It’s run down property. No maintenance at all . Horrible restaurant. One stuff was good but mostly overall customer service is not upto any standard. They don’t even provide an adapter for charging in room for usa port charger. That’s a surprise for me as international traveler and iguassu is an international tourist destination.charges are not less at all.

Not a good choice

This hotel really smells. The minute I walked in the room, I wanted to get out asap because I couldn't bear the smell! The bed sheets are itchy and the pillows smell moldy and terrible! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Decent Hotel Close to Iguazu Falls

If interested in visiting Iguazu Falls for the day and are looking for a decent hotel to stay for an inexpensive price Iguazu Falls Express will suffice. One of the highlights of the hotel is the onsite restaurant which provides free breakfast and provides good room service. Hotel mentions that it offers free 24 hour transportation to and from the hotel however a transfer is only provided to or from. Most like you will have to pick from if you arrive after business hours or on the weekend while making an Expedia reservation because onsite staff will be unable to adhere to your request.

Nice place to stay near the falls

This place is convenient to both the falls and the town of Foz. The service was really good and they helped us figure out what there was to do. The only negative was that our room was on the highway side so ask not to be put on that side of the hotel. Otherwise a great stay!

The hotel was clean, but bare bones. The fitted sheets didn't cover the whole mattress when the beds were made. The people at the front desk didn't speak English very well, but they did try to help us. Finally, they honored the deal, and paid for a taxi, but there is not a free shuttle service to the airport. We were however able to walk to the city from this hotel. It was probably about 2 miles away from where we ate dinner both nights we were there.

Small hotel being remodeled without an elevator. Slept really bad the first night because are room was facing a busy street. Husband complained and we were moved to a better location.

O hotel vale muito pelo custo beneficio, ele fica proximo das principais atracoes, se localiza a 10 min da ponte da argentina, a limpesa e troca de roupas de cama e banho é realizada diariamente, a equipe do hotel é incrivel, as pessoas são bastante solicitas, o café da manhã não é de 5 estrelas, mas atende bem, recomendo e muito hospedagem, ficamos eu, esposa e nossas duas filhas no quarto.

O hotel, no geral, diria que é bom. O quarto é limpo, contudo, no banheiro, há aparentes problemas crônicos de limpeza e manutenção. Há um sério problema nos cartões de acesso aos quartos: desmagnetizam diariamente. Precisávamos sempre passar na recepção para remagnetizar, para evitar ter que chegar no quarto e não conseguir abrir. A recepção foi o local onde havia mais atenção e simpatia para com os hóspedes. Os funcionários do hotel, na sua maioria, eram solícitos quando solicitados de alguma coisa. Contudo, alguns poucos cumprimentavam com um bom dia ou boa tarde espontâneo ao cruzar com os hóspedes. O estacionamento é seguro, porém bem limitado.

Em meia hora no hotel encontramos 4 baratas, inclusive no restaurante e no quarto. Fiz reserva para um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro, e nos colocaram em um quarto com apenas 1 cama de casal. Tentamos mudar, mas o quarto oferecido estava caindo aos pedaços. A comida era muito ruim, pedimos macarrão e foi a pior experiência que já tivemos na vida. Impossível comer. Já havíamos ficado 2 vezes no hotel e por isso retornamos, mas desta vez foi horrível. Não voltaremos nunca mais. Parece que estão só esperando a vigilância sanitária ou corpo de bombeiros interditar o hotel pra fechar de vez. Fora o dilúvio que deu no hotel e acordamos com o quarto alagado. Uma pena essa decadência. Os funcionários atenderam bem e educadamente.

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. O quarto merece uma atenção pois a tv é antiga e com mínimas opções de canais. O colchão é antigo e nada confortável. A cortina bem estragada. Ja estive em outras ocasiões e o quarto era bem melhor. No geral uma nota 7 lembrando que o atendimento dos funcionários principalmente do restaurante foi muito bom.

Un hotel que ofrece todo lo necesario y básico para una estadía corta. Las habitaciones la encobtramos limpias y con buen olor. El personal muy amable y dispuesto. El desayuno era completo fresco y delicioso con buena atención..
El único aspecto no positivo fue que la toma corriente se encontraba en una pared lejana a la cabecera y no había algún interruptor para encender y apagar las luces a la mano cuando uno estaba acostado en la cama, uno tenía que levantarse para apagar las luces. También mi sugerencia es que en la recepción cuenten con adaptadores para los enchufes de los celulares para hacer un préstamo a los huéspedes olvidadizos como yo.

Todos os funcionários do hotel sao muito gentis e solicitos, do garçom, recepcionista ao pessoal da limpeza. Cafe da manha e lanches do hotel sao bons. Minha unica observação é que em um dia pela manhã estivemos sem agua por bastante tempo e em algumas manhas sem agua quente, o que incomodou por ser inverno.

Já havia ficado neste hotel em 2016, era um bom custo benefício, porém parece que não mantiveram as acomodações atualizadas.
Sei que é um hotel simples, mas o que me incomodou bastante foi a falta de higiene, os lençóis pareciam sujos e o quarto também não estava com a limpeza em dia.

A estadia foi ótima!! Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. O garçom Fábio é muito atencioso, mas o atendimento às vezes demora pq é muita gente para ser atendida e ele fica sozinho, seria necessário mais um ajudante. A limpeza básica é boa, mas a limpeza mais fina deixa a desejar, por exemplo, o box do banheiro. o vidro das janelas e as mesas do restaurante não parecem ter limpeza periódica. A piscina é muito boa, fica na sobra e é fundamental para se refrescar naquele calor sufocante.
