Well, cheapest 5 star hotel property in Dubai so what can you expect. A bit overrun by Korean tourists groups and buses, busy and very basic breakfast, no hot drinks selections, very limited choice food.
However staff is amazing and accommodating, big rooms and convenient location to airport.

Check in/out was fairly smooth, room was nice and clean but noisy from street and planes taking off never heard any noise the last time we stayed here? All staff were nice friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant Lamesa was excellent as always and is probably the reason why we stay at this hotel!!!

Very bad experience. The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged. They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120. Unprofessional service

The staff were friendly. Pillows were all flat, not comfortable at all. Bed was just okay. Complementary water was two big glass bottles with a sticker seal on them that seemed unusual. I didn’t receive the welcome drink upon check in that hotel.com says we’re supposed to get. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though. Overall experience was okay.

Asiana hotel truly gave me a five star experience. It’s convenient to the airport, dining & most shopping areas. The rooms were immaculate and quite spacious.

We couldn’t sleep because of the loud karaoke singing at the Boracay Club. Our room wasn’t sound proof and unfortunately, our room was somewhere above the Boracay Club. We could hear talking, shouting, singing and loud music.

Nice place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Daily construction in the day in other rooms drove me crazy. I asked for a room change and was told there working on almost every floor changing out light pods. I wish they had at least comped a day or provided good vouchers for the trouble. Otherwise, nice hotel.

A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs.

Five stars for the on site Korean restaurant, hands down the best Korean food I have ever had. I stay at this hotel solely because of this restaurant. Hotel itself is ok, but the noise from the night club is quite noticeable. It does not bother me, but could be a deal breaker for others. Neighborhood is in the “common folks” area of Dubai, I.e., you will not see the gold Lambo.

Asiana is a lovely hotel in what looks like a run-down area. The hotel has a modern look and the staff are really wonderful and make you feel really welcome.

Must really thank the reception staff and breakfast staff such as Jin, Bikki, Alfonso, Kennedy who remembered mum's likes and were so attentive. Particularly Chef Davis and Manjeet who looked out for my mum dietary requirements.

Small improvements: This is 5 star hotel so needs cappuccinos and wider variety of beverages, rooms need liquid milk too not just powdered and welcome drinks on arrival. The gym shouldn't be women's only Between 12-2pm only in a day. Its very restricted times.

Hotels.com has been the issue as their booking form is inconsistent with what you get in your booking. Then spent 4 hours trying to resolve and it was total waste of time as they wouldn't accept their fault.

Many negatives and a couple of positives

Tried to check in an hour before 2pm and had to wait the whole hour because a room was not ready yet. I’ve always managed to get a room at a hotel within an hour of normal check in time. I was tired and kind of disappointed because I really wanted to get some sleep. Then once I finally did check in at 2pm, the check in process took way longer than I normally have to wait. At least 10-15 minutes and I was the only guest in line.

Also the details of this booking said you get a free welcome drink, but none was offered and I even asked about it. The woman worker I asked grinned and said they don’t offer any welcome drinks.

So after check in I get to the room and the only thing I was annoyed with was not having any outlets near the bed. Had to charge my phones on the other side of the room. That’s a first time I ever seen that. Didn’t like that at all. Only good things I liked about this hotel was a comfortable bed and nice shower pressure and temperature.

Asiana Hotel is great. The staff are fantastic, attentive and kind, it’s good value and the beds are amazing. It’s my second stay the last one being ten years ago and the hotel was just as I remembered it. The spa is good, and the rooms are clean.

I was robbed!

I left my wallet inside the room, after the housekeeping, came back to the room and noticed all my cash was gone and had multiple charges on every single credit card that I had in my wallet!

The hotel management never took any responsibility! Nor accepting that the incident happened in their property and by their employees.

I am very impressed with the hotel!! The room was bigger than I expected. Very clean along with the ventilation system, as we all know Dubai is rather dusty. All amenities are in working order. I was especially impressed with having a shower and a tub as this is not often a case with such reasonably priced room. House cleaning are fast and very efficient. The restaurants are are amazing!!!! The variety of food at breakfast is amazing, 10/10. As this hotel is located in old dubai, you can get a view into how things are done locally. Not to far from the tram stop but beware, plan ahead if you have an activity as the traffic can be very thick in this area due it being very populated. Takes atleast 5 minutes by foot, in which you can find 2 the Reef Mall on your way.
All in All I had an amazing time here and fully recommend. The customer service offered by their staff was very excellent and they are always willing to help.

When we arrived, and had booked months in advanced, they put us in a room on the first floor next to the ac units, that occupied the entire view of the window.
We asked to be moved to another room, but the only available were the smoking rooms on the 6th floor. We took, that, thinking that it didn't matter since we didn't smoke. Well when we got to the 6th floor, the entire hallway smelled of smoke. When we entered the room, my wife found a pair of dirty socks underneath the dresser, and a shirt in the closet, but the rest of the room was clean.
Well it didn't stop there. The noise from the traffic outside sounded like it was coming thur an open window, thankfully we bought ear plugs to sleep at night.
Next the toilet room floor flooded twice, even thou, we told them the problem the prior night. When you ran the shower, the water temperature would modulate constantly from hot to cold. The bathroom sink faucet was also very loose. The day we packed and left the room, one dresser drawer broke. I also used the gym facilities, big disappointment, cheap, cheap equipment and not a very large space.
Overall we can put up with a lot depending on what we pay for. In my opinion it was a very overpriced hotel, and we believe that even thou we expressed our disappointment at the condition of the room and and facilities, our complaints will be ignored. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro station and another 5 minutes from Al Ghurair shopping center. The staff are helpful and responsive.

However many things were broken or not working in the room, such as: the desk lamp and other lights, the clothes line, some plug points, the bathroom sliding door did not slide well, etc.

The daily room service was lacking. Sometimes the staff forgot to replace towels, or the drinking water. The staff broke one of the soap dishes on my 2nd day of a 10 day stay and put the soap bar back on the bathroom counter with broken glass stuck in it and did not replace the dish for the entire stay.

All in all, I would not call this a 5 star hotel.

Very old hotel. Room is fine but all the installation is very old (bathroom sink flash button stucked and it took 2 days to send some to fix it. even i asked 4 times). Noisy till late night hours outsie ( bus station near the hotel). Very poor gym and swimming pool area. No towels or water, looks old and dirty.
Breakfast is very poor, after first day trial I just skipped all the rest.
District is very colorful, feels like in Thailand. Not far from the city center by taxi.

Hotel location is excellent , near supermarkets and different types of resraurants, 5mins walk to access metro station. Hotel itself is very clean and all staff are very helpful. Highly recommended if you want to have a comfortable place to stay in and easy access to explore Dubai by train.

This is a great place to stay overall. However, I was not made aware of the hidden taxes and fees that were UNDISCLOSED at prior or at time of booking and there for cost my room cost an additional $300+ USD when I checked in. It WAS NOT because of the New Year's holiday.

Best hotel in the city!

One of the nicest hotels I've even stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, the food is the best in the entire city, and the location has a Subway station within 100 meters. I will always stay there when I visit Dubai.

The chlorine in the water supply was very strong. I had some breathing issues after five days of taking showers there. Also my skin on my face is very dry from the water. Other than that the hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly and very prompt. It just had to do with the water condition. I hope to stay there again but I probably won't take as many showers LOL...
