I've been staying in Eurotel on and off for the fast 3 tears and most of the time it's good. The staff are great and friendly. Unfortunately this last stay bothered me about the room I was given, there was a strong smell in the beddings and pillows. I asked to be moved since i can't stand the smell. I felt like the beddings were not change after someone check out.

The toilet in my room was clogged for most of my stay there and maintenance only plunged the toilet instead of moving me to a different room right away. They didn’t move to a different room until my last night there. Other than that issue it was a fairly good stay at the Eurotel

Eurotel is an inexpensive hotel..rooms are good size and they deliver complimentary breakfast to your door without having to order it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing missing would be a small refrigerator and microwave and a thicker blanket.

At check in all was good until I got to the room , I put my belongings in the safe ,and in few minutes tried to open the safe it won’t open ,called reception and told them about it ,they sent the cleaning man to open it and he could not then a supervisor cam also but the lock on the safe was broke lol,until I kept on trying till it opened ,then they offer me another room as an upgrade and I wish they didn’t the safe also was broke lol. Another thing no place to hang your clothes you have to keep them in your bag on the floor . If you really desperate to sleep for the night it’s ok otherwise look for somewhere else , I booked for a week and had to leave on the fourth day and cancell the rest of my days without a refund . It’s a terrible place ,the only thing is the staff that is good .

The property was close to the mainstream of Angeles with a great place to have breakfast. \"Angels Bakery\" The breakfast which was included in my stay was not particularly good. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and the room was nat made up in all this time. I did not complain as each day I was expecting it to happen. No bottled water was available at all. The internet service was good and the staff were friendly.

Actually, I like the staff. Fast in service. And they are so humble and kind.

What you need is to check your plumbing system like the sink. Needs to renovate the units. Besides, there is also a smell which is uncomforble. Then you must provide NEW SLIPPERS - NOT USED ONE. And you must give depending on the number of guests. Like in our case, we are two - only one (1) USED SLIPPERS. Quite embarrassing.

These comments will help you improve to have more customers.

These are honest opinions which you must take into consideration.

The rooms had a stench, there were algae everywhere in the toilet, sink, bathtub, floor edge, etc. The bed as a thin mattress on wooden boards. Stay here only if you can't find another hotel in Clark.

I love the simple breakfast buffet for a cheaper price. So worth it.
Their frontdesk is also accommodating and soft spoken.

I dont like the cleanliness, during our stay, the hallway is very smelly just like that of a garbage truck.

The room is nice and clean, but when you ask them to clean your room, it’s not that clean. I mean there is still a lot of mess and tissue is not replenished.

The location is good. But the room are bad. 1) Toilet door faulty. 2) Toilet flooring are dirty and no hygienic. 3) Water pressure in the toilet are low. 4) Wifi not strong. 5) Breakfast food suppose to finished at 10am. I go there at 9.15am food almost finish and no more refill. It's not the matter of room price. Cleanliness and Hygiene and food should be serve until 10am. Need improvement.

The staff are friendly. We got 3 rooms . The rooms are ok but we are disappojnted because they did not notify us that the tables are newly painted black. So all got stained in the body and in our baggages. The action is fast upon notifying the admin. And we were tranferred instantly to the suite ròoms.

I was happy when let me checked in early. I ordered room service for my dinner but to my surprise the pork & adobo taste disgusting it was refrigerated and saunce was thick like a gravy. So I decided to make a replacement a French toast and it came out bad to I never ate it did u ever see a french toast with Ham and chesse in between. I wondered where did they get their chef from. I am so disappointed would never stay in this hotel. Terrible experience even got sick afterwards after tasting those gravy adobo so gross.

No stay at all. We had a 6.1 earthquake here on Tuesday. Because I was informed that power would return the next day I made a reservation at the hotel. There computers were down like everyone and they would not confirm my reservation that I did on Hotels.com so I lost 1500 Pecks.

Mixed feelings about this place. Room will not be cleaned if u dont remind staff...and the cleaning is until midday. I'm guessing they are always understaffed. When arrived the entire hotel had no toilet tissue available so allowed to flush hand paper towels. Air con rather loud. Room ok, with a safety deposit box. Iron available if u negotiate hard and remind them x3. Basically you need to ask for everything x3--×4

Unfortunately from the last stay at Eurotel,comfort and conditions has changed,grateful for the help from management,breakfast is mainly catered for locals as being advertised as a \"Business Hotel\" should cater also for other tastes,staff were very helpful but unfortunately \"do not trust \"the safety boxes allocated in the room,they can still be opened,overall comfortable and basic accomodation.

This hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, clubs, and the SM mall. Great staff service and response, and the rooms were clean. My only complaint is they weren’t available to answer my calls before arriving at the hotel. But after checking in, everything went well.

Hotel was OK but they have very bad policies such as to pay for blanket. I wanted to extend the room for 3hrs n they insisted I go to the front desk to pay the additional cost for the time extension. They cited it's for auditing purpose which is hard to believe. Overall the staffs were polite and friendly. But due to the hotel's policies I will never recommend this to anyone. There are better hotels there.

Wl consider staying if hv small fridge,kettle.

Being renovated not long, room looks new & room facilities works well except for the Safe Deposit Box.
Very small room. Not providing a small bar fridge & kettle makes it like a budget hotel but room rate is not budget rate. I am comparing with similair class, catagory hotels within 1Km, like Clark Imperial, Devera, Applonia Royal, La Terisita, Friendly staff.

Nice staff, but the rooms were filthy. I requested to change rooms because the one I had was so bad and they \"upgraded\" me to a larger room that wasn't any better. Given I had a non-refundable reservation I sucked it up but it was seriously one of the grossest experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel anywhere in the world.

Motto is #1 business hotel. Only true if 1 is the lowest rating on the scale. Rooms were dirty and beat up. WiFi inconsistent. No refrigerator in the room. If you just need a place to sleep I guess it’s fine. But price is higher than other hotels that are much better.

No bath rug. Shower area floods into toilet area. In-room safe did not work until someone fixed it and replaced its batteries. TV remote that was chained to the wall did not work either. Had to request for a second remote control. Too bad because the hotel itself is conveniently located and I think that’s the only consolation I could get from my stay. 😐

This hotel is ideally situated, it's close to everything on the main strip. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very dirty, mold in the bathroom and everything seemed to be dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Several tv channels did not work and there is no refrigerator in the room.

Positives: Great staff in the lobby. Free breakfast, though not great, was a welcome sight. Location is awesome. Right across the street from the Jeepnee station. Short walk to SM. Short jeepnee/walk ride to Perimeter bars. Short walk to Fields. Everything was clean. Good value for what you are paying.

Negatives: Cable TV is quite lacking in channels. Probably the worse channel selections in all of AC. No refridge. No safety deposit box in my room. Stayed there for 4 days, no one ever came in to clean my room, but did provide new towels upon request. Blanket was just a bedsheet. Wished they had something a little bit thicker.

The room was cozy and the staff were very courteous and polite. One thing I was able to take note of was the smell of the bathroom. The bathroom smelled weird. I don't know if they cleaned it enough, but I wish they'd really put an effort to clean the bathroom more. One more thing, I thought it was funny how the cabinet looked like, but I guess it was \"space-saving cabinet\". I would say that it was a mid-ranged hotel. And I wish they've added up a frige. That's all.

Breakfast is free but not very good, run out of coffee, bread, butter etc. No cups or spoons this morning, yet staff don't care.
Cleaning staff don't do their job well, forget towels, cups and coffee. Some times linen not cleaned properly

Generally total experience is good, clean room, good food, pleasing personnel, however , bedding and blanket are too thin . It would be better to have comforter. Another is there was too loud noices from the top floor. its like they are fixing something whoch shouldnt have been done at night.

Was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had! The bed had sheets so thin you could see through them and when we asked for a blanket they wanted 50 pesos for it. The wifi was the worst I had ever seen in a hotel. The cable tv was bad. The shower had no partition on the floor so the whole bathroom flooded when you took a shower. The shower was dirty the tiles had dirt and needed a good scrubbing! The closet door was broken and every time you opened it would almost fall off. The TV remote was on a cord and very irritating to use. The hotel staff would be working at 3 or 4 in the morning moving stuff, banging and making noise. The location was great and the staff was friendly but I will never stay there again.

I have booked a standard room for 1 night, the room was spacious but upon inspecting it the furniture are worn off, the airconditioner was too noisy and to my horror when i went to check the bathroom it was too dirty I don’t even want to step inside. The bathroom walls are full of black molds and the bathroom sink was the same as if it hadn’t been cleaned for more than a year. I’ve sent an sms to hotel regarding my concern and also went to the reception to speak with the staff, i’ve shown them the photos i took and They went to check the room. Ms. Maricel the duty supervisor offered us to move to another room and I’ve agreed, so we moved to a suite on the upper floor. I am happy with the action of the staffs and Ms.Maricel but i think overall they have to control the cleanliness of the hotel because it is not acceptable to for the guest to stay and pay a room on that state.
