they advise you not to drink their tap water but provide only expensive little bottles of mineral water. Every hotel I've ever been in either told me the tap water was ok to drink or provides a free bottle every day. The Viale across the street is a much better deal

Convenient location for the falls visits, with travel/tour company located near lobby, which arranged visits to both BR and ARG side of falls, delivery and pickup with polite and knowledgable drivers.
Hotel eating facilities good for a 3 night stay. Tasty and varied evening dinner buffet plus Italian restaurant, and an ample breakfast buffet
Pool facilites (inside and outdoors), and sauna were satisfactory, though we didn´t have time to use these.

Loved Bourbon Cataratas

I'm glad I chose to stay at Bourbon. I spent $250 a night after tax. The hotel is 4 stars in appearance and 5 stars in service. The room is nice, clean and has everything needed, even if not as glamorous as a Sheraton room. The included breakfast and dinner (!) were good and with good variety, again good 4 stars but not 5.

The hotel also has an ATM and currency exchange, which I really appreciated as an added convenience.

I highly recommend using the tourism office of the hotel for all your travels to both Argentinian and Brazilian side. Valmir drove me (I was traveling alone) to the falls on both sides and to the airport on the Argentinian side, making everything so smooth and easy. He accompanied me throughout my trip and provided some useful tidbits of information, as well as saved me from spending time on unnecessary things or missings anything important.

Great Hotel for Families

We booked two connecting rooms for our family. The rooms were very large and clean. There was a great walking trail around the back of the property with Zip Lines in the trees, a rock climbing wall, vegetable gardens and some animals. Pool was freezing, but it was winter. Kids water park pool was freezing also, but it didn't stop our kids from playing. Our stay included breakfast and dinner, which was great because there didn't seem to be much around outside the hotel. Food was great! We were about 10 minutes away from the Falls, the Bird Park and airport.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel, especialmente porque é excelente para crianças. Meus filhos adoraram cada momento! O ambiente é limpo e organizado. Apesar de os quartos serem antigos, percebe-se que passaram por atualização, com camas muito confortáveis e aconchegantes.

A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, o que fez toda a diferença. Outro ponto positivo é que, no final da tarde, havia um lanche especialmente preparado para as crianças, o que eles aproveitaram bastante. Além disso, a copa baby aberta 24 horas foi uma grande facilidade, oferecendo diversos itens à disposição, inclusive opções de alimentação.

O hotel é incrível, muito bom para crianças, comida de qualidade, atendimento muito simpático. Porem, peca muito na qualidade do conforto das camas e travesseiro. Pelo valor e nível do hotel, se espera uma cama mais confortável, travesseiro mais confortável e uma roupa de cama mais aconchegante. Apenas isso interferiu na minha experiência.

Viagem em família!

De modo geral, o Eco Resort é muito bonito, organizado, com bastante opções de entretenimento para adultos e crianças. O prédio é mais antigo, por isso, o banheiro é uma instalação que poderia ser melhorada, especialmente, a altura da pia do banheiro e o chuveiro.
