The entire Hotel Staff were true professionals. I stayed for three weeks and do not have one negative thing to say about them.

Big shout out to \"Joey\" and her staff at \"Imo\". They spoiled me during my three week stayed. I did not feel like a guest, I felt like a family member. Special shout outs to: Lhaiza, Angela, Jen, Jil, Trixia Mae, Sariha, and of course Ross \"the Boss\".

Wally the Manager has assembled a great team.... from the Front Desk Staff who laughed at my jokes to the ladies who made my daily smoothies. Of course the Security and front door staff who always listen to my stories and made my stay special. My wife said were coming back.

Thanks Asia Prime for making my three weeks special.

Overall the stay was good. There was cob webs in one corner of room. The bath/shower water didn’t get hot slightly warm at best. Other than that it wasn’t a bad stay.

If you are visiting Angeles City, Philippines for either business or leisure, and you want to stay at a 4-star hotel at reasonable rates, I highly encourage you to checkout Prime Asia. The room is amazing, the facilities are gorgeous, things are super clean, staff are awesome, and it is centrally located. So why 4-star and not 5-star? Only because of the outside traffic noise but then again, this is Angeles City - you can't escape the roar of the motorcycles. I suspect that the rooms facing the back is much quieter. Also note: I see many Filipinos families stay here as well! Also note that they have 24-hour security at the front so it is very safe place to stay

The shower did not have a door so the floor would get wet. The windows were broken they would not shut or close. When we checked in I noticed hot air coming from the curtains and noticed the windows open and broken. I my self worked on them to get them to shut correctly. The staff was not helpful or polite. Most avoided me because I spoke English. The air conditioning unit didn’t work correctly it was either extremely cold or extremely hot. No in between.

Property is conveniently located if your into the night scene, if not I'd find somewhere nicer and quieter. The traffic is a bit loud at night. Definitely a three star hotel with 4 star prices. If the breakfast isn't included it's not worth 600php. One thing that I really didn't like was the VAT and 10% surcharge was added to everything. Even Manila and Baguio the VAT is included in all prices. This isn't Europe or Japan, it's the PI.

The rooms are old and need upgrading. One of the mattresses is thin from being used too long, too often. The built-in furniture are ragged and worn - clean, thankfully, but very much need replacing.
The staff are generally helpful and responsive.
It was great having a 24hr restaurant and a 24hr coffee shop with relatively good food and choices. Easy access to trikes and worse come to worst, you can walk to SM Clark when traffic is bad.
We liked the rooftop restaurant and pool plus the massage spa. It was a convenient meeting place for friends- only thing that marred the experience was the arrozcaldo which was undercooked which pretty much had nothing but a few slices of chicken which went missing after I had them recook it.
I understand the concept of offering base rates but it is not fun having to pay for glasses, pillows (only gives one pillow per person), and cutleries. I think Prime Asia should at least make these part of their base rate inclusions.

Great and not very good at the same time!

This is an interesting property. Part of it appears to be still in the 1970s and then again parts of it appear to be pretty up to date. Let me explain. The building and much of the things that you will see are old, dated, and in need of updating. For instance when I walked into my room the first time the room appeared to be untouched from 1975. Then when I walked into the bedroom it was pretty dated also and needed a lot of love. But then when you walked into the bathroom it was amazing, the lighting was terrible but the overall bathroom itself was wonderful ,huge shower, beautiful tile on the floors and walls, a Jacuzzi that I didn't try out but it was large and look like well kept. The area that had the sink and a mirror above it was so under lit that you couldn't hardly brush your teeth and look in the mirror and see how you were doing it was so dimly lit. And I double checked all the lights were on and at full intensity. There was a safe in the room and it worked tucked away in the closet in the bathroom. And the small closet that was in the bathroom was the only place to store clothes and I think you might have had a hard time if your wife had a lot of clothes. The TV in the bedroom and in the living room area of this suite we're both way outdated and the Wi-Fi was not all that great. They even had a DVD player available I'm not even sure if it was hooked up. Lighting in the bedroom and in the living room was subdued lighting. There's more to tell about Prime Asia Hotel

The good: helpful staff, 24 h restaurant and pool on roof top. The bad: room was dated, in need of some repairs. No kettle and no tissue box, little things can improve comfort. Pool was opened to people from outside for a fee, confirmed by some staff. Was crowded at times, with some people going in with regular clothes. The pool was the reason I booked here. Disappointed.

I stayed 5 nights. The reason I chose this hotel is you have 24/7 access to the pool (and it’s a fantastic pool) with an added bonus of a in-house 24/7 cafe, plus 24/7 room service if you ever need it. The food was always very good.
OK sure I chose the presidential suite so everything was perfect however most of the staff didn’t know this but they were still super friendly and always went out of their way to help. I’ll be back!

The hotel itself is great. The staff were amazing, the rooftop patio was lovely. My issue is the location is a bit shady at night although very close to walking street and the mall. Transportation is cheap so it should solve that problem. The second was no food allowed in the room, a minor problem. Didn't affect me too much. I still give it a 5 star rathing overall.

The Staff were very friendly… 24 hour pool and Resto open…. Pretty noisy with trikes… view from room was a gas station. Coffee bar and treats tasty…. Needs some upgrading… but the friendly staff made up for it…. We were exhausted and they let us check in a little bit earlier, which made a huge difference for us.

Can be too noisy specially when groups or families have their little one running around in room not realize there some people still asleep in the morning you hear them above you. And food is not as nice and very limited to choose. You have to ask more pillows for the rooms and everythings that you need in the room. Theres no sun beds where you can relax. So many things i can include here. But not sure if we gonna stay here again.

I'll be straight and blunt. Hotel, Room, Pool, Penthouse. Very good, clean, good space, all fine. If it was not of the next... I would recommend.
But I cannot. The hotel as a \"BUY IN HOTEL ONLY\" policy, meaning, you cannot brings any food, drink, beer or so inside. You are stuck to use their, at 3x the price or more or you pay a penalty.
And they tell you AFTER you book, not before. On this I do not recommended this hotel, though everything else would be fine.

Well the hotel stay was fine. But at checkin there was a form to sign that stated if you brought outside food or coffee such as Starbucks there would be a 300 peso fine. I get that there is a restaurant on site but maybe they don't serve what I want! There is no water kettle in the room so if I wanted Milo or my coffee there was no way to prepare it. This was just an unsettling thing in my mind and I probably will never stay here again due to that one thing

To be fair, my review is solely on the fact that hours before check-in time (which was 4 pm). My room was canceled by the establishment. When I booked the room, I selected “pay at hotel”. Luckily I had internet on the plane and I saw an email from the hotel via Expedia telling me ways to pay for the room. This was a red flag in my mind. Short version: The hotel was contacted and they said my room was booked to another person because I had not paid yet. How can I pay at the hotel (as selected) during the booking process before check-in time, if I’ve not even arrived yet! This was one hour before my flight landed. Tip for the hotel. Don’t allow “pay at hotel” to be a selection if your system or whomever staff wise can cancel the room of someone that has already booked a room. It’s deceiving. On principal alone, I will never try to book the hotel again.

Though we experienced an earthquake during our stay, and it was understaffed because of the covid situation, we managed to get out of the building because of its fire alarm and easy access to stairs. The hotel staff were trained, hospitable and accommodating. We woud have stayed longer if not for work.

Check in customer service was TERRIBLE!

We tried to contact the hotel via 4 different methods (including calling) to confirm if the pool and hot tub were functioning prior to arrival so we didn't waste any of anyone's time.

We received no responses. They didn't even answer the phone.

We arrived, and asked directly \"Before we waste anyone's time, are the Pool and Hot Tub working, and is the Hot Tub Heater on?\" The ONLY reason we booked this hotel was for the Pool and Hot Tub.

The answer was \"The pool and Hot Tub are working, but the Hot Tub heater is still under repair.\"

We were offered to cancel but decided that as we were already there now, the hours spent in the pool that evening and next morning would be worth the $100 per night fee.

We emptied the car, got the kids in, filled out all their paperwork and were then told it was now 4:45pm we could not swim as the pool had reduced hours and closed at 5pm.

Obviously we were VERY upset that they did not mention this knowing full well how our ENTIRE stay was based on the Pool and Hot Tub, the Hot Tub was already not working, so we were going to pay $100 for a 3 hour swim in the morning???

The Customer Service person was useless and actually made the issue worse. Eventually the head of security came and offered to extend the pool hours, which is what e had been asking for the whole time (or a refund) but no manager was available (of course).

The Customer Service guy needs the sack, the Security Manager needs a pay rise.

Stayed at Asia Prime property about two months ago. No problems checking in then. They check to see that my wife and I were working in Pampanga This time I booked the hotel the same way. When I went there they said they were sorry we could not check in with having a voters ID which is required now for a Barangay ID. Of course I’m in Pampanga since last November to work and I’m a foreigner and cannot get a Voters ID. The front desk clerk said for me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I did do that and the hotel manager was kind enough to reply and also told me to contact Hotels.com and have them process the refund since that is where I booked it. After waiting a week for Hotels.com to process a small refund, Hotels.com sent me an email saying the property Refused to refund me. So I’m not

2nd stay, still good.

This was our second stay within 5 days. We travelled to El Nido in between and they allowed us to leave a large amount of luggage plus our car safely at their location, very much appreciated.
The room for our last stay was on the 5th floor and turned out to be a duplex room with a living room and a bathroom (shower) downstairs and a bedroom with bathroom (bath and separate shower) upstairs, most pleasant.
Breakfast up on the 6th floor was good and we look forward to returning.

Good (not great) overnight experience

Stay here was \"ok\" - satisfactory considering the amount paid against the service and amenities.

Check-in: experience was great; I had called the day before to advise of late arrival and was accommodated without any issues

Room: We booked the Jr. Suite and was a good deal considering the price paid for. I wanted and needed the bigger room space and the great bathroom (jet tub, shower, etc.).

Staff and Service: the staff was accommodating although frontdesk was not able to communicate well - I had advised the morning before checking out that we would have been out around 1:30-2:00p since we had an engagement nearby (reason why we were there) and were accommodated; however, we received calls at 12:30p and were being rushed to check-out. It was a good thing we were able to finish up earlier and were in the room. This was a big detractor for me. Overall staff was great though, very courteous and helpful.

Food / Resto: Food was ok at the 6F; however, they did burn my daughter's pancakes then \"hid\" it by serving it flipped on the other side. We had to request to have this re-done and we already had to leave so ended up taking it out (and her not having proper breakfast).

All things considered, this would be a good location to be based out of if you were to explore Angeles; not sure why this was classified as a 4-star; was more a 3.5 but is worth it either ways.

The pool area and restaurant on the 6th floor is the best thing about the hotel, but the area right outside and surrounding neighborhood is not so nice (no good views, etc.) Also, the food is mostly medicore and the breakfast which is expensive is not very good at all. Not matter what you do though, the staff was always excellent.

My stay was fabulous, excellent service and awesome amenities. Good location, close enough to the action but not in the middle of it. If I had to change something, it will be the carpet in the room, it was clean but had a few stains.

We enjoyed to large size of the room and the bedding was clean.
We didn't like that the tub didn't have a stopper and that it seemed that we had only hot water. Usually it is the other way around.
The staff we helpful and extremely friendly.

It is dirty ,carpets have stanes ,ac don't cool, bathroom have stanes and dirty,all doors are damaged with rotten wood bottoms

Average Hotel Customer Service / Repairs Needed

Overall the Staff at the Hotel provided Average Customer Service. However, I would suggest that when a Room (like ours) is Turned over, do a full Functional Check and Deep Clean it. Our Room after we checked in had no functional Wi-Fi (which was replaced) had a few power outlets non-functional, 1st Floor Bathroom Door Handle was loose and did not operate, Remote Control Batteries Week, and 2nd Floor Rain / Wall Shower Heads were clogged with obvious Calcium Deposits. These are easily repairable items that should be fixed ASAP.
